| If there is a televised trial, it will be in california. To my knowledge, Federal trials are not televised. One drawback of it being in california is that the judge, and all attorneys and witnesses (if any) will most likely be wearing masks. This will be a painful mumbling of words.

There are a string of state charges for the televised circus.

Get my pies outta the oven!
| This story just keeps getting weirder and weirder. So now the US Capitol Police is admitting that they have a live video feed on that house but “didn’t see anything” until they saw all the flashing lights of the police response? Top. Men.

Lawyers, Guns and Money
| ^^ Ha! They will never release the home security footage.
"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown

| I wonder if the alleged attacker will commit "suicide" in prison while awaiting trial. If something fishy was going on, I can't imagine they'd allow the facts to come out in court.
