That’s what I thought of when I listened to the short speech segment. I have a 2 year old granddaughter who watches a show with an annoying woman called, Miss Rachel. Same face, same inflection.

My granddaughter was obsessed watching a show until I learned that Miss Rachel is a bat shit crazy, extreme leftist. Her messages are very subliminal. My granddaughter will no longer watch that show, ever.

The pause is so you can gaze upon her magnificence and marvel at her oratory skills, just like Obama. She hasn't started yet with tilting her head back and looking down at her underlings like Obama. I've always thought he looked like Mussolini when he did that.
