https://www.breitbart.com/poli...n-climate-carveouts/

The Build Back Better Act, President Joe Biden’s roughly $2 trillion infrastructure bill, will reportedly contain more than $500 billion in carveouts to combat climate change.

this would amount to “the single biggest component of the sweeping package.”

“This will be, just as a matter of fact, the biggest climate bill in human history"

Biden has postponed his flight to meet the Pope so that he can stay in Washington DC several hours longer, and try and convince his own party to back his infrastructure bill.

Biden was due to fly to Rome early on Thursday, ahead of his Friday audience at the Vatican.

The president, a lifelong Catholic, has pushed his flight back by several hours to try and secure a deal. He is still expected to meet Pope Francis on Friday, and hold a meeting with Emmanuel Macron, the French president.

World leaders are gathering in Rome for the G20 meeting on the weekend. Biden will then travel to the UK for the UN climate summit in Glasgow on Monday and Tuesday.

Biden:

"My Build Back Better Agenda and Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal are once-in-a-generation investments that will transform the lives of families across the country"

yes, the bills will transform our country into never ending debt and provide hundreds of billions to liberal causes. Neither bill should pass

adding:

Biden expects to get full Democratic support when he unveils a new framework Thursday for the sweeping social safety net package that is the centerpiece of his legislative agenda, two sources familiar with the negotiations told NBC News.

Biden is expected to travel to Capitol Hill to huddle behind closed doors in the morning with House Democrats to discuss the package. He is then expected to deliver remarks at the White House in the late morning and is scheduled to leave for his trip to Europe in the mid-afternoon.

#Lets_go_Manchin_Sinema, and yes FJB. And for those POS RINO's who signed onto the Dem infrastructure bill giving Biden the 'Bipartisan' label, I hope each of them fall down an elevator shaft for what they've done.

The Big Picture in 19 Minutes

In his lengthy opening on Fox News Wednesday night, Tucker Carlson outlined the big picture in 19 minutes. Carlson does a good job of weaving the disparate elements into a very visible picture.

This is a good encapsulation of how the Biden administration’s agenda creates a cause and effect cycle that’s completely disconnected from the priorities of the American middle class. WATCH:

https://theconservativetreehou...cture-in-19-minutes/

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Vatican CANCELS planned live broadcast of Joe Biden meeting the Pope and will only provide edited footage to the media afterward

The Vatican on Thursday abruptly canceled the planned live broadcast of President Joe Biden meeting Pope Francis

The Vatican press office provided no explanation for why the live broadcast of the visit had been trimmed to cover just the arrival of the president's motorcade

The Vatican said it would provide edited footage of the encounter after the fact to accredited media

When does this madness end ?

https://www.wsj.com/articles/b...t-border-11635447591

The Biden administration is in talks to offer immigrant families that were separated during the Trump administration around $450,000 a person in compensation, according to people familiar with the matter, as several agencies work to resolve lawsuits filed on behalf of parents and children who say the government subjected them to lasting psychological trauma.

The U.S. Departments of Justice, Homeland Security, and Health and Human Services are considering payments that could amount to close to $1 million a family, though the final numbers could shift, the people familiar with the matter said. Most of the families that crossed the border illegally from Mexico to seek asylum in the U.S. included one parent and one child, the people said. Many families would likely get smaller payouts, depending on their circumstances, the people said.

The total potential payout could be $1 billion or more.

So instead of the ghetto lottery, it's the desert crossing lottery? If they win, take that $$$ and head back to Mexico and live in a nice, safe neighborhood for $30K/year.

Holy crap.

Progressives derail Pelosi’s planned vote on Biden infrastructure bill

https://justthenews.com/govern..._campaign=newsletter

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi delayed a vote on the Senate-passed infrastructure bill on Thursday as progressives continued to insist on linking it to a vote on the Build Back Better Act.

Biden negotiated with senators to craft the infrastructure bill that passed the Senate with bipartisan support.

“Members of our Caucus will not vote for the infrastructure bill without the Build Back Better Act. We will work immediately to finalize and pass both pieces of legislation through the House together,” House Progressive Caucus Chair Pramila Jayapal wrote on Twitter.

Pelosi had previously set a deadline of Oct. 31 for passage of the $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill.

Biden rolled out an updated framework for the revised $1.75 trillion Build Back Better Act on Thursday before his trip to Rome. Democrats are trying to pass it through budget reconciliation without GOP votes.

The House is voting on an extension of federal highway funding through Dec. 3 in the absence of passage of the infrastructure bill.
