Something to do with the dead trigger condition that police department reported. Stacked tolerances, internal contamination? I wonder how many slices in this swiss cheese model.

One of the things I did with ours was to replace the trigger return spring that hangs down from the rear of the FCU with one that is 10% firmer. It is, according to the manufacturer, designed to more firmly reset the trigger/trigger bar. The spec sheet that comes with it says that it adds about 1# more to the trigger pull, but I really can't tell much if any difference.

Thanks for spring force tip. Just ordered +10% from ISMI Springs. Cheapest price direct from manufacturer!

Pardon me if I have doubled

The International Defensive Pistol Association, Inc. (IDPA), in response to numerous reports and videos, is immediately prohibiting the use of the SIG Sauer P320 in all of it’s variants from any competition or event under the name of IDPA. All other SIG Sauer models may be used in the division appropriate for their configuration.

SIG has just come out and re-named the P320.

It is now known as the P32025 COVID...

Everyone needs to stay at least 6 feet away from the firearm.

Pretty soon, I expect there will be people screaming on TikTok about how this gun is going to kill us all.

Just signed out and went to Rumble...the Steven Crowder (live) program has Brandon Herrera on as guest to discuss the P320. I may check it out when they wrap up. Too much other stuff being discussed, to link it or post the whole thing.

OMG that glock video is bull shit. He is at the edge of trigger break and is moving the gun in the vise to get it to finish breaking.
He could do the same thing by grabbing the trigger guard and moving the frame enough to finish breaking the trigger. It has nothing to do with the slide or internal parts.

Thanks for posting this. Just goes to prove other factors are more than likely involved with the P320 unintended discharges.
It's far more reasonable to believe all the documented unintended discharges are a result of something internal going on with the contraption inside the P320 than it is to believe other makes and models of pistols, some in far more widespread use, have somehow just been lucky they haven't had an issue.

Mike Glover - Mike Force Podcast - some are actually saying the “attacks” on the P320 are from George Soros.

I removed the video. We're not going to give exposure to imbeciles and grifters.

What's important about the video I posted at the top of the page is not only that a P365 was made to fire with a partially depressed trigger and slide jiggling, but that an XDM could be made to do that after releasing the trigger.

Yes, it's a different gun, but it provides proof-of-concept. I asked the content creator if he could try and reproduce this behavior with a 320.

The point of both that video and the one that was removed, seems to be (prove?) that if you pull the trigger 80+% through the travel (82.5% in the case of the P320) and then futz with the slide, pretty much any striker fired pistol will discharge. As the striker hook (located on the slide/upper receiver) is retained/released by the sear located in the lower receiver, it would seem that by design pretty much all striker fired pistols are intolerant of such manipulations. As such, the entire premise of such an analysis is completely flawed and does nothing to explain what's happening to holstered P320 Pistols.
