This... How is that abiding by the court's ruling to provide testimony. Everything is out of scope or he's pleading the 5th. Can't and shouldn't he be held in contempt for that? What's the point of a court ordering a deposition if they won't give any answers at all and no one can do anything about it? | |||

He could be facing criminal charges with FBI/DOJ. Why would he not exercise his fifth amendment right? Someone else referred to him as an asshole. Remember, he could be the only person able to keep Clinton out of the White House. | |||

Look at it thus way. Billie Blowjob has compromised her now. He has a "Get out of jail free" card to play. If the FBI recommends no prosecution and she goes along with it, no problem. I doubt seriously she could override that recommendation to go to the Grand Jury. If the recommendation is to prosecute and she decides not to, no problem. If she agrees and decides to take Hillary to the Grand Jury, Clinton operatives will raise the conflict of interest, a violation of a Code of Federal Regulations, to force her recusal.
