Where is Christina Gupana?

The Nevada immigration attorney and Hillary Clinton campaign fellow has gone into hiding since she was captured in a James O’Keefe video apparently conspiring to violate election laws.

Gupana told who she thought were Hillary Clinton campaign staffers and volunteers to “Do whatever you can. Whatever you can get away with, just do it, until you get kicked out, like, totally.” Gupana seemed to know that none of these volunteers were licensed to register voters by a county clerk, as required by law in Nevada.

Breitbart News reported Friday that Nevada election officials are now investigating the Hillary Clinton campaign to determine if Gupana or other campaign staffers broke the law.

Gupanalaw.com is no longer active. Gupana bragged on the now-defunct website that she was able to withdraw a conviction for a client whose previous immigration lawyer gave her bad advice.

“Our law firm handles a wide range of situations from removal or deportation proceedings, asylum hearings, cancellation of removal for permanent residents and undocumented aliens…and even help you come to the United States through consular processing,” the website used to say.

Before she deleted her Twitter account, Gupana made clear that she talked specifically about Hillary Clinton with people that she was registering to vote.

Deleted Her LinkedIn

“We’re sorry, but the profile you requested does not exist,” according to the page that comes up now where Gupana’s LinkedIn profile used to be.

The now-deleted profile showed that she got her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines.

The whole country owes O'Keefe a huge THANK YOU !!

Huma's husband loses job

http://pagesix.com/2015/09/16/...889562220.1417425362

Disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner is out of work again after just two months on the job at the powerhouse public-relations firm MWW.

According to an internal memo from MWW chief Michael Kempner, Weiner was a victim of the media who left on his own accord to start up his own company and that “He understands that his presence here has created noise and distraction that just isn’t helpful.”

It was strongly suggested he resign, so he didn’t really have a choice. He was the one who came up for the reason for his departure, starting his own company.

And while Kempner characterized the departure as a resignation, sources said the move amounted to an admission that the firm had made a huge p.r. blunder by hiring the horndog ex-pol.

HC sticking to her bullshit.

She was on Jimmy Fallon show last night:

http://www.realclearpolitics.c...l_would_go_away.html

Clinton called the content in her e-mails "boring."

"There are thousands of them that are already out there," Clinton told Fallon. "Most people have gotten bored after reading 10 or 12, because they're boring. They're kind of, you know, what are we doing? How do we do it?"

"Look, I said I have taken responsibility," Clinton said. "I'm trying to be as transparent as possible, but nothing that was sent at the time or received was secret.

This is all retroactive. It would be, it's a little hard to explain, but sometimes different government agencies argue about what should or shouldn't be what's called classified.

Then they say, hey it wasn't at the time, but maybe it should have been. Someone else says, no, I disagree. They say, to be safe, maybe we ought to cross out some of the words. It wasn't at the time.

And the stuff that's in it I think is really boring people. which kind of hurts my feelings."

For someone that used to be the Secretary of State, she is either a bald faced liar or knows nothing about the laws and regulations regarding classified information, which is impossible. All government employees that have any access or potential access to any level of classified information are required top take yearly classified security training in handling and recognizing classified information.

There is no “either or” Hillary Clinton is a bald faced liar and a poor one at that.

William Jefferson Clinton is an uncommonly good liar, so good that he lies when it is not necessary. He is also a very good politician.
Hillary Clinton is poor liar and a total failure as a politician. But the Democratic Party puts up with a lot of fail in their candidates.

One thing Democrats will not accept is a candidate that looses, and it is beginning to look to them as though Hillary will not win.

State Department Is Mum On Whether Hillary Signed Important Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement

Amid the many unanswered questions in the Hillary Clinton email scandal is whether the former secretary of state signed an official document acknowledging that she turned over all of the classified information in her possession to the State Department when she left office in Feb. 2013.

The “Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement” — Special Form 312 — also requires incoming government officials to acknowledge that classified information can be either “marked” or “unmarked” as such.

But finding out whether Clinton signed the document has been difficult.

The spokesman said that the State Department agreed to hand over the documents two weeks after the meeting, but that they have still not been provided. The State Department acknowledged that it has met with the committee and is continuing to work with Grassley on the matter.

Whether or not Clinton signed the SF-312 could have significant implications for her presidential campaign.

