If there is a televised trial, it will be in california. To my knowledge, Federal trials are not televised. One drawback of it being in california is that the judge, and all attorneys and witnesses (if any) will most likely be wearing masks. This will be a painful mumbling of words. I'm going back to the original working theory. Things started out WITHOUT underwear, and progressed quickly to wearing underwear after the police began arriving on the scene.
