Omg too funny, my buddy was just talking about getting his first SanMartin watch and that's the one he wanted. He asked me about the lume lasting all night (he wears them to bed evidently), anyway just curious how you like it and if the lume lasts.

That’s a great looking watch SC! I love the snowflake hands. What does the case back look like?

It has the hand wound ST19 in it. I'm fond of the ST19 as it's a Venus 175 and a very robust movement.
Seagull does a great job with these movements.
The only con I can find is the brushing and polishing has left the case with sharp edges. Which I'll hone off.

It was $370 shipped.

That is good looking. Two dials, no date. Just what you want.

Yep, I like the no date on this one.
Many of the chronographs from the 70s didn't have date complications.

I don’t own a Fortis but they make a bunch of watches I’d like to own.

I've been a fan of Barton watch bands for a bit, largely due to their quick-release pins.

This week has brought me a chance to try out an Archer "seat belt military." I've had it on the watch for about 10 minutes now, and I'm loving it.

Better pic, snipped from Archer's web site:

God bless America.

Beautiful Seiko!

I'm also really digging that strap!
I like the look of the squared loops

I have one of their pilot watches. For a mid tier watch they have nice styling. I never wear it though because I don’t want to beat it up at work. I was thinking of getting an Islander watch, and would welcome feedback on them.
