I was skeptical, as a guy who's owned a Sig for over 15 years.

But I saw this...

And now I believe. New owner of a G17. I think the spiral thingy convinced me.

I think it said it was a rtf2, what the difference between rtf and rtf2?

They wanted $565, tax & nics, but I got a price of $520 otd for a g19 rtf2, is that good?

they charge for the nics check?

I tried, but I can't. I went to the LGS today to get one, but once I held one ... I couldn't. I even held a Glock 20. They just feel too strange in my hands, sorry. Frown Maybe that explains the Sigs and the HK. Big Grin

I fired several Glocks.
Then one day, I bought a Glock. A G23. It was okay.

I didn't like it as much as my XD40. But then, I didn't like my XD as much as any other pistol I owned.

Traded them both for a nice AR-15.

Bought some HK USPs. I liked the HKs a lot better than the Glock... probably my favorite polymer pistols. WAY more accurate than the Glock or XD in my hands.

I have one remaining USP45, the rest of the centerfire pistols are Sigs and 1911s.

I may buy another HK down the road for rough-n-tumble use, but I can't think of any reason to buy another Glock.

Thanks for the thread. I almost thought about Glock, but I figured HK would be a better buy.

I hate carrying a Sig around. It's too damn heavy. (Been carrying concealed now for 2 straight years)

I did own a GLOCK 27 one time. I liked it but sold it only because I got bored and GLOCKS seem to point high for me. SIGS and CZ's and 1911's are dead on.

Got a Glock last week.

21 years after shooting one for the first time and 2 weeks after shooting one for the second time.

It is a 26, I love it...

and I am a bit ashamed to have been a Glock basher all of these years.

Well I just brought home a new Gen 3 Glock 19 for my 18 yr old boy. He paid for half and I picked up the other half for riding 2,000 miles on a recent motorcycle trip with me. He rides a Yamaha r6 witch is not a long haul bike, so he deserved it! Now I got to get him some decent sights!

Just can't buy an ugly gun. I have been buying HKs as my polymer guns. Keep coming back to Sigs. I guess that I am just a Sig guy.

Thinking about picking up a G21 SF. Glocks are a great tool and a very good value. Love my 27's. Best compact carrying gun plastic or not.

I own a Sig P210 a Sig X-5 tactical an HK Mark 23 a Nighthawk GRP Recon and three HK P7 PSP's. I can't imagine ever buying another pistol again and I have never owned a Glock. They just do nothing for me.
