"I feel your pain," dude! Right now, "it's hard out here for a pimp," Wink but you gotta keep the faith, brother! Seriously, 10mm is a tough caliber to shoot regularly unless you're a reloader ... Perhaps it's time for you to go ahead and become one. In the meantime, at least you scored some awesome ammo ... I assume you meant to say "Buffalo Bore" above.

Tell ya' what, dude, if you'll go ahead and buy a reloading press, I'll commit to finally buying a Glock 20, and then you can "roll" us both some 10mm ammo ... sound good to you? Cool

Yep, Buffalo Bore got big money from me, for sure. Buffalo Bore, Big Bore, whatever. It cost me Big Money to step up to the plate. Back to shooting .22 rimfires and pretending it's something else. But 10-4 on the reloading.

LOL, I like your attitude, dude! I know it all sucks, but just think about that "poor old bear" ... he's not gonna be able to eat your ass now that you've got some "Heavy 10mm" ammo!

Let me know once you've set up your press.

Got "permission" from the wife just today to move something out to make room for the table. Now that is progress. My plan would be to (and this is somebody else's suggestion) begin with Starline brass, maybe 1000-count. First, though, is learning what I'm supposed to do. There is no room for error doing this stuff.

Glocks, Sigs and Colts are different pistols and shouldn't be compared. They all go bang when you pull the trigger. Other than that, they're totally different animals.

Guilty! I bought a G30 SF this afternoon.

This thread got me thinking about it last week. I read every page. I have two 9mms; an XD service (traded my old P232 for it in 06 NIB w/ Heine Straight 8s) and an HK P7. I only had one .45, a Kimber Pro-Carry II, the first pistol I bought 5 years ago. I've never carried it, and I wanted a concealable .45. I read good things about the 30 and thought I'd give it a try. I put 50 rounds through it right after I got it and it was great. Rapid-fire follow up shots were amazing. The thing just seems to snap right back onto target. I would highly recommend one. I bought two G21 mags to go along with it, and the store had one Pearce finger groove mag base for one of my 10 rounders that I picked up as well. I guess I should get some mag spacers for the 21 mags. What else do you guys recommend?

I'm probably about to be Sigless. I'm planning to sell my (c. 2002) P226 Stainless in .357 Sig to a friend who wants to give it to his dad for Christmas. I never shoot it because it costs so much to feed. Once I got my XD, and later the P7, they're about all I shoot. I thought about buying a .40 barrel for it, but that's just adding yet another caliber. I think I'll be sufficient with two 9s and two .45s. Plus, selling the Sig will even me up on the Glock purchase.

Been away from the forum for a long time because I had forgotten my password and no longer have the email associated w/ this account. you can't register a new acct with a gmail address. This thread gave my brain the boost it needed to remember the pass and post my first comment in probably a year or more.

LOL, dude ... but, that funky animated GIF of yours is messin' with my mind, man ... I successfully fought off the urge to buy a Glock 20 earlier this evening, but now it's comin' back strong, buddy ... Eek

Seriously, congrats on the new piece, I'm certain it'll do well for you.
