The NYPD will discipline unvaccinated cops who don’t mask up while on the job — regardless if they are indoors or outdoors — as city officials try to prevent a surge of serious coronavirus cases in response to the highly infectious Delta variant, The Post has learned.

The department’s new guidance for masking was shared with the entire police force Tuesday evening in an administrative bulletin that spelled out instructions for officers to provide proof of the vaccination with the NYPD’s Medical Division, according to a copy of the bulletin obtained by The Post.

The move comes as the department has struggled to convince its workforce to get the jab, with only 43% of its uniformed and civilian employees vaccinated as of last month.

“Members who do not have official proof of COVID-19 vaccination on file with the Medical Division must wear a face covering at all times while working, whether indoors or outside, including while driving in Department vehicles,” according to the bulletin.

“These members may temporarily remove their masks when engaging in reasonable activities such as consuming food, drinking beverages, adjusting the face coverings due to temperature or to correct a breathing condition.”

“Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken for unvaccinated members found not wearing a face covering when required,” the memo reads.

One police source praised the change, saying it was a good thing “for the sake of humanity.”

The bulletin says sergeants or directors and above will be tasked with enforcing the policy for officers who haven’t gotten the jab and adds additional instructions will be provided to those supervisors.

Cops who are vaccinated must also mask up if they are in elevators, in schools, on public transit, in homeless shelters, jails, nursing homes or hospitals.

The memo does not say what the discipline would be for flouting the rules, or if vaccinated cops would be disciplined for not wearing a mask.

NYPD officials did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The department was often criticized during the pandemic with many on the force spotted openly flouting masking guidelines to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Mayor Bill de Blasio announced last month the city’s vaccination-or-test mandate would cover the entire municipal workforce. City employees, outside the NYPD, who violate the mandate will be “suspended without pay until they come into compliance,” a spokesman for the mayor said.

Cops may apply for “reasonable accommodation allowing them not to wear a face covering” through the EEOD Reasonable Accommodation Unit, the bulletin says.

It does not say how the weekly testing would work for cops.

Another police source told The Post they expect the weekly testing process to be a mess, with cops purposely burning as much time as they could on the clock to get a swab.

Adverse reactions are not “rare,” they are commonplace.

The vaccine offers no protection against the virus.

Reports from everywhere are that the vast majority of new Covid cases are among the fully vaccinated.

The US, EU, and UK databases of adverse vaccine reactions show tens of thousands of deaths and over 5 million health injuries associated with the Covid vaccine. As the databases only capture between 1% and 10% of the adverse effects, the vaccines have done more harm than the Covid virus.

For the entirety of the time that the “pandemic” has been upon us, the official protocol enforced by CDC, NIH, FDA, and WHO has prevented known preventatives and cures—HCQ and Ivermectin—from being used to treat patients. Eli Lilly has announced a new cure, but it has “been put on hold,” that is, blocked from usage. Why has the medical establishment blocked treating Covid patients with known safe cures?

An intelligent US Navy officer has pointed out that this order, in view of the known evidence, is detrimental to the national security of the US as the vaccine is known to fail to protect but is guaranteed to cause large numbers of illnesses and deaths among the troops.

It seems that even the dumbshit US Secretary of Defense is in league with Big Pharma. Little doubt he will be put on a pharmaceutical company board and with his bonuses end up worth $100 million, good pay for a quota hire.

That is the way the American political system works.

Iceland, a small island country, has achieved a 95% fully vaccinated population, and Iceland, like Israel, which is also heavily vaccinated, is now undergoing a new virus pandemic. Where is vaccine immunity? Nowhere to be found. According to the Iceland health authorities, 62% of those in intensive care are fully vaccinated. 80% of the most serious cases — those on ventilators — are fully vaccinated.

As I have examined many times, did the vaccine give otherwise healthy people Covid? Are these vaccine injuries? Does the vaccine, as distinguished experts say, train variants to escape the vaccine and the human immune system, thus producing variants unconstrained by vaccines?

Until these questions are answered by expert analysis and agreement, anyone who gives a Covid inoculation is committing a crime against the patient. Any patient who accepts the vaccine is driven by fear and peer pressure and is putting both his life and lifetime health at risk.

Americans and all peoples of the world who foolishly look to the US for leadership need to understand that the American health care system is dysfunctional. Private medical practice is ceasing to exist. Obamacare and other legislated and liability factors are forcing doctors into becoming mere employees of massive “health care” organizations that protect themselves from liability by following the protocols laid down by NIH and CDC. As NIH and CDC are in league with Big Pharma, the doctors are essentially following orders from the pharmaceutical companies.

