Mark Levin gives what seems like a perfectly logical explanation on why the "red wave" never happened, and what needs to happen now with the GOP. He's not really Monday morning quarterbacking, because he's been saying this all along. As usual, he makes sense.

The video clip is 12 minutes, or you can read it.

Well, with any luck, what this means is this won't fly in the next election. Cue "Yeah, but what are you gonna do about it?" Fuck, I dunno. Hopefully someone a lot smarter than me figures out how to solve it and says "here's what you can do to help" and I can stand on the X.

We did have people here posted up watching the drop sites. There was one guy wearing a plate carrier, balaclava and hat. People were saying he was a MAGA type, but the hat and balaclava were Dem blue and not MAGA red. I have my doubts. Anyways, the local news was all over that stuff. "Election interference" and "voter intimidation" accusations from this one reporter lady talking to little old ladies sitting in lawn chairs on the sidewalks watching people drop off votes and writing in notebooks. If they didn't want less of well-meaning people doing perhaps the wrong things in an attempt to help ensure election integrity, then boy have they shit the bed on this one, because the next cycle is bound to only bring out more.

3. Or learn to cheat better than your opponent.

Now up until this point number three has been roundly disagreed with on this forum, but the above post seems to indicate perhaps option 3 is now on the table?

For the last 20 years or so I've been working elections in St. Louis County. I'm not a volunteer, per se, because I do get paid. But it's a small amount and I don't do it for the money. I've been a 'roving deputy', an 'area deputy' and now a 'special deputy'. I do it because I want to keep the elections as clean as possible which is #2 on your list:
2. Develop a system that eliminates fraud.

What you are suggesting is that we either have to win by higher margins than the Democrats do (not fair) or that we have to cheat better than the Democrats. If that's the case, there's no point in going through with the charade or the ruse of holding an election.

I want to # 2. Develop a system that eliminates frauds. The Democrats keep trying to find ways around that.

What you're saying, by suggesting that maybe we should consider option #1 or #3 is
calling for the end of civil society.

Can Republicans learn from historic success in governing and winning?"

"With the historic election performance by Gov. Ron DeSantis in Florida, and Gov. Greg Abbott's crushing of Democratic darling Beto O'Rourke in Texas, will Republicans learn anything about governance and winning? If it's all about personality, then you can't clone these men. But if it's about a process, then there's hope for the future of the Republic."

Yes Mark was on the money as usual and made the point that republican senators had a lot more senate seats to defend than democrats but in 2024 the democrats have a WHOLE lot more senate seats to defend that republicans.

What is really infuriating is that McConnel decided to spend 9 million dollars for Lisa Murkowsi in Alaska for her to win over Trump's choice when it was clear that a republicam was going to win that senate seat no matter what while spending ZERO dollars to help Laxalt in Nevada. Mad Mad

Interesting note in that conservative governors did exceptionally well with large margins of victory in the election.

Conservative governors won reelection by 7.6 to 40.2 percentage point margins.

Still watching. Lead has accordioned a bit, but I think this is closest I've seen it with Lake finally breaking through the 49.3% mark and trailing at 24,772 votes. Hoping the predictions posted a few pages back end up being accurate. I'll keep watching throughout the day.

The race between Masters and Kelly is also getting closer. Whoever this Marc Victor clown is, I wish he woulda stayed the fuck out of this. Hope he doesn't pull a Perot and strip away just enough votes to screw Masters.

People vote Libertarian because they believe in freedom, or so they say.
But Libertarian votes usually inure to help Democrats get elected.

I get it. I probably agree with plenty of things he ran on, but yes, voting third party basically never helps anyone who is a libertarian or a conservative. Looks like he dropped out of the race two weeks ago and told everyone to vote for Masters and not him. Way to go, Marc! Glad you thought of that in time to matter. Roll Eyes

Door #3?

Maricopa County Election Judge Believes the Machines Were Programmed to Reject Ballots on Election Day

by Kari Donovan
November 14, 2022

OPINION: This article contains commentary which may reflect the author’s opinion

The nation’s last undecided race for governor got even closer Sunday as Democrat Katie Hobbs’ lead shrank against Republican Kari Lake in the race to lead Arizona, but it was too early to call, according to the lapdog media and their associates. Of particular focus are ballots that were placed in a bin called Door #3, which are ballots that could not be read by voting machines because of low levels of ink.

As of Sunday, election officials were moving forward, and one report from an outspoken election judge in Maricopa County added scrutiny to the tactics of the machines, claiming that this confusion had to have been planned, according to her election day observations.

“Hobbs led by 26,000 votes, a 1-point margin, down about 10,000 votes from a day earlier,” Boston.com reported.

“Maricopa County has begun processing the so-called “Box 3″ ballots that were mistakenly printed too light for the tabulators to read,” CBS News reported, adding:

“County officials said those 17,000 ballots were brought into the tabulation room Thursday afternoon to begin the counting process. On Election Day, printing equipment at 70 polling places were mistakenly printing ballots with marks that were not dark enough for the tabulating machines to read.

Voters had the choice of placing those ballots in the box beneath the machine, which came to be known as “Box 3” or “Door 3.”

At the time, election officials said those ballots should be able to be read by the tabulating equipment back at county election headquarters.

The county originally said they hoped to have 95-99% of the ballots counted by Friday but said in a press conference Thursday the “goalposts have changed.” With the record number of ballots left to process, county election officials expect to be counting until early next week.

