VA Beach leadership should grow some ballz and open the beaches.

Let Gov Hinerich Blackface try to get the state police to tell people to get off the beach while the local cops direct traffic and parking.

My prediction is that the virus will be shown as a leading cause of death and yet a miracle cure for heart disease, Stroke, COPD, lower respiratory disease, diabetes AND road injuries. The numbers will not lie.

I will admit that a KKK hood was on my original list of masks I would have on hand for the very same reason. After some thought I realized that anybody doing so would have the same problem as the guy in the article.

They will seek him out (if possible) and charge him with disorderly conduct or possibly even a hate crime.

Quite possible if he was asked to leave by store personnel and he argued with them rather than complying.

Well work, and one store absolutely requires a "mask" to enter. I have taken to wearing a Shemagh. I tie it all up "Aloha Snackbar" and nobody says shit to me.

Actually, my boss, the Director of my division thinks I'm hilarious. The mask thing isn't up to him, as we are a government entity, Queen Andy made the decree. So, it's "Aloha Snackbar ", or as I told them at work this, or a Panty liner, with cuz queen Andy says so. in red....the shemagh is just fine apparently.

Has any agency tracked the supposed mass outbreak we were supposed to see from all the college spring break kids on the beaches in Florida in March? They were supposed to create their own COVID tsunami as they made their way home through the southeast, northeast and midwest.

Did this happen and I missed it?

How about the Disneyworld throngs? Did that go apocalyptic as well? Did I miss that too?

Was it all overblown, or am I in the middle of a Bruce Willis movie(I'm dead but don't know it)?

Perhaps off topic, but in an earlier post I mentioned the Mackinac Bridge Walk had been cancelled. This is a very large tourist event and an important economic boost for the small cities at each end of the bridge, St. Ignace and Mackinaw City. Lots of noise was made about the event being unsafe due to C-19. Actually, it looks like it is about $$$. The Bridge Authority (which is the operator of the bridge) claims it costs 300+K to put on the walk. Big shock! Bridge revenue has taken a hit since the lock down. It costs 4 bucks for passenger cars to cross the bridge and now you have to pay by credit card, so toll takers dont handle infected cash.
And a quick look at the Bridge Authority Board of Directors shows it seems to be heavily Democrat influenced:
Paul Ajegba - Current Whitmer appointed Director of MDOT and was a big proponent of her outrageous proposed gas tax hike.
Amy Trahey - Lansing Democrat.
Tricia Kinley - Insurance Assoc. of Michigan CEO.
Patrick Gleason - Democrat.
Kurt Steudle - Ex MDOT Chief under Granholm.
Brad Canale - CEO of NMU Foundation.
I could find no actual voting records for Steudle, Canale and Kinley.
So, it appears to me, like many other aspects of the C-19 "pandemic" the bridge walk cancellation is about politics and money.

***Volume Warning***

Turn the volume way down before you hit 'play' on this. Dr. Turley needs to lay off the Red Bull.

You can pick it up at the four minute mark for the meat of the piece.

And dig Anderson Cooper, with his ethnically correct pronunciation of "Greeta Toonberg".

From the article (emphasis mine):

quote:
Tectonix released data that shows just how far Florida spring breaker’s could potentially spread the corona virus.

Also from the article:

quote:
The company tracked random cell phone signals from one beach in Fort Lauderdale that were gathered at the beginning of March.

Chief Operating Officer Jefferson Wilson said they chose a specific beach then using their own technology followed the phone signals for the rest of the month.

Does anyone else find this intrusive and scary?

No, I saw that. That is the POTENTIAL tsunami. I am asking about what actually happened with massive outbreaks.

So more STD's were spread vs Da Rona?

And yes, tracking the movement by phones is rather frightening.

Me: Turn off your phone

Twenty year old: What?

Me: Turn off your phone and they can't track you.

Twenty year old: What?

Me: Turn off your phone. Power it off. Press and hold the power button and follow the prompts. Off. The opposite of On.

Twenty year old: Dude, why would I turn off my phone, like, ever, and if that is even possible.

Me: OK, then. Forget it.

Twenty year old: Forget what?

Looking at the cell phone beach tracking map, it looks like everybody in Detroit went to the beach.
Cant blame them. Any excuse to flee Detroit is a good one.
