It has been a while since I checked in here. I see some new names on the list...Welcome to all of you! I have not been able to smoke anything due to cold weather and family time. If I could smoke at work...!

Lee, you got mail!! and most people that I have talked to think the Montecristo's are over priced for what they are. Unless it is a #2, that is totally different.

Gator, Let us know how those My Fathers are. I know there are a few different shops that have exclusive sticks, all of which I have not had.

Wayniac, Those are some nice cigars for friends to enjoy! Be sure your humidor is maintained properly and they will last forever if not smoke before then. One suggestion though, you may want to take them out of the metal tubes. This way you can keep an eye on them and prevent mold growth.

Jay, I am a little green with envy! All of the smoking you are enjoying!!

I decided to post in this thread because the mailman brought something nice today.

My Father No. 1s and Anejo #50s. With protection, of course Wink. I'm going to smoke a No. 1 in a few minutes, but I'll let the Anejos rest a bit...

I think I'll host a Sig Forum Herf next summer here in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. Big Grin

I've got a humble range so we can shoot and smoke.

I didn't mean to jack the thread, sorry guys.

I'll plan a day in the late spring when we get closer and post it up.

We'll eat, shoot and smoke. Sounds perfect.

I look forward to it.

Hey! I lurk and smoke stogies. I just don't have much to contribute that's very intelligent. (Not that that's ever stopped me before. Big Grin )

Thanks, Jeff. I (maybe we) will be there.

I'm enjoying an Oliva Serie V Melanio Maduro at the moment. Not too shabby...

I'm going out to my to my folks place in a couple of minutes to let my dog play (he hasn't been getting too much exercise with the surgery) with my parent GWP. I think I'm going to start the day off with the last of Jay's gifts! Perdomo champagne sun grown. I'll check in later to let you know how it is/was. It might take some wrangling, but I too will try to make it for a BOTL gathering!

I've waiting for the release of this app. I've had good luck using the Cigar Dojo app to find Cigar friendly locations though and made some awesome friends along with it.
