Here's a dynamic for y'all to ponder:
Kids are being held out of school and shifted to virtual in Kenosha the rest of the week due to possible violence in the streets surrounding the Rittenhouse verdict. Several of the jurors have kids that stayed home because of this.

Think about how that might impact the decision making of the jury...

The media is actively generating a riot in Kenosha...should probably be a crime, but 'free speech'.

I can’t find the statement Stelter is referring to, but apparently NBC is admitting it was their guy, but they’re claiming he wasn’t following the jury bus.

Horse shit. A newsie gets pulled over that only “appears” to be following a jury bus. What utter stupidity. These people lie for a living, so it’s no surprise. Just disgusting.

I’m telling you, they want at minimum a mistrial so rioting is “justified”, and so people fed up with this shit come with an armed response. If there is any, there will be close ups of victims bodies like Laquita, single mother of two who was only there to March for justice (despite having heaved bricks at innocent people) or other felons whose records will be ignored when it comes time to memorialize them. Just like Mike Brown or George Floyd. That rioting and looting will occur is a foregone conclusion at this point- the beast is hungry. We can only hope the national guard is allowed to do their duty and keep John Q Public out of it.

From a safety standpoint - they really need to wrap this up today...even if by hung jury or mistrial. Between the guy following the jury bus, and now Fox having and airing the higher res video, and the protestors and brick stockpiles and the school closures...this is going to spiral fast.

Probably, yeah. The judge read out the name of the person’s boss at NBC’s office, after which she deleted her Twitter and LinkedIn accounts, and I haven’t heard anything about her denying anything first. Seems to me that she’d pin a tweet denying involvement and lock her account if she hadn’t done anything, but she just deleted her account instead. I mean, that’s obviously not actual proof, but I have exactly zero doubt that NBC would break the law to stir up trouble.

Yeah...not every state plays those games. I know that if we send armed NG, they aren't playing, and they do have ammunition.

The country is a different place today than it was a year ago. We're going to see more people like Kyle, and this time...no one's going to turn themselves into the police to get railroaded by a crooked prosecution and a broken justice system.

Y'all can get your 'Rittenhouse Walks' T-Shirt at the fakemask website with 35% off everything if you use the code KYLEWALKS.

Screw it. I got mine.

And if you have to fly on an airplane or absolutely have to wear a mask, those fakemasks are just fantastic.

about the drone video that came in so late (which led to the "provocation" BS arguments)

"Every piece of evidence in a criminal case needs a “foundation” for its admission. This means testimony from a witness about what it appears to be, what it is, how it came to exist, and how it made its way into the hands of the prosecution for use at trial. That is all about establishing the “reliability” of evidence such that the jury should be allowed to make use of it during deliberations."

I can just about guarantee no ammo for them.

If you guys recall just after 9/11 when National Guard guys were in airports for security, they all had empty magazines in their rifles.

I know that because a good friend and co-worker was a Captain in charge of some of those guys.
