A post that still makes me smile:

There are some other '0ne and done' posters but this is what I remember now.

Ahh, yes. Marv.

There's a story behind this one. You had to be there:

One thing you can say for the guy- he has real taste in headgear:

A thread about a female Air Force security forces Airman pictured behind a sniper rifle, the back and forth about whether the picture was “real” etc.

There was dog rescue thread, with an appeal to find a new home for the pup, and the relay to deliver said dog to its new home was very neat!

With the exception of Vero8 recently, most of the people I "wonder what ever happened to..." isn't with any reverence, mostly I don't miss them. I'm glad they're gone. But I guess it's a good thing I don't remember their "names", just their attitude and and maybe their avatar.

I've mentioned this in other threads like this, but I can still remember the night of the unraveling of the calvert thing. How much fun it was, how much I laughed, and having somewhere to go and not wanting to because I wanted to stick with the thread evolving in real time. Feb 11, 2008

Three mouse clicks and it would reappear.

You'll have to ask lbj if he's OK with it reappearing for a time. I wouldn't bring it back without his say-so. If you were there at the time, you'll understand.

We were all younger then.

I think the original was from long ago. Maybe 2006.

IIRC, it caused parabellum to change his CUT. Is the moratorium on mentioning the cerdalerg in question ongoing?

Yeah, that guy was a nutcase. Who was that other guy that followed you from here to youtube and everywhere else? IIRC, he kept popping up here with different screennames.

I kind of miss 1shott. He was a kind person. He used to call me all the time. I got a different phone number and didn't remember his number to tell him about it.

I Remember. I remember a thread where Para interrupted a several page thread w/ a pic of an armed guy taking over a bus (thread). He done Hi-jacked that thread. He had figured out the new guy poster was an IndyFFL alternate.
That thread got real good fast.

Edited… Let’s not bring this back. This guy was a vile POS. No need to resurrect so much hate.

That was Agony. I don't recall what the thread was about but he was saying he and a brother(?) tried that as kids to induce a fever and get out of school. I know Agony IRL. He and his family are doing well.

Can someone refresh my memory....Cliff. Was he the "Velvet Voicebox" or something like that? Or was there a Cliff and Cliffy?
