^^^Very true^^^^ Since the FBI is investigating corruption in addition to mishandling classified information the task becomes much more complicated. Official corruption cases are usually lengthy and complex. We know that money was paid into the Clinton slush funds and to Bill Clinton for "speeches" by entities who needed HR Clinton's approvals as Secretary of State. But proving a quid pro quo to the satisfaction of a jury is another matter. I would imagine that most voters consider venality in politicians as more serious than mishandling classified information. Given the Clinton history it will be easy for most to believe if the FBI finds evidence.

Ugh, she's so God awful. Hillary refuses to answer indictment question at Dem debate By Marisa Schultz March 9, 2016 | 10:24pm WASHINGTON — Hillary Clinton was grilled during Wednesday night’s Democratic presidential debate about the prospect of facing criminal charges over her e-mail scandal. “Would you drop out of the race if you were indicted?” moderator Jorge Ramos asked about the ongoing FBI investigation into classified material on a personal home server that Clinton used while she was secretary of state. Clinton dodged and repeated her oft-used response that she never used her home server to send or receive classified material. “It wasn’t the best choice. I made a mistake. It was not prohibited. It was not in any way disallowed,” Clinton said at the Univision forum in Miami. Ramos pressed: “Who gave you permission? Was it President Obama?” “There was no permission to be asked. It had been done by my predecessors. It was permitted,” Clinton responded. “If you get indicted would you drop out?” Ramos repeated. “Oh, for goodness — that’s not going to happen. I’m not even answering that question,” Clinton said. The face-off against . Bernie Sanders came the day after he shocked Clinton in the Michigan primary, which the Vermont senator proudly called “one of the major political upsets in modern American history.” Ramos also pressed Clinton about the 2012 Benghazi attack to boos from the audience. Clinton denied that she misled victims’ families about the Libya attack when she at first said it was triggered by an anti-Islam video. The moment was highlighted by a clip of grieving mom Patricia Smith accusing Clinton of lying to her about the circumstances of son Sean Smith’s death. “I certainly can’t even imagine the grief that she has for losing her son, but she’s wrong,” Clinton said. “She’s absolutely wrong.” http://nypost.com/2016/03/09/h...stion-at-dem-debate/ ~Alan Acta Non Verba NRA Life Member (Patron) God, Family, Guns, Country Men will fight and die to protect women... because women protect everything else. ~Andrew Klavan

This and Hillary may be comparing apples and oranges, but it still angers me. http://www.marinecorpstimes.co...his-career/81521984/ Embattled Marine wins temporary reprieve in fight to save his career By Jeff Schogol, Marine Corps Times 10:07 a.m. EST March 9, 2016 The Marine Corps has agreed to delay the discharge of a Reserve officer accused of mishandling classified information after he sent a warning to troops in Afghanistan days before an insider attack, Marine Corps Times has learned. The Marine Corps has agreed not to discharge Maj. Jason Brezler for at least eight months while his lawsuit challenging the board of inquiry’s decision proceeds in federal court, said his attorney Michael Bowe. Both parties expect to submit a formal stipulation this week, he said. In 2012, Brezler sent an email from his personal account about Sarwar Jan, a police chief who had recently arrived at Forward Operating Base Delhi, whom he had kicked off another Marine installation two years prior for alleged unethical behavior. Seventeen days after Brezler sent the email, a boy working as Sarwar’s personal servant killed three Marines at FOB Delhi: Staff Sgt. Scott Dickinson, 29, Cpl. Richard Rivera, 20, and Lance Cpl. Greg Buckley, 21. After being investigated for sending classified information from his personal email account, a board of inquiry recommended that Brezler be discharged. A Navy official upheld the board’s decision in November. Navy Department officials could not immediately be reached for comment about the decision to allow Brezler to remain in uniform for now.

