Depending on the situation some members of the NG have ammo and others do not.

I'd bet my next paycheck they have no ammo.

So "stop...or I'll yell stop again" will be the order of the day.

I'm not taking that bet.

I can just about guarantee no ammo for them.

If you guys recall just after 9/11 when National Guard guys were in airports for security, they all had empty magazines in their rifles.

I know that because a good friend and co-worker was a Captain in charge of some of those guys.

They had ammo Saturday (9/11 was Tuesday) at Ground Zero in NYC. Saw it with my own eyes. They were not playing.

How many days will they do this before they declare a hung jury?

NG has assault rifles and ammo at a riot? According the Binder, doesn’t that make them murderers if they were to use them? The hypocrisy here is thick.

At this point if they don't decide tomorrow, it's probably best to wait til Monday to call a hung jury. Friday night is prime rioting time.

It’s not like they have actual jobs or anything…

Most of them probably don't live in Kenosha, anyway.

Personally, my hope is they have a good jury foreman who understands the importance of this case, and he/she is pulling out all the stops to try and get an actual verdict.

Over on Rekieta Law they were talking about how the foreman is likely a “Karen who’s used to having authority and getting her way”, and that’s who they think is really pushing to find Rittenhouse guilty. Personally, I think they might be reading too much into some things, but they probably know more about it than I do.

Anybody hear the foreperson asking to take the instructions home? After being with other two weeks they probably developed a pecking order. Greatly trying to root for Schroeder. I think he know he's holding all the cards. Binger has been quite and Kraus is trying to tread water. Gotta get that shirt thanks for the link.

Where do you suppose they are from, Cudahy? Wait are we talking about the jury or the protestors?

Saturday morning is opening day for deer gun season here in Wisconsin. 800,000 hunters will be in the woods with guns looking for deer. I wonder if anybody in the jury is a hunter.

Probably. When I lived in rural Wisconsin they closed school for deer gun season.

Well, that would be a good question. It's in a Kenosha County court, so the jurors should be drawn from a list of registered voters in Kenosha County.

jumpkick man identified

Maurice Freeland, 39, has admitted that he was the one who kicked Rittenhouse in the head and narrowly avoided being shot as a result

A career criminal and convicted felon with an open domestic violence charge

Freeland has an open case of domestic violence for an attack in which he ‘tussled’ with his partner in a drunken rage, ultimately throwing her to the ground and kicking her in her ribcage before she managed to flee.

It is just one of several battery charges that feature in his record that stretches back more than 20 years and features 25 incidents in Kenosha County alone.

They include violent offenses, destruction of property, disorderly conduct, DUIs, possession of controlled substances, traffic violations, escaping from custody and parole violations.

He has confirmed his identity as jump-kick man but was not called to testify as he refused to do so unless Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger grant him immunity, which he declined to do.

Not only was he known to the prosecution, the number two prosecutor on the case, James “Doughnut Boy” Kraus, had prosecuted him at least twice, and his last conviction was before this current judge.

every shot fired by Rittenhouse that night was aimed at a convicted felon who was attacking him

^^ somehow I feel like there's a good chance he's not going to be charged with battery.

Seems as though there’s a common thread that runs through all of those that Rittenhouse encountered that night; all have, or had, extensive criminal records. Essentially, the good guy is on trial for his life and the felons are once again assembling in the streets.
