“Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus” is a Latin phrase meaning "false in one thing, false in everything." At common law, it is the legal principle that a witness who testifies falsely about one matter is not credible to testify about any matter. --------------------- DJT-45/47 MAGA !!!!! I posted that article from a few pages back by a local physician to my Facebook page. Within an hour it was removed, and not by me. Google, Facebook, Youtube are all deleting anything that doesn't fit the leftists agenda.

Because people use it to stay in touch with relatives who live away from them. They are aware of Facebook's manipulation and bias but ignore it in order to stay in touch with others. That's just the way it is. Many conservatives use Facebook.

I’ve lived in California for 25 years. Seen a lot of protests. This is the first one I’ve seen by conservatives. The comments in social media are telling. They don’t just hate Trump. They hate me and anyone who thinks like me. “Crisis is the rallying cry of the tyrant.” – James Madison "Keep your fears to yourself, but share your courage with others." - Robert Louis Stevenson

Well this shit has gotten personal. My grandmother was admitted with some really weird symptoms. Test has come back finally. She is positive for COVID. The (pardon my french) fucking fact that I cannot be with her right now, or visit at all is completely heartbreaking. She is the reason I became a nurse and was one herself for many years. Hey COVID Fuck you. And, while we are at it fuck all the ridiculous rules surrounding you made by complete fucking idiots. That is all. Reinserting filter now. If it won't matter in 5 years don't give it more than 5 minutes.

Yep. Mrs. has seen a bunch of hateful FB posts by "friends" spewing vitriol at anyone who isn't as leftist as they are... If FB weren't a part of her business efforts I bet her friend list would be as short as mine is.

P226RN, have you heard about “proning” patients? A friend who is a Paramedic says they are doing it in NC. Apparently the patient with low O2 is placed face down on the gurney, which allows the diaphragm to not be smushed by internal organs and allows better breathing...he said they can watch the ox number change as they flip the patient. And I’m sorry about your grandma. I will pray for her recovery. ——— Mrs mike just showed me those CDC numbers too...what’s that about? The 37000 number is deaths up to April 25. Proning COVID patients has been a therapy for about 4 weeks.

And while I'm in the mood to rant: What's this business about farmers plowing their grown fields under, ranchers not being able to sell cattle? I know, I know, it's about the processing plants not being able to work or to keep up. But while we have producers (for a generic term) overloaded in product and we have increasing need at homeless shelters and food banks... let's roll up our sleeves and get people fed! I'm sure I'm oversimplifying it a bit, and I'm no supply chain management professor, but what I see is farmers and ranchers with excess food, hungry people needing it, local butchers in need of work, and some level of government intervention in the way. Adding those up, I think "Doggone it, man, we're Americans! We come together in tough times to help out those who need it. Let's match up producers (farmers, etc) with processors (butchers) and needy/hungry people and get things done!" I don't see any sense in plowing good crops under or having to stack up "meat inventory" (live or dead) -- that seems wasteful to me. On the surface of it, it seems pretty simple. If the big processors (Smithfield, for instance) can't process, then let's let small business (local butchers) step up and have a piece of the pie. Granted, I'm not a farmer nor a rancher nor a butcher, nor (thankfully) hungry, and I'm sure there's something I'm missing here. But what I'm hearing and reading makes this look like a ridiculous problem to have. Okay, I'm off the soapbox again. God bless America.

For Law Enforcement which may be asked to take part in activities such as we are seeing in Michigan and California, you may want to review this: U.S. Department of Justice - DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW Summary: Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.....
