Biden White House Calls Lid For Elderly President After Virginia Red Wave Results In Devastating Dem Losses

https://nationalfile.com/biden...astating-dem-losses/

Joe Biden will not be holding any public events today following his return from Europe, nor will the White House be holding any press briefings, following the devastating Democrat electoral failure in Virginia and across the country last night.
Biden and the White House are remaining out of public view following devastating losses for Democrats in Virginia and across the country in last night’s off year elections.

Both Biden and Kamala Harris predicted major Democrat victories, and Harris made the critical mistake of predicting the results of Virginia would set expectations for the 2022 midterms and eventual 2024 presidential election.

Last night and into this morning it has become clear that Democrats suffered a devastating blow, losing all three statewide elections and the Virginia House of Delegates to the Republican Party. Now, Biden and the White House are remaining silent.

Yea, now all of a sudden they don't want to run their mouths, normally you can't shut them up. Thank you Virginia.

Joe Biden Administration Warns of ‘Planned Inspections’ and $136,532 Fines to Enforce Coronavirus Vaccine Mandate

President Joe Biden’s administration warned Thursday there would be “planned inspections” and heavy fines to ensure businesses comply with a new coronavirus vaccine mandate set for a Jan. 4th deadline.

A senior Biden official spoke to reporters about their planned enforcement measures prior to leveling an Occupational Safety and Public Health requirement for businesses with over 100 employees to get them vaccinated for the coronavirus or test unvaccinated employees weekly and require them to wear masks.

“We also will be having some programmed or planned inspections where we do go to workplaces to check to make certain that the workplace is in compliance with the rule,”

The official said they would focus much of their vaccine mandate enforcement efforts on employers where employees complained about their working status.

James Carrville cries out in the wilderness against da <<woke>>.
quote:
James Carrville Says 'Stupid Wokeness' Costs Democrats At The Polls
Lindsey Ellefson, The Wrap 11/4/2021

Democratic strategist James Carville identified Wednesday what he believes is costing his party at the polls: "Stupid wokeness."

"What went wrong is just stupid wokeness," he told PBS NewsHour's Judy Woodruff when she asked what happened Tuesday in Virginia, where Democratic gubernatorial incumbent (Huh? - IC) Terry McAuliffe went down to Republican Glenn Youngkin. "This 'defund the police' lunacy, this 'take Abraham Lincoln's name off of schools.' I mean that....people see that."

He explained that what he sees as wokeness "has a suppressive effect all across the country on Democrats."

"Some of these people need to go to a 'woke' detox center or something," he said. "They're expressing a language that people just don't use and there's backlash and a frustration at that."

^^^ Yeah, only nothing's changed about the environment where Uncah Hoe hasn't managed to get anything done.

Well, one thing's changed - all the Dems looking forward to contested elections are now running a lot more scared than they were.

Carrville is sharp and witty. Likes to turn on that accent for effect. He had a lot to do with Clinton being elected. He has been in politics for a long time and senses how things work. He could run circles verbally around the intellectually impaired Democrats running the country.

Where is OSHA going to get the massive workforce and computer systems to enforce this? The department would need to massively dwarf the FBI, BTAF, and Treasury enforcement arms all combined. They will need way more OHSA workers than we have CBP protecting our borders currently.

In most Blue states all of their state departments will be used to push this. Even then, I don't see how they accomplish it. The key is for businesses to band together and give these morons the middle finger. When that happens, this all ends.

They don’t have to universally enforce it. Only selectively on political rivals like My Pillow or conservative media companies, Trumps new social media one etc.

White House backtracks and admits Biden WILL pay separated migrants after he called $450K proposal 'garbage' yesterday: President won't dish out $450K but is 'perfectly comfortable' with 'settlements'

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/ne...ayouts-migrants.html

White House principal deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Thursday that President Biden is 'perfectly comfortable' with cash payouts to migrant families separated at the border, but insisted the settlements won't be as high as $450,000.

Fox News' Peter Doocy asked Jean-Pierre during the briefing what Biden meant when he called the reports of payments 'garbage' after the ACLU claimed that he 'hadn't been briefed properly.

Jean-Pierre, standing in for Jen Psaki after her COVID diagnosis, responded by saying that settlements were happening, and he was responding to the claim that they could be close to half-a-million dollars.

'If it saves taxpayer dollars and puts the disastrous history of the previous administration's use of "zero tolerance" and family separation behind us, the President is perfectly comfortable with the Department of Justice settling with the individuals and families who are currently in litigation with the US government,' she said.

She wouldn't specify the amount the Biden administration would spend in the settlements and referred all other questions to the Department of Justice.

The American Civil Liberties Union tore into Biden on Wednesday night after he denied reports that his White House is planning on paying separated migrants $450,000 each or $1 million per family.

The head of the ACLU said the 78-year-old president's statement means he either hasn't been 'full briefed' on the matter or is 'abandoning' his promise to undo Donald Trump's more strict immigration laws.

'President Biden may not have been fully briefed about the actions of his very own Justice Department as it carefully deliberated and considered the crimes committed against thousands of families separated from their children as an intentional governmental policy,' ACLU Executive Director Anthony Romero told Fox News.

'But if he follows through on what he said, the president is abandoning a core campaign promise to do justice for the thousands of separated families.

'We respectfully remind President Biden that he called these actions "criminal" in a debate with then-President Trump and campaigned on remedying and rectifying the lawlessness of the Trump administration. We call on President Biden to right the wrongs of this national tragedy.'

The disputed financial offerings have been heavily criticized by Republicans, who unveiled legislation on Thursday aimed at blocking the payments.

The State Department believes as many as 14,000 U.S. legal permanent residents remain in Afghanistan , Foreign Policy has learned, as the agency faces increasing scrutiny from Congress about the status of U.S. citizens and green card holders that are still stranded in the Taliban-controlled country.

The finding, disclosed by a congressional aide familiar with the matter, has been transmitted by the State Department to aides on Capitol Hill in private, but officials demurred on revealing the figure when questioned by Republican lawmakers on Wednesday, insisting the agency doesn’t track the figure.

“Isn’t the operating assumption about 14,000?” Republican Rep. Chris Smith asked Brian McKeon, deputy secretary of state for management and resources, at a hearing on Wednesday, referring to the figure briefed in private.

“We don’t track [legal permanent residents],” McKeon responded. “It’s a good question why we don’t,” he added, suggesting the lack of clarity might be because the State Department does not require Americans and legal permanent residents traveling abroad to report their whereabouts.
