I am quite serious.

I request opinions on what would be the best initial approach. One Gas Station Town, TEXAS is a simple option. I figure that requesting help from the Sheriff's Department is a more effective option, but they would not easily understand Rotten Washington. Texas Rangers would be most effective option, but they would not be easily accessible for help.

So which options should I pursue?

They need to be fairly paid. What is fair price for off duty LE help?

Again, I am quite serious. This is a genuine SOS, and my obscurity about this matter is well reasoned.

ETA: Rotten Washington means Rotten Washington state.

If you're looking for personal security, I think that most agencies strictly forbid it for off-duty officers. That is a broad generality, your area may be different.

Business security, OTOH, is done all the time. The 'business' aspect can be interpreted rather widely, in my experience. Off-duty pay is usually (not always) set by the agency. $20-$40/hr is probably the national average. Again, very area-specific. Your local sheriff's website may give detailed information.

Good luck.

Knowing what one is talking about is widely admired but not strictly required here.

Although sometimes distracting, there is often a certain entertainment value to this easy standard.

I run a security firm in Austin specializing in personal protection and we have LE officers working for us. Feel free to email me and I’m happy to help.

I appreciate the replies. I have to be very careful in the wording of my publicly viewable posts. As I said to my mother, "They can kill me, but they can't away with it."

Would 12 years of digitized documentation of idiocy intimidate "providers" in Rotten Washington into altering medical records into thinking that they could protect their "colleagues" and themselves? (One "provider" in WA, of whom I was a victim, finally got his balls lopped off. He is now a colleague of heroin addicts. This is public information.)

I just don't know who to turn to for help here. My idea of unrealistic idea of Texas Rangers indicates the direness of my situation.

I just need someone in position of power to be of help.

?

If someone is threatening you, contact local law enforcement.

Off duty details here get $30 an hour, an additional $20 an hour is you want a marked unit.

I will later email you with slightly more details, and I will, to the best of my abilities, help you get that Mabcbook Pro configured as you desire.

"Threaten" can become complicated. Certain Washington logger doctors and associated complicits consider robbing, insulting, and abusing highly paying patients to be routine procedure. Texas cannot comprehend their "practices" of rigging and altering medical records. I figure that LE is best way of breaking the Doctor's Guild, especially since I allege documented crimes.

I don't need a unit at all, but $50 / hour seems like a good figure. Thank you. I just need someone that I can trust with integrity to be of help to me.

I’m assuming you are truly serious so that being said I would see an attorney in addition to getting security protection.

It sounds like OP is not looking for protection per se, but looking for a trustworthy authority to hold or press evidence of wrongdoing.

I'd agree, but for some reason the OP is making it our business without even the courtesy of telling us what the heck is going on. None of this makes any sense to me.

A) Write down the issues, legibly, by hand, in the front of a regular piece of notebook paper

B) Sounds like you need a lawyer. Most of us have contacts with real PIs and protection people.
