Appearing on Fox News Thursday, Senator Rand Paul again vowed to subpoena Anthony Fauci and force him to answer questions he has repeatedly dodged, urging that Fauci is “against freedoms”.

Speaking to Send Hannity, Paul declared that “Fauci’s sort of nonsense over whether the pandemics ended or not – when you see him come out and he basically has said that the court shouldn’t be involved with limiting his power. Paul was referring to Fauci recently saying that his own opinions and those of the CDC should be above the authority of the courts when it comes to health policy.

Paul continued, “He thinks that his edict should stand. No court or Constitution should review his edicts, and no individual person should get the choice to make it.”

Paul noted however, that “if you look at the airport, I was in the airport this week, everybody is all smiles and 97% of the people at least, are not wearing a mask because they have made the judgment that they are not at risk for COVID.”

Italian Court Rules Mandatory Vaccination Unconstitutional, 'Fatal Side Effects' too Risky

Sicily’s Court of Administrative Justice has ruled that Italy’s mandatory Covid vaccination obligation is unconstitutional. The court stated that the experimental mRNA treatments intended to protect the public from Covid have been shown to cause “serious or fatal adverse effects.” The court explains that even if such fatalities are rare, a single death is enough to render the mandate unconstitutional.

The Sicilian ruling passes the decision to the Constitutional Court, which will now have to rule on the issue.

In a stunning earnings report published Tuesday, Pfizer announced they had logged $26 billion in Q1 sales, marking a quarterly profit of $7.86 billion. Revenue went up 77% while profit was up 61%. The company is on track to bring in over $100 billion in revenue and $32 billion in net income this year, and the vast majority of cash is coming from the American taxpayer and other government “customers” via their taxpayers, who have virtually no say in the matter.

It’s an impressive haul for a company that made most of its money off of a once-claimed immunizing “vaccine” — the mRNA COVID shot — that doesn’t currently work. Most countries are now on shot 4 of the Pfizer “miracle cure.”

The mRNA injection, branded as Comirnaty, has never been reformulated. It was designed in January of 2020 for an early strain that was reported out of Wuhan, China. That strain has not been identified in any human beings for about two years.

Sunday’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner has turned into a super spreader event, according to various media reports.

ABC’s Chief Serial Liar Jonathan Karl has tested positive for the China Flu and Karl shook hands with Biden. Currently he’s in isolation and going through contact tracing. Yeah, considering the hundreds and hundreds of unmasked assholes that sat shoulder-to-shoulder for all those hours, the results should be interesting.

The CDC is suing to force airline passengers to wear masks. Commercial airplanes have amazing filters that filter out things like viruses. Hotel ballrooms do not have filters that filter out things like viruses. Nevertheless, these godless liars who call themselves “journalists” never stopped to ask, Well, gee, if the CDC wants airlines masks, but says we’re okay…? Hmmm? April 29, 2022 -- U.S. researchers are planning to study how often and why coronavirus levels come back for some COVID-19 patients who take Pfizer’s Paxlovid drug, according to Bloomberg News.

The CDC and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases are considering a variety of epidemiological and clinical studies to examine potential relapses after the five-day antiviral treatment, including which patients face higher risks and whether it can be avoided with a longer course of treatment.

“It is a priority,” Clifford Lane, MD, the institute’s deputy director for clinical research, told Bloomberg News, adding that the question is “a pretty urgent thing for us to get a handle on.”

Paxlovid treatment is becoming an increasing part of the Biden administration’s pandemic approach, the news outlet reported, and is more widely available at pharmacies nationwide.

Researchers know little about the rebound cases so far, including how often they occur, whether the Omicron variant may play a role, or whether the drug is even related to the relapse in the first place, the news outlet reported. Scientists are eager to learn more so that doctors know how to help patients who receive Paxlovid treatment and then experience a resurgence of infection.

Earlier this week, researchers at the VA Boston Healthcare System published a preprint with a case study, which marks the first rebound case described in medical literature. A 71-year-old man, who was vaccinated and boosted, quickly recovered from COVID-19 after taking Paxlovid but then had a relapse of symptoms and a spike in viral levels about nine days after his first positive test. Then the symptoms and viral levels resolved a few days later.

Similar cases have appeared on social media and in medical blogs, and doctors have seen patients with these types of rebounds in recent weeks.

“Providers who are going to be prescribing this should be aware that this phenomenon occurs, and if people have symptoms worsening after Paxlovid, it’s probably still COVID,” Paul Sax, MD, clinical director of the infectious diseases division at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, told Bloomberg News.

Sax wrote about a post-Paxlovid rebound he saw a few weeks ago in one of his HIV patients.

Pfizer’s final-stage trial showed that a small number of patients experienced a rebound after being treated. The FDA previously said it was “evaluating the reports of viral load rebound after completing Paxlovid treatment and will share recommendations if appropriate.”

“The big problem is that when this drug was released, this information wasn’t included” in the label, Sax said.

The upcoming CDC and National Institutes of Health studies will attempt to understand how and why the rebound happens. If it appears to be related to emerging variants such as Omicron or certain patient risk factors, some people may need longer than the standard five-day treatment.

