| I know I'm more than a week late on this--the exploding pagers. I went back and read all the related posts. Why were they carrying pagers? Pagers? Who carries pagers these days except doctors?

people targeted by previously carrying cell-phones with location revealing software. Same reason UBL stopped using cellphones; it became obvious they were being targeted using them so they had to switch tradecraft. |

Ok, thanks, that makes sense about the cell phones but I'm still out of the loop and dating myself here. I'm guessing these pagers are to send messages, like text messages, and not merely phone numbers like in the old days?
