Kyle Rittenhouse Asked To Step Outside And Defend The Courthouse While Verdict Is Being Read

<SATIRE>

KENOSHA, WI—Moments before reading the verdict, the twelve jurors in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse asked if the defendant would please step outside and defend the courthouse. “We, the jury will perform our constitutional duty and declare the verdict in this case,” said one sweating juror, “But we, the jury also don’t want to die.” “Objection, your honor, Rittenhouse does not possess an AR-15 to defend the courthouse; I have the AR-15,” said the prosecutor, swinging the weapon wildly about as onlookers nervously ducked behind benches. “Besides, protestors are heroes, people of upstanding character, and victims.” Judge Schroeder ruled the prosecutor a doofus and allowed Rittenhouse to disarm the blubbering liar, load his weapon, and position himself defensively on the steps of the courthouse while the verdict was read.

Is there a US Marshall who would know what's going on inside the jury room? Wouldn't staties be more likely to guard a jury in a purely in-state case?

That's not how it's supposed to work. An angry mob should not dictate the outcome. Anyone cited with doxxing or threats, direct or implied should be cited, jailed and prosecuted to the fullest extent.

Men fight for liberty and win it with hard knocks. Their children, brought up easy, let it slip away again, poor fools. And their grandchildren are once more slaves.

So if these 2 jurors still hold up tomorrow, jury foreman said they're hung. Can judge still declare mistrial with prejudice based on prosecutorial misconduct during trial?

https://townhall.com/tipsheet/...less-heroes-n2599185

Protesters standing outside the county courthouse on Monday held signs calling Joseph Rosenbaum, Anthony Huber, and Gaige Grosskreutz "selfless heroes" because, according to them, they helped prevent Kyle Rittenhouse from killing dozens of people.

There were questions on calling the men who, as the trial has shown, were actively attacking Rittenhouse as heroes, especially considering Rosenbaum, Huber, and Grosskreutz have criminal histories.

When questioned by Townhall about the issue, the protesters said all that mattered were their actions on the night of August 25, 2020.

"They were selfless heroes. They could've saved dozens of lives. I would never jump in front of a guy with an AR-15 strapped on him and so they were heroes...Why do we even have to bring all that up, seriously? That’s nothing but hate talk and unnecessary," one woman said.

^^^^^^^^^^^^
I dont buy that. The Judge can order the jury to continue deliberations. Tomorrow is too soon. If they remained deadlocked I look to Judge Schroeder to issue an Allen charge.

https://hotair.com/john-s-2/20...ump-kick-man-n429667

“The Dan O’Donnell Show” can now report exclusively that Jump Kick Man is a 40-year-old Black male from Kenosha with an extensive criminal record who was at the time of the Rittenhouse shootings on probation following a conviction for domestic violence battery. He faced a maximum sentence of nine months in jail, but less than two months before he kicked Rittenhouse, he accepted a plea deal that netted him 12 months’ probation. The following year, he violated the terms of his probation and was sentenced to seven months in jail…

“The Dan O’Donnell Show” is not naming Jump Kick Man, as he has not been criminally charged in connection with the Rittenhouse case. Sources indicate that he contacted prosecutors and offered to testify, but in exchange requested immunity from an ongoing drunk driving and domestic abuse case with which he was charged in June. Prosecutors declined his offer and chose not to call him as a witness in the Rittenhouse case.

According to online court records, Jump Kick Man has a criminal record that dates back more than two decades, with multiple felony convictions for car theft, ID theft, drug possession, and escaping custody. Given this and a recent prior conviction for misdemeanor battery (and a subsequent probation revocation), Jump Kick Man should have been sentenced to at least some jail time following his most recent conviction…

Jump Kick Man had been sentenced to probation in three different cases and violated the terms of that probation every single time. Still, a judge last June sentenced him to probation yet again…and yet again he violated the terms of that probation earlier this year.

In that case they should have excused themselves from jury duty. They manage to get jurors in Mob trials. What is the matter with them?

I don't think that's entirely fair.
