Big fan of the Krambit, already looking at another.

The 10 is great, fits my hand well and I feel the blade will make it a good utility knife for me.

Anyone have any timeframe for the Fixed Blade Karambit to come out? Has to be soon because they've gone through all the other models...

From the research I did for the writeup I know it's an incredible piece of hardware and great looking...What will you use it for? You throw?

Knowing that it's an Emerson it's a waste of pixels to point out how sturdy it is.

I'm not a practiced thrower. I have some research of my own to go through to know how best to apply it.

I saw an opportunity, and I grabbed it.

Well, for sure if you do some camping or hiking it'd be handy. I know we all do like to collect though...So is it for the Collection?

Where'd you pick it up?

It's for the collection for now. For camping when the pace of life suggests it is time.

I've had it for a while. Just haven't had time to get pics up.

There was a good price on the bay and it worked out...

I just ordered another Super Commander, and it was a great deal from Howe's Knife Shop:

http://www.howesknifeshop.com/...aft/tactical/combat/

$199 for a Black Plainedge Super Commander. Came to $205.80 with shipping.

I think there's one left at that price.

So now I have a Black Super, a Satin Super Serrated, A Jungle Commdr Serrated, and a MiniCommdr...I like Commanders. Cool

Do you know details about Howes? He says his goal is to be a Spyderco shop. Are these prices because he's liquidating his Emerson stock? Did you order here because these prices are lower than what you find in the Cove?

Howe's occasionally has great prices on Emersons...He recently got some new stock, I don't know when. I don't know much about him other than he was recommended somewhere in this section. But $200 for a Super Commander...you must admit that's a deal...

I haven't spent time in the Cove yet...

I'm so covered up right now I haven't bothered to try to get in the cove yet. It's just going to try to have me spend more money and time that I don't have.
