We Jews, are not afraid.

Tehillim (Psalms) - Chapter 121

1 A song for ascents. I shall raise my eyes to the mountains, from where will my help come?
2 My help is from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
3 He will not allow your foot to falter; Your Guardian will not slumber.
4 Behold the Guardian of Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The Lord is your Guardian; the Lord is your shadow; [He is] by your right hand.
6 By day, the sun will not smite you, nor will the moon at night.
7 The Lord will guard you from all evil; He will guard your soul.
8 The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in from now and to eternity.

We Jews, are not worried.

UN's Top Court Orders Israel To 'Immediately Halt' Rafah Offensive

https://www.zerohedge.com/geop...halt-rafah-offensive

The top United Nations court, the International Court of Justice (ICJ), has on Friday issued an emergency order for Israel to halt its military operations in the southern Gaza city of Rafah.

"Israel must immediately halt its military offensive," judges at the ICJ, or world court (which deals with disputes between countries, while the ICC prosecutes individuals) said, saying conditions had been met to issue a new emergency order.

Israel must further halt "any other action in the Rafah Governorate, which may inflict on the Palestinian group in Gaza conditions of life that could bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part," according to the ruling issued by the body's president Nawaf Salam. He also called the situation 'disastrous' for the Palestinians.

As for the ICJ's "order" - it is of course largely symbolic and the UN top court has no enforcement capability. But it serves to pile the pressure on Tel Aviv at a moment its international standing and reputation has taken a serious hit. The court invoked the 'Genocide Convention' in issuing its ruling.

An Israeli government spokesperson has responded to the ICJ's action by stating that "no power on Earth will stop Israel from protecting its citizens and going after Hamas in Gaza."

And finance minister Bezalel Smotrich quickly said on X that "the State of Israel is at war for its existence." He stated, "Those who demand that the State of Israel stop the war, demand that it decree itself to cease to exist. We will not agree to that."

What a great way for this "court" to put their impotence on public display.

Yeah, but if Israel doesn't stop they'll issue a more sternly-worded warning...so, just beware.

How about fuck you instead?

Isreal is involved in a war with an enemy that has sworn to destroy Isreal and proved it was serious by torturing and slaughtering 1,200 people, while vowing to, and continuing it's attacks.

What about Russia, Chad, Syria, Yemen, etc? Where's the outcry? What about the couple hundred thousand civilians we killed in Iraq and Afghanistan? Just be honest, you don't like Jews and don't think they have the right to self defense.

Remains of three more Israeli hostages recovered from Gaza

Story by Paul Godfrey

May 24 (UPI) -- Israeli forces recovered the bodies of three more hostages from northern Gaza overnight in a joint Israel Defense Forces-Shin Bet operation.

The IDF identified the men in a post on X as Hanan Yablonka, 42, Michel Nisenbaum, 59, and Orion Hernandez, 32, who were murdered during Hamas' Oct. 7 attack on southern Israel and and their remains taken back to Gaza.

"Their bodies were rescued overnight during a joint IDF and Israel Security Authority operation in Jabalia and brought back to Israel. We will continue operating to bring all of our hostages back home," the post said.

They were among around 130 still being held in Gaza of an original 252 abducted on Oct. 7, with 110 released or rescued into the run-up to, and as part of, a six-day truce in late November.
Yablonka and Hernandez were killed as they fled the Nova music festival as fighters from Hamas, Islamic Jihad and other militant groups went on the rampage killing at least 360 mostly young people attending the outdoor event.

Nisenbaum was last heard of en route to collect his granddaughter from an IDF base on the border with the Gaza Strip.

Hernandez was at the festival with girlfriend Shani Louk, 23, one of three Israelis whose bodies were recovered in an earlier operation in Jabalia on May 17.

Israeli authorities already knew Louk was also dead after identifying her from a skull fragment found inside Israel and videos circulating online of her body being paraded in Gaza in the back of a pick-up truck.

