When Kyle pulled the names for those who would not be on the jury, the top three jurors they wanted were eliminated from the jury

That was an interesting post verdict press conference. I enjoyed his saying with a smile that he “lost” the argument with his co-counsel over who would cross examine Gaige “I didn’t get shot until I pointed my pistol” Grosskreutz..... Cool

A jury of average Americans saved a young man today from a legal-railroading by "The State" (the State of Wisconsin, and City of Kenosha), for purely political purposes.

And this is how they act when the cameras are rolling. Imagine the fuckery that goes on when no one is watching closely. This whole thing is a stain upon is all.

Almost all trials should be streamed/televised, always. This isn't an example of things working right, this was a near disaster, barely averted at the eleventh hour.

My faith in humanity is indeed partially restored, but my faith in the system is abysmally low, and they've earned it, time and time again. This is no different.

An absurd case from the get-go, a corrupt and incompetent prosecution, a barely effective defense, a judge who gambled and kicked cans down the road, all terrible.

What a clusterfuck that never should have happened and barely turned out okay.

Lucky for Kyle it turned out his way. Everyone else involved should be ashamed.

If I was KR I'd lay real low for a long time. Going on Tucker Carlson isn't going to help him 1 bit and I would argue it would only put himself at more risk.

Now that he's beaten the criminal charges does that give him immunity from civil charges?

P.S. Anyone who wants to bitch about the jury's verdict and hasn't seen and digested everything the jury had to can STFU already. It's disgusting that so many people read a headline and think they know exactly what happened.

No lawsuit Rittenhouse files will ever see the light of day in a courtroom. Anything he and his attorneys file will be settled outside of court with a gag order applied. I just hope the final settlement is enormous and extremely painful to MSLSD and its parent company.

According to Alan Dershowitz, no it does not.

Even more of a reason to lay low and not provide material that may be used in a civil lawsuit.

Civil charges. A whole different kettle of fish from Criminal charges. He'll need every penny leftover from his donations to defend himself.

Going on Tucker's show or giving any interview to anyone/anywhere isn't smart. He needs to run silent and, stay deep.

An interview is a bad idea, there's absolutely nothing to be gained by it. No one is going to have their mind changed. If you think he was guilty, you're an idiot and nothing is gonna change that.

He'll be fine.

And I don't see him facing any civil charges.

The guy in biggest world of Sh*t, is the one who purchased the rifle for KR. That's a big federal charge especially if they want to make an example of you, which they will want to do.

So you have heard that commentators in the MSM and the lefty cable networks say that if Rittenhouse had been Black, he would have been convicted, not acquitted. So here is proof that's false. It's a local news story that should have been national. The facts are not in dispute. The defendant, a Black male named Andrew Coffee IV, was charged with murder and attempted first degree murder. He did not deny the shooting, but rather alleged self defense. He was acquitted today of all charges based upon his claim of self defense. Here is the link:

https://www.wpbf.com/article/a...-all-counts/38304640

In all of this whole fiasco, I think I am angriest not at the prosecutor, but rather at the media. I am not talking about the lefty commentators and hosts who of course are going to spout this bullshit. It's those news reporters who claim to just be delivering the straight news who did such a horrible job reporting this story. It's not just what they reported, but what they didn't report that's so terrible.

PS - I'm not sure that going on Tucker is a good idea. I just hope it doesn't hurt him.

I think you think it's a straw purchase. That's not what happened here. If there's a riot in my town and it's bad enough I'm arming the neighbors who don't have a rifle or shotguns, that's a whole other scenario.
