Yeah - I've always been skeptical of this safety system - "You can't pull the trigger unless you are pulling the trigger" (I get it, some light snags are mitigated).

At the same time, they don't bother me. It's not as forwardly cumbersome as a Walther P7 grip safety or mildly so with the 1911 grip safety.

I think my point is that it would go a long way as a PR move, not as a practical move.

All that said, I'm sure if people wanted to hate on other platforms, we could see an equal number of NDs from other firearms that do not bear the Sig name.