The latest hostage recoveries, two weeks into renewed fighting in the north and as Israeli forces push deeper into Rafah in the south near the border with Egypt, came as CIA Director William Burns flew to Europe for talks to try to rescue a stalled ceasefire-for-hostages deal.

An Israeli official told NBC News that Burns will hold meetings in Europe with the head of Israel's Mossad intelligence agency and the Qatari prime minister in an effort to get truce negotiations going again.

The International Court of Justice in The Hague was also due to issue a ruling later Friday on whether to grant an emergency temporary injunction sought by South Africa requiring Israel to halt all military operations in the Palestinian enclave.

Biden's $320M Gaza Pier Has Detached & Drifted Onto Israeli Beach

https://www.zerohedge.com/geop...rifted-israeli-beach

A section of the $320 million floating pier built and erected off Gaza's coast has broken off and floated onto an Israeli beach. The Saturday mishap is the latest setback for the US humanitarian aid project, after three US troops were reported injured aboard the pier two days prior, including one critically.

The Times of Isreal's military correspondent Emanuel Fabian has reported that "An American vessel used to unload humanitarian aid from ships into the Gaza Strip via a floating pier disconnected from a small boat tugging it this morning due to stormy seas, leading it to get stuck on the coast of Ashdod, eyewitnesses say."

The Israelis should bomb that pier to hell, since it's a Hamas supply pipeline. What a crock of shit on Biden's part. It's amazing how stupid orders are carried out so, well, stupidly.

IDF reduces forces in Gaza after ICJ ruling

Israel and Egypt reportedly will reopen the Rafah Crossing to allow humanitarian aid into Rafah as troops removed from the city.

https://www.israelnationalnews.com/news/390556

The IDF has reduced the number of troops deployed in eastern Rafah and the Givati Brigade left the Gaza Strip overnight from the area where it had been operating for the last three weeks.

The military explained, according to a report by Ynet, that this was done to allow the troops to return to Gaza and Rafah at a later date 'refreshed' after weeks of combat. Four combat teams from the 162nd Division remain.

According to the report, the Givati Brigade's departure from the southern city in the Gaza Strip comes amid reports that Israel will allow the reopening of the Rafah Crossing by the Egyptian army from the southern side of the crossing, in order to allow additional humanitarian aid income, and accordingly, Israeli forces will be removed from the area.

The withdrawal of the forces comes after the International Court of Justice in The Hague (ICJ) ruled on Friday that Israel must "immediately halt its military offensive, and any other action in the Rafah Governorate, which may inflict on the Palestinian group in Gaza conditions of life that could bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part," there is some debate among legal scholars over what precisely this order means."

An Israeli airstrike on a Hamas compound in the Gazan city of Rafah has killed two top Hamas officials as well as dozens of civilians.

While the exact number of killed remains unclear at this time, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed that it struck a Hamas compound in Rafah in which "significant Hamas terrorists were operating."

The IDF, citing intelligence that it said indicated Hamas’ use of the area, said it carried out the strike "against legitimate targets under international law."

IDF sources told Fox News Digital the strike eliminated Yassin Rabia, the commander of Hamas’ leadership in Judea and Samaria, as well as Khaled Nagar, a senior official in Hamas’ Judea and Samaria wing.

The IDF said that both men had perpetrated numerous terrorist attacks in the early 2000s in which Israeli civilians and soldiers were killed.

The IDF acknowledged reports that "several civilians in the area were harmed" from the airstrike and a subsequent fire. It said the incident is "under review."

The airstrike was reported hours after Hamas fired a barrage of rockets from Gaza that set off air raid sirens as far away as Tel Aviv.

There were no immediate reports of casualties in what appeared to be the first long-range rocket attack from Gaza since January. Hamas' military wing claimed responsibility. Israel's military said eight projectiles crossed into Israel after being launched from Rafah and "a number" were intercepted and the launcher was destroyed.
