Still no official SIG Forum unitard in the mail yet. Frown I got so used to waxing to prepare for my photo op that I just sort of got hooked on the habit.

There was an epic convergence of members in Longmont Colorado that include LBJ, myself and many others around 2006. It started with two of us and by the time the day arrived we filled most of the room in the restaurant.

There was a Sig Shoot in SE Michigan a few years ago where 'gay cake' made an appearance.

jhe888 misses Old Frank. He was a low key and cool guy. He passed a few years ago.

My wife received a phone call from a member inquiring about my death in an aircraft accident. Luckily it was not me. I was on the road flying the Citation and hadn't been able to check in here for a few days. It was very strange reading all the condolences...

Three mouse clicks and it would reappear.

You'll have to ask lbj if he's OK with it reappearing for a time. I wouldn't bring it back without his say-so. If you were there at the time, you'll understand.

We were all younger then.

Well I certainly hope that Bob asks. I have heard a lot of this thread, however I believe it was before my time here. I would really like to read it as I have heard the “are you smoking dope”reference many times.

I remember that thread. Yeah, it was a hoot but ugly at the end. I can understand if it doesn’t resurface.

Now, the ‘stew field’ one would be a fun one to relive. That guy was a nutcase as well.

Lots of funny memories thru the years.

If I remember right, there was this GQ looking member that had a hot girl friend and they would post pictures of themselves all decked out in those expensive Katinica tactical outfits climbing and running through the woods and mountains. Wonder what ever happened to him. Cannot for the life of me remember his screen name.

I talk to him all the time.

I helped him rescue a hawk last night while he was on duty.

There was a Swiss or Austrian poster who gave us an interesting glimpse into life there. From the perfect roads to toasted cheese, and he was hot for Peg Bundy.

Yeah, he's a good dude. He called me when I was having a rough time. It settled my nerves quite a bit.

Interesting thread.. Anyone remember that guy who introduced himself with: "I was born to live by the gun." or something like that. As I recall, he posted about being followed at night and turning down a dark alley hoping to draw in the guy following him. He, predictably, caught a lot of heat for that.

Who was the guy who started posting a bunch of antisemitic and Nazi shit and Para booted him while giving him the CUT "Reassigned to the Eastern Front". I'm still laughing at that.

I've been on SF for 22 years...

On the plus side members like JAllen, his posts were always worth reading.

On the minus side nitwits like that Calvert guy... I kept waiting for his whole BS story to collapse and one day... it did.

Jesus! If it is resurrected, looks like I’ll have a lot of reading to do!

ETA… There is nothing other than trolling hate to read. No need to bring back something so vile.