She has downplayed the discovery that two emails that traversed the private email server she used while in office contained “top secret” information, saying that the emails were not “marked” as classified at the time she received them.

But the SF-312 removes that distinction. And failure to comply with the agreement can lead to criminal prosecution, dismissal, or loss of security clearance.

“As used in this Agreement, classified information is marked or unmarked classified information, including oral communications, that is classified under the standards of Executive Order 13526,” SF-312 reads.

The document requires incoming officials to acknowledge that they have received training “concerning the nature and protection of classified information, including the procedures to be followed in ascertaining whether other persons to whom I contemplate disclosing this information have been approved for access to it.”

Clinton has been known to avoid complying with mundane rules and regulations — her exclusive use of a personal email account and private server being a prime example.

There is also no record that Clinton signed Optional Form 109 which requires officials to attest that they turned over all official records — classified or unclassified — in their possession when leaving the State Department.

Clinton left the agency without turning over her work-related emails. She did not give them to the agency until Dec. 2014, nearly two years after leaving office.

State Department employees called out the agency in March, telling TheDC then that severe repercussions would be in store for rank-and-file staffers who refused or declined to sign the OF-109. In some cases, pensions could be held withheld for employees who did not sign the document, one agency employee said.

But the State Department appears to take the SF-312 much more seriously than the OF-109. A July 2011 State Department Inspector General report faulted the agency after finding that four out of 25 employees it sampled for review had not signed SF-312s. While those employees were not named in the report, it is safe to say that they did not handle information that was as sensitive as that handled by Clinton.

The form presents a dilemma of sort. If Clinton did sign it when she took office, she acknowledged that there is no distinction between “marked” and “unmarked” classified information. If Clinton did not sign the document, then allowing her access to classified information would have violated federal regulations.

The form requires officials to attest that they understanding that classified information which they have access to “will remain the property of, or under the control of the United States Government unless and until otherwise determined by an authorized official or final ruling of a court of law.”

Officials also agree to return all classified materials in their possession when leaving their position, again bringing to the fore SF-312’s stipulation that classified information is classified regardless of whether it is “marked” or “unmarked.”

“I reaffirm that the provisions of the espionage laws, other federal criminal laws and executive orders applicable to the safeguarding of classified information have been made available to me; that I have returned all classified information in my custody; that I will not communicate or transmit classified information to any unauthorized person or organization; that I will promptly report to the Federal Bureau of Investigation any attempt by an unauthorized person to solicit classified information.”

The Clinton campaign did not respond to a request for comment.

I'm guessing that she did sign it, and that's why the foot dragging on all confirming or denying that she did. If she didn't sign it, there'd be no reason to delay releasing that info, and it would help her cause. If she did sign it, then she's even more screwed.

such things (whether or not a particular form was signed, the existence of which might be the proverbial straw...) is where conspiracies and reality often intersect. there are so many ways to drag ass, lose things, and hide under the enormous size and inefficiency of the gov't, and so many hands involved, that it becomes all but impossible to tell whether it's just lost/etc or someone lost it on purpose.

The Hillary Chronicles
Judge Andrew Napolitano
September 17, 2015

The bad news has continued to cascade onto the Hillary Clinton for President campaign, and none of it has anything to do with Clinton's opinions on issues. It all is about her fitness for office.
Since Labor Day, we have learned that the folks into whose hands Clinton reposed her computer server for safe keeping do not believe it has been wiped clean of all emails, as her lawyer told a federal judge it was. That means the 33,000 emails she thought she destroyed probably still could be recovered. What will they reveal?

And we learned earlier this week that of the emails released thus far -- those Clinton did not attempt to destroy -- there is a five-month gap for which no emails were produced. For a government official who sent or received about 15,000 emails a year, five months of silence is not believable. Two of those months followed the assassination of the U.S. ambassador to Libya in Benghazi. Where are her emails from that time period?

Why should you care about this?

It is now well established that when she was secretary of state, Clinton refused to use government computers or servers for any of her emails -- governmental and personal. She kept all of her emails from the government. That constitutes theft of government property, as it violates a federal law that mandates that the government owns the emails its employees generate in their work, and if an employee commingles her personal emails with the government's, the government owns those, as well.