Jim Hoft reported about the election judge and what she said she saw happen on Tuesday:

“Michele Swinick was an election judge in Maricopa County on election day last week. Following the election, Michele stepped forward to discuss what she experienced in Maricopa County on Election Day.

Michele worked at a center in a heavily Republican district. According to Michele, the tabulators worked perfectly well the night before the election. Then on Election Day, they quit working. Only 1 in 10 ballots were accepted through the tabulators. The officials were told to put the defective ballots into a different section called “Door 3.”

Michele believes this was all planned. The election officials knew that Republicans were going to come out in force on election day as they did in the primary. This was a planned operation.”

UncoverDC reported:

Election judge Michele Swinick has come forward to report what she experienced in Maricopa County on Election Day. She worked Election Day as a judge at the Islamic Voting Center in Scottsdale, AZ. She reports that the center is heavily Republican, with “no party” designated voters as the second most populous demographic, followed by very few democrat voters, evidenced by the fact that she checked in very few of them on Election Day. She reports she spent the entire day checking in voters.

Swinick says that the tabulators all worked “perfectly” during the test the night before the election. The problem with scanning began immediately with the first ballots. Voters scanned their ballots between 4 and 12 times with very minimal success. Poll workers estimated about 1 in 10 ballots were being read for the first three hours of voting.

Voters were given options to either spoil their ballots and try again or drop them into a different section called “Door 3.” As per Swinick, their inspector had to empty the ballots from “Door 3” three times throughout the early afternoon because of the volume of ballots. Typically, ballots aren’t supposed to be removed from that box until polls close, but they made an exception because the box was jamming and became too full.

Swinick reports that the technician came to the center between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm MT and rebooted the machines. After this, there were no further issues with ballots being run through tabulators. She reported that one of the poll workers told her, “Everything is now going smoothly with the tabulators.”

Per Swinick’s inspector, an offsite supervisor had advised “Because of the situation” to put all “door 3” ballots that had not been scanned through a tabulator into a separate black bag and to label them “misreads.” As a judge, Michele told UncoverDC that she personally signed the sticker placed over the bag’s zipper, and then these bags were sent to the tabulation center to be counted. Michele informed us that the normal process for a ballot that is “unread” is for poll workers to run the ballots through the tabulators one more time before sending them to the center. As per Swinick, this was not done.

The County had set up a website to give voters the ability to check that their vote was counted. The problem is Michele has proven that the website isn’t correct and seems to be using a voter’s “check in” as evidence their vote was tabulated rather than the actual tabulation of the vote. Michele offered her first-hand proof of this.

“My roommate ran his ballot through the tabulators 15 times as one of the 1st voters at the Islamic Center. It did not read the ballot. He was forced to drop it in door #3.

About an hour after I arrived home at 9 pm MT, my roommate checked the website to see if his vote had been counted. The website reported it was. It is mathematically impossible for his vote to have been counted by then since only an hour before, I left the center, and the ballots had not been taken from the center to the meeting point where the ballots are hand exchanged to another transport team, which takes them to the tabulation center. For his ballot to have been counted, it would have also needed to be sorted and hand-counted by a team at that center and reported into the website —all within that hour.”

By 5pm, zero movement all day.

There's footage of people in lines being told that about the tabulators and their reaction was not happy. They got to wait in line knowing their votes wouldn't mean anything. This needs to be sorted out and people need to go to prison. Federal "pound me in the ass" prison.

I wish I could find a better source, but Charlie Kirk had hundreds of his listeners in Maricopa County check their ballot and go cure them. Evidently, they voted in person, but they weren't counted.

Newsweek reported this without the slightest bit of irony.

The race for Colorado’s third congressional district remains too close to be called, as Trump-endorsed Rep. Lauren Boebert is currently only slightly ahead of her rival, Democrat Adam Frisch.

But the incumbent congresswoman’s narrow lead could once again be overturned if thousands of likely rejected votes in favor of her challenger were to be fixed, as a recount looms over the Colorado race.

Boebert was widely projected to win the midterms, with polling website FiveThirtyEight giving her a 97 in 100 chance of victory in the days ahead of the vote.

As of November 14 and with nearly all of the ballots being counted, Boebert is leading with 50.1 percent of the vote (162,040 votes) against Frisch’s 49.8 percent (160,918 votes).

Until democratic fraud operatives go to jail, voting schenanigans will grow and become more common, to some degree normalized and accepted, and fewer republicans installed in office. Sort of like police departments defunded and persecuted, people hate it, but it continues anyway. I'm not saying this shit will continue forever, but for now it seems like it will take more time to turn around.

The numbers coming out of Arizona seem inexplicable. It would seem that Hobbs received not only 100% of the democrat vote but also 100% of the independent vote in these remaining counties.

We're now almost a week out. Banana Republic stuff. If this were happening in some third world African country, we'd be sending in the UN inspectors to investigate a suspected subversion of democracy.

They called the race for Katie Hobbs.

I don't see Kari Lake taking this lying down. I expect lawsuits and I hope she moves quickly.

Correction, she is now projected to win.

Well, we'll see what happens when the final tally is announced, but I don't expect the numbers to change in a meaningful way. This thing has been within a half a percent THE WHOLE WEEK. I'm sorry, but this is some bullshit. I'm pissed off. I am confident that Lake is going to hit back fast, and hit hard. I have little doubt she's got lawsuits ready to file. That woman is a firebreathing asskicker and she's gonna do exactly what we voted for.

I mean to say Katie Hobbs is only projected to win the race by Decision Desk HQ. The race hasn't been officially called as far as I know.
