That looks really good, bald1!

Over here it was grilled pork chops, with a side of spinach.
And a shot of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. Cool

God bless America.

Hickory smoked baby back ribs with baked potato with butter and sour cream, and a green tossed salad with pita bread as a "pusher". Likely an Oreo Cakette for dessert.

Today I went to my mom’s house and made her beef short ribs, fresh mashed golden potatoes, and asparagus. It was really good and she loved it!

Thanks Jesse! Yours looks great too! I love doing kabobs! I could probably only eat half of that plate you put together. Love the Naan bread with it!

No pictures this time, but I made beef fajitas. This is the first time I used “Wagyu” skirt steak meat. I always use inside skirt steak, but when at the grocery store I decided to try the “Wagyu” and it was really good. It was very tender and flavorful. Probably because I made sure to not overcook the meat. I put Wagyu in quotes because I know this is just American Wagyu.

Oh man what I'd give. I absolutely love lobster rolls and have missed them for years and years not having been back East. Yours look outstanding... and the clams... <DROOL>!

Best was when I was stationed in Maine outfitting a new construction ship at Bath Iron Works 40+ years ago. Seafood was to die for!