Independent doctors can still think and use their training and skill to find a way to help their patients. But the establishment is determined to extend its control over the remaining independent doctors. To control independent practices, the establishment uses the power to revoke medical licenses. This power is now being used against doctors who actually treat and cure Covid patients.

We brainwashed Americans hear so much about how we have free medicine instead of socialized medicine like Europe. This is supposed to make us feel superior. But what Americans have is a health care system dominated by Big Pharma. In America health care serves profits, not health care.

The trouble with the West is that once the aristocrats, who had a sense of honor, even the corrupt ones, were driven out of politics, we only have dumbshits and the basely corrupted.

Consider for example, the Australian Health Minister who announced that 24,000 students will be injected with the deadly Covid vaccine regardless of parental objection.

The criminal’s name is Brad Hazzard. The criminal announced that the forced inoculation is “a golden opportunity” to become safe.

Here we have the hubris of evil. Hazzard is appropriately named. He is a hazard to 24,000 young Australians. It is a wonder that no one has decided that 24,000 Australian youths are worth more than a murderous health minister.

In New Zealand the Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, who from the look of her has an IQ of about 70, has put the entire country under lockdown because a single case of Covid, “likely the Delta variant,” was discovered in the city of Auckland.

Large numbers of the most distinguished and high ranking scientists on earth have said that the vaccine, at best, is a failure. Nothing can be done about the Delta variant. No amount of vaccination, lockdowns, mask mandates. All are impotent. The Delta variant will run through the population. The only solution is cures. Known cures are known and in use by independent practices. In India, Ivermectin completely stopped Covid in the districts permitted to use it.

But in the great scientific all-knowing exceptional, indispensable superpower, all known cures are against protocol.

When I write that America is a totally dumbshit country, you now know what I mean. We have a “pandemic” because US public health officials have established a protocol, upheld by the presstitute media, that prevents treatment with known proven cures. States banning mask mandates could face civil rights probes

(AP) - In an escalating battle with Republican governors, President Joe Biden on Wednesday ordered his Education secretary to explore possible legal action against states that have blocked school mask mandates and other public health measures meant to protect students against COVID-19.

In response, the Education Department raised the possibility of using its civil rights arm to fight policies in Florida, Texas, Iowa and other Republican-led states that have barred public schools from requiring masks in the classroom.

Biden directed Education Secretary Miguel Cardona to “assess all available tools” that can be used against states that fail to protect students amid surging coronavirus cases.

“Some state governments have adopted policies and laws that interfere with the ability of schools and districts to keep our children safe during in-person learning,” Biden said in an executive order, adding that some states “have gone so far as to try to block school officials” from adopting safety measures.

It amounts to the sharpest threat yet against states that so far have ignored admonishments from the White House during the surging pandemic. The move also injects the federal government into mounting culture wars that have turned schools into battlegrounds in a debate over masks.

In an announcement on its website, the Education Department said policies that ban mask mandates could amount to discrimination if they lead to unsafe conditions that prevent students from attending school. The agency can launch its own investigations into potential violations, and it also responds to civil rights complaints from parents and the public.

“The department has the authority to investigate any state educational agency whose policies or actions may infringe on the rights of every student to access public education equally,” Cardona said in a statement. He added that states banning mask mandates are “needlessly placing students, families and educators at risk.”

The agency’s Office for Civil Rights can issue a range of sanctions up to a total loss of federal education funding in cases of civil rights violations.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has pressed ahead with a ban on school mask requirements, and the state’s education officials are now weighing whether to withhold salaries of some superintendents that have defied the order. Texas and at least six other states have instituted similar prohibitions.

The state policies run counter to guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which recommends universal mask wearing for students and teachers in the classroom. In its guidance, the CDC cited the spread of the highly contagious delta variant.

Biden indicated last week that he believes he does not personally have the authority to overturn the policies, but he pleaded with Republican governors to reconsider their prohibitions. If they won’t help, he urged them to “at least get out of the way.”

While most states allow school districts to determine their own mask policies, some have fallen on either side of the debate. Some including California, Louisiana and Virginia have moved to require masks in schools for most students this fall. In other states that have barred mandates, leaders say it should be up to families to decide.

Protesters who oppose mask mandates have taken to state and local school board meetings in recent weeks, in some cases derailing the meetings.

In letters to Florida and Texas last week, Cardona said their prohibitions may violate the American Rescue Plan, which provided $123 billion to the nation’s schools to help them return to the classroom. The policies prevent schools from developing safe reopening plans, a requirement of the legislation, he said.

