He shows a 5 in 1 crimped blank, explains that loose rounds are commonly found in pouches and fanny packs used by movie armorers, and gives one possible explanation in which the AD grabbed the wrong gun off the prop cart and handed it to Baldwin, likely unaware that the gun was even real and fully functioning or had a real live round with a bullet in it.
