Why are you showing us this? Do you have any idea at all how very little sense you've made in this thread?

Most people reading this ridiculous mess have no idea- NO IDEA- what is your problem, because you speak in riddles and mislead members with stuff like "I need cops to stay alive."

I've left this thread open because I've felt sorry for you, but now, you are simply pissing me off. Be clear or be quiet. I am patient until I am patient no longer, and that train is pulling into the station.

Para,

Through my job I'm asked to represent clients who have employees very similar to the OP and there are common traits.

I'm not here to rag on the OP or address his problems but I want to say that party of the problem is that his perception of reality doesn't track with the rest of us. In other words, things are extremely clear and couldn't be clearer to him and they will never be clear or completely understood by anyone else like the OP.

If asked to explain things the OP will make an honest effort and genuinely provide the clarity he thinks he needs to communicate but the rest of us will only think it's more gibberish. He thinks he's clear and we think he's going further off the deep end.

My suggestion would be to leave it unlocked since he can't provide any more clarity since he thinks it's all very clear to him. He's not purposefully being cryptic or vague.

And you know this...how?? In 10 freaking pages and multiple opportunities to clarify, where is all this exposition you say is forthcoming?

The thread is still open, is it not? The last thing you want to do is start in with suggestions how to manage this forum. Such suggestions are entirely unwelcome. I think I have a handle on things, thank you.

Really, it's a bad time to start making suggestions in this thread, because I have had just about enough of this nonsense. The OP started the thread with a subject line that caused genuine alarm among more than a few members, and when I ask him about this directly, he tells me that it never even crossed his mind that saying "I need the cops to stay alive" woud alarm members. If that makes sense to you, you're all alone. So, really, keep your suggestions to yourself.

I have no idea. Honestly, after all this back and forth, I still have no idea what the OP's issue is. I guess he's allergic to plain fucking English.

Exhibit... 23? What number are we up to now?

The (unsolicited) email I received from him yesterday stated:

"You know that Para would not keep my topic open and me not booted for my unusual use of Sigforum"

I even ran that one through my Bendabalian decoder ring, and still got nothing. Confused

At this point, I think the only person who can help the OP is Dr. Otis Eugene "Gene" Ray.

Unfortunately, he died in 2015... allegedly.

He's not being vague just to draw attention to himself. He has a different reality and he's expressing himself as clearly as he can.

Unless you've worked with similar people you won't see the total medical picture.

I'd venture to say that very few people here have other than a momentary interaction with people like him.

So, you're saying it's like that Star Trek the Next Generation episode, where Lt. Worf returns from a bat'leth tournament and slowly discovers that he is being moved across parallel universes. The crew of an alternative Enterprise realize what is happening and seek to return him to his own reality, but, after an attack by a Bajoran ship, a space-time fissure explodes, causing hundreds of thousands of alternative versions of the Enterprise to enter the same universe. After Worf reverses the course through the fissure, he and all the versions of the Enterprise are returned to their respective universes.

Sorta like that?

Do you have reading comprehension issues? I'm not interested in what you think is going on. Medical picture? This is a firearms forum, not a hospital.

You don't want this thread locked? Well, guess what? You are about to be the reason I lock it.