Similar letters are also being sent to Arizona, Iowa, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Utah, Cardona said on Wednesday.

“Let me be clear,” he wrote, “this department will continue to use every tool in our toolbox to protect the health and safety of students and educators and to maximize in-person learning as the new school year begin.”

George Mason University Grants Professor Exemption From COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate After Lawsuit Filed

George Mason University has granted a medical exemption from its COVID-19 vaccination mandate to Todd Zywicki, a professor at the university’s Antonin Scalia Law School who filed a lawsuit against the mandate two weeks ago.

In a statement, the New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA), serving as legal counsel for Zywicki in the lawsuit, announced the update on Aug. 17.

Zywicki filed suit against the university over the COVID-19 vaccine mandate in early August, claiming that he has fully recovered from the disease, and vaccination is unnecessary and potentially risky for him.

Zywicki gained national attention because he wrote an op-ed about his case, which was published in The Wall Street Journal. In the piece, he cited a March 2021 study that suggests that COVID-19 survivors are more likely to experience severe side effects from vaccination than those who have never been infected.

“I am gratified that George Mason has given me a medical exemption to allow me to fulfill my duties this fall semester in light of unprecedented circumstances,” Zywicki said in a statement. “Thanks to NCLA, we have increased public awareness that vaccinating the naturally immune is medically unnecessary and presents an elevated risk of harm to COVID-19 survivors.”

Zywicki contracted and recovered from COVID-19 in the spring of 2020. However, George Mason refused to give him a medical exemption from its vaccination mandate. Even multiple antibody tests have shown that Zywicki has a robust level of immune protection, and his immunologist, Dr. Hooman Noorchashm, concluded that “it is not medically necessary” for him to get a COVID-19 vaccine.

“Mason is not currently exempting individuals who previously had COVID-19 from the vaccination requirement, as such an exemption is not consistent with the guidance issued by the CDC,” George Mason’s counsel said in a letter to Zywicki’s attorney on July 30.

In July, George Mason required that all students, faculty, and staff must be vaccinated. Faculty and staff must either submit proof of full vaccination by Oct. 1 or have an approved medical or religious exemption. Otherwise, they will face “disciplinary action,” including “unpaid leave or possible loss of employment.”

“NCLA is pleased that GMU [George Mason] granted Professor Zywicki’s medical exemption, which we believe it only did because he filed this lawsuit,” NCLA said in a statement. “Nevertheless, NCLA remains dismayed by GMU’s refusal—along with many other public and private universities and other employers—to recognize that the science establishes beyond any doubt that natural immunity is as robust or more so than vaccine immunity.”

For that reason, NCLA said it would continue to explore litigation against the university.

University officials didn’t immediately respond to a request by The Epoch Times for comment.

George Mason granted a medical exemption to Zywicki and assured him that he wouldn’t be subject to disciplinary action. But he has to wear masks, maintain social distancing, and be tested for COVID-19 once per week on campus “at no cost to himself,” the NCLA statement reads.

A recent study from Oxford University also found that COVID-19 vaccines provide as much protection as “having had COVID-19 before through natural infection.” The study examined the effectiveness of vaccines made by AstraZeneca and Pfizer.

Last week, Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett declined to block Indiana University’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate, offering no explanation for her decision.

At least one plaintiff in the case was refused a medical exemption by the university, even though the plaintiff fully recovered from COVID-19, the disease caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus.

Over 3,000 counterfeit COVID-19 vaccination cards from China seized at Alaska Port of Entry

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officers at the Anchorage Port of Entry confiscated more than 3,000 counterfeit COVID-19 vaccination cards from China, and “more keep coming,” the agency said.

In a Thursday afternoon press release from the agency, it stated that the cards closely resemble authentic Centers for Disease Control certificates provided by healthcare practitioners when administering the COVID-19 vaccine, but they appear to be made by low-quality printing methods.

“Getting these fraudulent cards off the streets and out of the hands of those who would then sell them is important for the safety of the American public,” said Lance Robinson, area port director in the release. “Looking out for the welfare of our fellow Alaskans is one of the many and varied responsibilities CBP is proud to take on.”

The release noted that CBP officers have been seizing a high volume of counterfeit vaccination cards throughout the country.

The agency also reminded people that the use of those cards is illegal:

“The Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) has warned the public that the unauthorized use of an official government agency’s seal (such as Health and Human Services (HHS) or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is a crime and may be punishable under Title 18 United States Code, Section 1017, and other applicable laws.”

According to the press release, Customs and Border Protection Officers seized the cards at an express consignment facility at the Port of Entry in Anchorage, at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. This is separate from the Port of Alaska.
