If they are weapons of war, why do so many PD's issue them? Smile

Fascinating argument on defense's part: Re: Admissibility of digitally-enlarged digital photos.

Seen that happen before. If you are testifying for Prosecution they want you in uniform. If you are called back on another day to testify for the defense, some departments/prosecutors want you in regular clothing.

Do you know the enhanced version is accurate? Yes it is.
Did you compare it to the original? No.

I'm not sure this whole subject didn't put most jurors to sleep, or will end up being all that important, but that was a really big blunder after all the effort to argue the admissibility of this enlarged photo.
Keystone cops and Sargent Shultz comes to mind here.

I'd almost enjoy being arrested and charged in Kenosha just to squabble with that piece of shit prosecutor and to embarrass him publicly and on the record.

Re photographs, strictly speaking, no original photograph can be enlarged digitally without changing it some, however small.

Photos aren't scalable vector images.

The defense, questioning the prosecution's witness. That was a pretty astonishing screw-up on their part

So what's the importance of whether the AR jammed or not?

Lefty said Kyle charged the weapon so he feared for his life and lunged at Kyle. Kyle said he didn't charge the rifle. The video doesn't really show him charging the rifle.

If reasonable people agree he didn't charge the weapon, then Lefty didn't need to charge Kyle and Lefty is caught in another lie.

Hedley Lamarr: Wait, wait, wait. I'm unarmed.
Bart: Alright, we'll settle this like men, with our fists.
Hedley Lamarr: Sorry, I just remembered . . . I am armed.

^^ You'll have to ask the prosecutor. Everyone else would just be speculating.
