When you get a bit further into reading the thread, it can be a hoot. Guys who had previously said "Glocks!! p'tooey!! I spit on Glocks!!" are back in the thread a few months later saying "I just bought my third Glock".

I'm the Johnny Appleseed for Glock. Sow 'em, water 'em, and wait. Razz

Got damnit Para was right!

All done. Took a few months to get my non-serrated/17 triggers for the 19 & 26.

Mods = Glock factory NS, CT's, and smooth triggers. One trigger, platform, and Manu once again. 17 = HD, 19 = winter edc, 26 = summer edc. Redundancy. Sold all my other pistols (1 left on auction now).

Now that I got them finished I went and tossed them all in the got damn creek Wink

I would likely have done the 31/32/33 thing if the 32 fit my meat hook better. Same with 17/19/26.

I may still get a 33, but a P2000SK has that role at the moment.

My sojourn into the land that is GLOCK is now over.

Got rid of the G19 and a few other pistols plus some dollars towards a couple of other pistols.

Maybe if I find a pristine Gen-2 G19 I'll decide to step into the pool again.

I have owned a Glock from time to time
but never found them to be sublime
yet now I found say one or two
that help me chase away the blues.

I bought a G30S last year that quickly became my primary carry. I just picked up a G27 Gen 4 that after shooting three times in my back yard has earned its place on my side. Reliable, you bet.

I love me some Glocks I fear it is true. Big Grin

Thanks for the tip but I have no interest in EVER buying one sight unseen after my most recent experience.
I will be bringing a flashlight and a magnifying glass along to check for cracks in the frame if I do find one locally.

Right now my focus has shifted to other areas so there is no pressing need to get another one (almost zero interest whatsoever).

I will be selling three new/unused G19 mags in the near future since this time I remembered NOT to include any extra mags in the deal I made. Razz

They will take detailed pics and email them to you.

I inspected them myself on Friday and can say they are all in very good condition.

Do you own stock in the company or what?

The man said he wont buy another one until he can inspect it in person. Roll Eyes

I be wanting me a G41. Like bad.

Was speaking to a customer yesterday who's currently doing some sort of agency evaluation on a T&E example. He couldn't stop raving about how well the gun handled. According to him, compared to the G21 (which both of us own examples of) the G41 is so much easier to get back on for follow ups, though I don't think my G21 is all that bad to begin with. Recoil as a whole is purportedly a revelation compared to the older model, which again I haven't thought was bad at all. So now I'm REALLY wanting a G41.

Glocks...they just continue to tighten that noose around me neck...

Would say he's just trying to help, Maddy lent me a few items to just try out, total worth 500+, without hardly knowing me except through here. I would trust his judgment and intentions.

Now at about the 500 round mark through my G19 gen4, and the ejection pattern seems to have smoothed out.

Few things I will have done is get the finger relief under the trigger guard for my middle finger, Trijicon HD sights, and just a polish job and should be just right for me.

I mentioned a few days ago seeing an ad for the glock 21 ISP turn-ins. I called the LGS today that had the first batch, and they had sold them all. I'm hoping to pick up one from the next batch. Word is, they are all Gen 4, less than a year old, having been replaced by P227s.

Night sights, three mags, shot very little.

Talked to an ISP trooper today and he said that the Glocks were great, just that the superintendent wanted SIG in their holsters.

After this long Glockless, it would take a Glock 18 or a Glock 7 to tempt me.
