Hillary is pretty insulated from the deleted emails. "Buffers" as the mafia hit man liked so much.

Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson decided which emails to delete.

The Platte River guy actually did the deletions, and has variously refused to say who told him to, or said he did it on his own. (Paul Combetta)

Hillary did testify to congress that every email was examined before it was deleted. (not true)

The FBI says testimony from the lawyers was that they did a key word search to delete the emails. I don't think the details of the key word search were ever revealed. Probably not important to the Federal Bureau of something or other.

I'm confused here. Confused

Didn't she sign under penalty of perjury that she and her top aides turned over all emails? How did they discover these if she didn't perjure herself?

She said she turned over all "work related" emails.

She said her personal emails (over 30,000) were deleted.

But when asked who actually did the deletion & selection process, she said her lawyers did that.

so even if they find some work related in the deletions, Hillary has her lawyer buffers.

If there was a lot of classified in the deleted emails, that could be a problem for Hillary.

(JMO, YMMV)

Did she not receive a subpoena for ALL emails?

Like the hildabeast?

Then, like the hildabeast only turned over what she thought would get her off the hook.

Soooooooo sorry Huma. Well, not really. You lie down with dogs you are likely to pick up its fleas. Welcome to the dog house.

In that case then, she willingly allowed unauthorized people to view highly classified information.

Seriously, the criminality here is just so very obvious.

Cheryl Mills had clearance, don't know about Heather Samuelson

Paul Combetta and all the rest of Platte River people did NOT have clearances.

Platte River was not approved to do classified work on contracts.

There is lots they could go after if they wanted to, I'm just pointing out she covered her tracks some what.

I thought her lawyers were given access to the server.

Another big issue is that Huma swore under oath that she gave up all the devices with State Dept. emails on them.

Ed Timperlake, author, expert on national security and international financial crimes, had this to say:

"Ed Timperlake points out to me that in an underage sex investigation, all electronic communications of the investigative target are pursued. This probably led to the grand jury that was announced 11 days ago issuing a subpoena for all of the devices in the possession of Weiner and his family, including Huma. As Lucianne Goldberg quipped, they even seize the Speak & Spell toys in these cases. This grand jury is in New York, possibly less poltically supervised than the first Hillary email investigation..."

"Now, consider for a moment Anthony Weiner’s future. His wife dumped him, and he is of no use to the Clintons anymore. Penalties for online sex crimes tend to be severe, and child sex offenders are reported to do extremely unpleasant time in prison. Ed Timperlake thinks:"

quote:
It has been said and also demonstrated by his actions that Anthony Weiner is a real self-centered narcissist. If he remains true to his character, there is a possibility that he will consider cutting a deal for a lesser sentence in return for evidence and testimony against Clinton Inc.

I bet he knows a lot.

It would surprise the heck out of me. As pissed as she has to be, I'd expect him to empty a full magazine, reload, and get through most of a second mag. Eek

A reporter should ask

"If there is nothing to hide, where is Huma ?"

or

"Why don't you and Huma tell us what the emails say ?"

If Comey actually called Hillary's bluff and released the emails, her whole campaign would probably crap themselves. Hillbag herself would probably stroke out.

They know he's not releasing anything though.

I wonder if Comey is thinking, damn, should have recommended grand jury last July

The White House found out through media reports that the FBI would be reviewing additional emails related to its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private server as secretary of state, a spokesman said Friday.

“We got it through press reports,” principal deputy White House press secretary Eric Schultz told reporters during a gaggle aboard Air Force One.

right. The FBI Director defies the Attorney General, but the president reads about it in the press reports. right.

I don't believe for a minute that Obama did not get a heads up about this.Lynch knew about it and she said she tried to stop Comey from making that announcement during an election campaign.

If Lynch knew about it I know Obama knew about it.Also Obama previously said he heard of Clinton's private server through the media, and we now know he was emailing her using a pseudonym.

Anyone else think that Weiner provided his wifes computer to the investigators as part of an effort to secure himself a plea deal? And of course as a final FU to his loving wife Huma. Regards 18DAI