Easy answer. Theyre pushing Cruz who cant win the General. Theyre tossing a good dose of politics into Hillbots issues so she can use it as an excuse of why its really "all about nothing". Cruz looses, Hillary wins. Establishment on both sides continue business as usual. We all loose. Thats all you need to know. -------------------------------------- "There are things we know. Loretta Lynch: Well, We Wouldn't Have to Charge Clinton Just Because the FBI Made a Criminal Referral... They claim this will be handled by others, the professionals, the nonpolitical staffs, and yet... sure seems to me Lynch is implying she'll be the one making the call. Just in "consultation" with the people she ignores. Lynch was asked in a hearing by Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, what her department would do if the FBI were to recommend that step. "If the FBI were to make a referral to the Department of Justice to pursue a case by way of indictment and to convene a grand jury for that purpose, the Department of Justice is not required by law to do so, are they — are you?" Cornyn asked. Lynch didn't answer directly, but seemed to indicate the department has some wiggle room, and can consult with officials before deciding what to do. "It would not be an operation of law, it would be an operation of procedures," Lynch said in reply. She added that the decision to pursue a criminal case would be "done in conjunction with the agents" involved in the investigation. "It's not something that we would want to cut them out of the process." So you'll cover this up "in conjunction with the agents." That makes it all legal I guess. http://ace.mu.nu/ Meanwhile.... they have better things to do: AG Lynch Testifies: Justice Dept. Has ‘Discussed’ Civil Legal Action Against Climate Change Deniers Attorney General Loretta Lynch testified Wednesday that the Justice Department has “discussed” taking civil legal action against the fossil fuel industry for “denying” the “threat of carbon emissions” when it comes to climate change. Alex Wong/Getty Images During Lynch’s testimony at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) said that he believes there are similarities between the tobacco industry denying scientific studies showing the dangers of using tobacco and companies within the fossil fuel industry denying studies allegedly showing the threat of carbon emissions. http://www.theblaze.com/storie...mate-change-deniers/ "Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown "The United States government is the largest criminal enterprise on earth." -rduckwor

http://www.breitbart.com/video...she-enjoys-it-there/ Patricia Smith, whose son Sean was killed in the 2012 terrorist attack on the US consulate in Benghazi, Libya, responded to Democratic presidential candidate former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s statement about her being “absolutely wrong” by saying there’s “a special place in hell” for people like Clinton “and I hope she enjoys it there” on Thursday’s broadcast of the Fox Business Network’s “Intelligence Report with Trish Regan.” Smith said, “She lied to me. She told me it was a fault of the video. … And she knew full well it wasn’t at that time. And then she says, she was going to check, and if it’s any different, she would call me back. She would let me know. She has never once spoken to me, or her office. The only thing I ever got out of them is that I am not a member of the immediate family, and I don’t need to know.” She later added, “I want Hillary to talk to me personally, and tell me why there was no security there, when they were asked for it. I know this, because I spoke to my son. That day, he says he was really scared, because he saw the 17 people — 17 November, whatever it was, that they were walking around taking pictures. And he was afraid. He says it didn’t look very good. And he was afraid. And that he asked for security, and he was turned down.” When asked about criticisms that the matter had been politicized, Smith stated, ”All I want is for Hillary to tell me what happened. What’s political about that? I think that as a mother, I deserve to know. And as a woman, as she says, she always talks about a woman, I am a woman too. I think I deserve to know why my son is dead.”

Hillary lying to this poor woman from the start and now for all practical purposes calling this woman a liar is despicable beyond all human nature. Nothing political about this. This type of behavior disqualifies you from the human race and relegates you to a sub human species. The lady is right there is a special place in hell for the sub humans and Hillary given her age is fast approaching her day where she takes her special place. From the referenced article:
What, pray tell, is so damned sensitive? The classified information that rolled around the world wide web? The fact that Clinton had a private home-based server and used it to conduct both personal and governmental business? We know that already. And much more. Is this case "sensitive" because it involves a political figure? Tell that to Senator Stevens. Or Congressman DeLay. Oh wait... they were Republicans. My bad. Nothing in those cases was too sensitive to allow out into the public domain. BillClinton'swife-gate Part II stinks to high heaven, if only because of the unwillingness to our federal law enforcement agencies to discuss details or perp walk those who were directly involved in the failure to protect CLASSIFIED information. It reeks of political corruption, favoritism, and the belief that certain pigs are better than others. Nice is overrated "It's every freedom-loving individual's duty to lie to the government."