“There’s two things that suppress the virus: the drug and the host immune response,” Lane said. “If you stop the drug before the host immune response has had a chance to kick in, you may see the virus come back.”

COVID-19 vaccination was "significantly associated" with a 25% jump in emergency medical services (EMS) for heart problems in 16-39 year-olds in Israel, whose vaccination rate is among the world's highest, according to a peer-reviewed study by MIT researchers.

Published last week in the Nature journal Scientific Reports, the study found no association with COVID infections, however.

"While not establishing causal relationships, the findings raise concerns regarding vaccine-induced undetected severe cardiovascular side-effects and underscore the already established causal relationship between vaccines and myocarditis, a frequent cause of unexpected cardiac arrest in young individuals," the study says.

The research adds more fuel to the legal and grassroots campaigns against compelled vaccination.

An Italian administrative court deemed a vaccine mandate on nursing students unconstitutional, citing nearly 10,000 reported deaths from various COVID vaccines in the European Medicines Agency's EudraVigilance monitoring system, but referred the case to the country's Constitutional Court. (The new MIT study also mentions EudraVigilance.)

Published in late March, the 53-page ruling only drew attention in the U.S. last week when an anti-vaccine mandate group translated a portion. Just the News ran the ruling through Google Translate, which said in part the reported death count exceeds the "normal and, therefore, tolerable" risk permitted under vaccine mandates.

Meanwhile, American Airlines pilot Robert Snow blamed his cardiac arrest six minutes after landing a 200-passenger flight April 9 on his compelled vaccination in November. "I will probably never fly again" due to FAA health criteria for pilots, he said in a video from the ICU in Dallas. "This is the actual result of the vaccine for some of us."

Anti-mandate pilot group U.S. Freedom Flyers accused the Federal Aviation Administration of turning a blind eye to the risks of adverse events from COVID vaccines, both to pilots jabbed against their will and crew and passengers on their flights.

The FAA didn't answer Just the News on whether it's investigating the Snow incident, and if not, how it differs from other health-related incidents it would investigate, but pointed to an FAQ on COVID vaccines for pilots and air traffic controllers.

"The FAA's Federal Air Surgeon determined in December 2020 and February 2021 that pilots and air traffic controllers can safely receive the Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson vaccine," the agency said in a prepared statement. "The FAA has seen no evidence of aircraft accidents or pilot incapacitations caused by pilots suffering medical complications associated with COVID-19 vaccines."

U.S. Freedom Flyers is "informally" collecting adverse event reports from pilots and working with doctors, statisticians and scientists to come up with good estimates of their frequency, cofounder Joshua Yoder told Just the News Tuesday. "We know we have a major problem on our hands" quantifying the problem.

Yoder recently told the Vaccine Safety Research Center that cardiologist Peter McCullough, formerly vice chief of internal medicine at Baylor University Medical Center, told him around 30% of pilots would be sidelined if they were screened for vaccine-induced heart conditions with McCullough's recommended protocol.

The MIT study's corresponding author is management professor Retsef Levi, also a member of Israel's Public Emergency Council for the Coronavirus Crisis. He and McCullough both spoke at the Academy for Science and Freedom inaugural conference on censorship in science in March.

The study notes Israel's Ministry of Health has already assessed a myocarditis risk in 16-24 year-old males of between 1 in 3,000 and 1 in 6,000 after the second mRNA dose, and 1 in 120,000 for under-30 males.

The study analyzed calls to the Israel National EMS data system from Jan. 1, 2019 through June 20, 2021. This represents a 14-month "normal period" before the pandemic, 10-month pre-vaccination, dual-wave "pandemic period," and six months of vaccination.

The breakdown shows how cardiac arrest (CA) and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) calls, confirmed on site by first responders, "change over time with different background conditions and potentially highlight factors that are associated with the observed temporal changes."

Researchers excluded CA calls related to trauma, overdose or suicide, and the protocols were the same for the full 30-month study period, "allowing for a consistent comparison between the call counts during the baseline, pandemic, and vaccination periods."

The vaccine rollout period for 16-39 year-olds, January-May 2021, coincided with the third COVID wave in Israel. It showed a "statistically significant increase of over 25%" for both kinds of calls compared to the same period in 2020.

For CA specifically, there was "no statistically significant difference in the respective call volume" between full-year 2019 and 2020. For ACS, the "significant relevant increase" in that full-year period (15.8%) was outpaced by the January-May 2021 increase (26%).

The researchers said the January 2021 increase "seems to track closely the administration of 2nd dose vaccines," while a second observed increase starting April 18 "seems to track an increase of single-dose vaccination to individuals who recovered from COVID-19 infections." (The Israel Ministry of Health approved the latter for ages 16 and up in early March 2021.)

Females unexpectedly had a higher jump in calls: 31% for CA and 41% for ACS, compared to increases for males of 25% CA and 21% ACS. This may indicate a "potential underdiagnosis or under-self-reporting of myocarditis in females," according to the study, which was exempt from review by MIT's Institutional Review Board.