Clinton said she did this because she believed it would be easier to do all emailing from one hand-held device, even though she eventually used four devices. Instead of accepting a secure government-issued BlackBerry, she had aides buy an off-the-shelf BlackBerry. We now know she was trying to conceal her Middle Eastern escapades -- secret wars and personal approvals of arms dealings to terrorists -- from the president, from FBI investigators, from State Department colleagues and from history.

But her most serious crime is her failure to safeguard national secrets. The secretary of state is the nation's chief diplomat. She deals with military, diplomatic and national security secrets every day. One of the reasons government employees are required by law to use a government-issued hand-held device and a government-owned and secured server for their official work is to safeguard the national security secrets that pass to and from them by securing their emails with government software and encryption.

Why should you care about this?

When she became secretary of state, Clinton told the president she wanted to hire her friend Sidney Blumenthal -- whom the press has nicknamed 'the prince of darkness' and 'grassy knoll' -- to work as her senior adviser. The president himself blocked the toxic Blumenthal from working for the State Department, whereupon Clinton had her husband's foundation hire him. She then proceeded to engage with him as if he were a senior adviser and to share top-secret emails with him. Blumenthal did not have any national security clearance, and it was a felony for Clinton to share government secrets with him.

Why should you care about this?

You should care about this because Clinton is running for president. Yet, she is uniquely unqualified for the presidency because she is the moral equivalent of a common crook.

Like a crook, she breaks the law, lies about why she broke the law, sees no wrongdoing in her ways and expects to get away with it. Though millions of Democrats have dreamed of her in the White House, and are apparently willing to overlook her crimes, her support is beginning to erode.

How can a person with the morals of a crook be the chief law enforcement officer in the land, the commander in chief of the military and the repository of more lawful power than any person on the planet? How can she be entrusted with national security secrets in the future when she has failed to safeguard them in the past?

Because Blumenthal lacked the government's encryption on his email devices and server, he was hacked by foreign agents. Because he was hacked, Clinton was hacked. Because she was hacked, some of the nation's military, diplomatic and national security secrets in a dangerous world are now in dangerous hands.

A sailor faces 20 years in federal prison for taking a selfie in front of a radar screen and sending it to his girlfriend, and a courageous Marine who used his Gmail account in an emergency to warn his superiors of the near proximity of an assassin faces 20 years for failing to keep the email about the assassin in a secure venue. Then-CIA Director David Petraeus kept secrets in an unlocked desk drawer in his home, which was guarded 24/7, and he pleaded guilty to failure to safeguard secrets.

Clinton's crimes are far worse, but is she any different legally? Can she get away with her crimes because of her last name? She seems to think so. Last week she apologized for making poor choices -- not crimes, but poor choices. And she has given no coherent legal justification for all this.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

So frustrating that HC is a serious contender for president.

http://www.breitbart.com/video...d-parenthood-videos/

Democratic presidential candidate and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton dodged on whether she had seen the Planned Parenthood videos released by the Center for Medical Progress on Thursday’s broadcast of CNN’s “Situation Room.”

After playing a clip of Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina daring Hillary to watch the videos at the previous night’s debate, anchor Wolf Blitzer stated, “Planned Parenthood says the video doesn’t depict an aborted fetus. They says — they said that was from a miscarriage, had nothing to do with Planned Parenthood.

This is an organization, though, you support. First of all, have you seen those very, very controversial videos?”

Hillary answered, “Well, Wolf, let’s break down what’s happening here, because I think it’s important. I know that there’s a move on by some of the Republicans in the Congress to actually shut down the United States government over their demand that we no longer give federal funding to Planned Parenthood to perform the really necessary health services that they do for millions of women. So, let’s put aside, for a moment here, that there is no debate, and there should be absolutely blah blah blah ....

Hillary was then asked, “Are you confident that Planned Parenthood, Madame Secretary, or any of its affiliated groups, if you will, haven’t violated any federal laws?”

She responded, “Well, Wolf, let me tell you what I know, and that is, there is a willingness on the part of Planned Parenthood to answer questions. They have been doing so. Some people may not want to hear the answers, but they have certainly put those answers out there, into the public arena. blah blah blah

Good grief she is so pathetic.

Her face says "Did you just buy that load of horse shit Wolfy"?
