As much as I have been anticipating the MPX, I am going with the CZ Skorpion. $20 mags! The CZ will be shipping at the end of the month.

Will just be glad to get one...

I was also told they would become available at the end of January. This came from a SIG distributor. Hopefully it actually launches but the CZ will be a big competitor.

End of January is what the Sig rep told me last year.

I will believe it when I see it.

I was fortunate enough to put my hands on both an MPX and CZ Skorpion today.

With the money I save on the CZ I can buy plenty of mags, SBR folding stock, and the SBR stamp.

The advantage of the MPX, is the mag release and eventual caliber interchangability. Who knows if they will release the kits though.

The other advantage of the MPX is it is locked breech as opposed to the blowback in the CZ.

Worth the extra coin?? meh...

I've put $2500 in my "to buy" account.
I plan to wait for MPX-PSB with sound suppressor and accessories.
However, my patience will expire in June 2015.

So far they have said no on 45ACP & 10mm due to the longer case lengt. The action, mag well, and magazines are based on 9mm/40S&W/357Sig cartridge lengths.

So not to hijack this thread with a different PCC...but since someone did with the CZ Scorp why not?!?!?

LWRC blasted a couple shots of this 45ACP SMG via Instagram. More info at Shot from what I've been reading.

From what I've heard, there will also be a 9MM version using MP5 magazines.

Seeing that LWRC and the Scirpion, I can see Sig's train leaving the station.
