In the hilarious music video that I posted but then deleted, it was explained that Tort Reform in Texas has made it a waste of time and money to sue a doctor in Texas. "Gross negligence" is the standard here. Unless a surgeon operates on you while intoxicated and you have results of their BAC during the time of the surgery, only then should you bother calling them. The surgeon in Denton seems to understand the laws of Texas and is willing to operate without more expensive redundant tests, but his office is still awaiting contact with the Great Galen of Denton. (That would be a planned career.) Concluding with "Gross Negligence", I suspect that medical records exist in Washington which prove that I was subjected to Gross Negligence in Washington not just once, but twice. I also suspect that this occurred due to "capitalists" trying to maximize their profits from Washington's Obamacare Medicaid expansion. | |||
