Given his son's emotion after his dad's speech and his reactions here on stage....is Walz's son special needs?

If so, anybody think Tim Walz is prone to outbursts and shoving his son when frustrated...or, worse? That little yank sure had the 'get the-F over here and stop screwing around' vibes.
Dems didn't care that Brandon touched his daughter, even when she wrote about it...not sure they're gonna care about this little insight.

He doesn't need to be jerking the boy around like that in public, looking like he's all pissed off with an undisciplined puppy. Good grief, that convention was the most attention Walz has ever gotten, and this is how he behaves??

Based upon my observations of Walz's behavior, I can only conclude that there is something really wrong with this guy. His clownish behavior, the kicking up of his legs, the mugging expressions- this cat just ain't right. It's difficult to believe the people of Minnesota actually elected this fool to be their governor.

He would be in position to be POTUS if elected. Between this fucking clown and Harris, they make Slow Joe seem like Benjamin Disraeli. The Kackling Kunt and her clown of a VP would be the most embarrassing top executives this country has ever had.

Well, his face did change. He looked to dad then seemed crestfallen. And note mom's face, not a happy lady.

So Walz was a football (asst) coach and I've not known any such coaches who weren't hard on their charges. Maybe someone needs to talk to players he coached, not that there'd be any interest in stories of Walz being a nutcase.

The man looked crazed from his first moments in the spotlight and has done nothing to change that perception. A heartbeat away?!

I’d like to hear specifically from any retired Senior NCO’s here who are members about Walz’ Army awards.

Isn’t it very unusual to retire after 24 years as an E-8 and ONLY have ONE lousy Army Commendation Medal as your highest award?

For AF/Navy/Marine members here that would be an Air Force Commendation Medal/Navy-Marine Cops Commendation Medal

It’s far more typical to retire with at least one Meritorious Service Medal or a Bronze Star at that rank isn’t it?

I can only guess that either his unit did not like him or they withheld a retirement award from him higher than what he got. Also tells me he wasn’t any sort of hard charger or good Soldier.

Honestly, you don't have to be a senior NCO to know that is NOT normal, at least not in my experience. I've heard people "excusing" that by saying he was a reservist, IMO, that's straight up smoke screen type stuff. This guy was by no means a hard charger...

One Commendation medal at that rank is very unusual.

at hat rank for it to be his highest is even more concerning.

additionally, when we were deployed to Desert Shield/Storm, everyone was anxious and ready to go. Some trepidation sure.

However, halfway there (I was on the USS Ranger) we had an AMH1 (aircraft hydraulics, first class) who decided he was now a conscientious objector.

Two words which equates to "coward."

This is the same word I would apply to an E8 who FINALLY has the opportunity to deploy and be a warrior but decides to retire instead.

Walz is a coward.

How did he make E-7, or even E-6 with just an Army Comm? (honest question).
