Truly, Putin is doing a service to the world. Aren't those Jews that lost family members in the Holocaust just the worst, most Nazi-est Nazis ever?

The irony in President Putin's justification for invading Ukraine in order to perform a "de-NAZIfication" campaign, is that Ukrainian President Zelensky is a Jew.

Depopulation is in play. Just as in Grozny and Syria.

Going to be rough days.

Nothing to do with this. Anastasia was already scheduled to be removed from Disney+ because there was a pre-existing streaming contract with Starz from before Disney+ even existed. It's going to be exclusive on Starz starting on March 18th and Disney+ had to remove it.

Literally from the article you screenshotted a Twitter link to:

https://whatsondisneyplus.com/...oved-from-disney-us/

quote:
With the start of a brand new month, Disney is often forced to remove some content from Disney+ in the United States due to pre-existing contracts made before Disney+ was created.

Unfortunately, this month, the classic animated film from 20th Century Studios, “Anastasia”, has been removed from Disney+ in the United States. However, the film is still available on Disney+ in other countries. This removal from Disney+ has nothing to do with the current crisis involving Ukraine and Russia.

“Anastasia” will be available on Starz from March 18th.

This animated adventure spins a more optimistic twist on the long-mythicized story of the “lost daughter” of Russia’s last czar. A wicked sorcerer places a curse on the Romanov family, and Anastasia is separated from them during their attempts to escape from a rowdy revolt seizing their palace. Years later, after growing up with amnesia in an orphanage, “Anya” encounters two Russian men seeking a reward offered by the Dowager Empress Marie, for the return of her missing granddaughter. They decide to travel together to visit the Empress in Paris. Will Anya finally be reunited with her remaining family and find a loving home at last?

Unlike other streaming services like Netflix or Hulu, Disney+ doesn’t inform subscribers in advance of any removals.

The film was only added onto Disney+ in the United States in December 2020, having previously been available on HBO Max.

Unfortunately, it’s unknown how long the film will be unavailable on Disney+ in the US, but once it has completed its contract with Starz, it will then return to Disney+.

Maybe glance at the article before getting outraged over an ambiguous headline?

The Russians just love their rocket attacks and have no compunction about wiping-out grid-squares, regardless of location, setting or, opposition. Their heavy, (you could say over-usage) of thermobaric warheads in their rocket attacks just reinforces their inability to be precise, exacting and focused.

I've heard the word "nazi" come out of Moscow so many times these past two weeks I'm pretty sure somebody signed them up for the DNC's talking point email list.

Yeah, ok. Just a huge coincidence then. March 18th but they yank it now. Sure.

Nazi is as big a "hate/fighting" word among Russians, as it is to Jews. (for the death of nearly 27 million Russian folk)

It is sort of the Russian "N" word.

To call the "other guy" a Nazi, is to call his mother a slut.

Disney+ removes content at the beginning of each month when it needs to be off the service that month. It left Disney+ March 1st.

You're absolutely right, there's no such thing as coincidence. Everybody really is out to get you.

And FWIW, the Soviets did continue their bioweapons program for years after they agreed to quit, so there are probably a few of those experts (not to mention people like me who have read a book or two) who could have advised the current leadership that dropping bombs on a laboratory won’t necessarily, or even very likely, kill all the microbes and spores that would be released into the environment by such an action. In fact, the Soviets learned what happens when anthrax spores are released by accident from a lab into the nearby community. If the Russians are planning to actually occupy Ukraine, one would think that would be something to consider.

In a sick sort of way, this type of warfare is 'good' as it makes people 1) terrified, and 2) sickened by the damage and losses. As such, this is the type of warfare that reminds people why war and fighting is 'bad'. The US's 'strategic' eliminations with virtually no collateral damage makes war far to clean and something not to be avoided at all costs.

And every last inch of him's covered with hair!

My wife does business with a lady in Kharkiv and she left a voicemail through social media...she said Russians were using Grads (BM-21) to shell the city almost every night. These are multi-barrel rocket launchers and are notoriously inaccurate and likely just being used to terrorize the people of the city rather than for strategic target elimination.

Indeed.

Re: thermobaric for sloppy targeting… pretty sure they meant to hit that soviet-era building in freedom Square, Kharkiv and not miss it by 15 meters.
