Irrelevant to me. I don’t care for her crudeness nor her version of “comedy”.

I watched it. It was ok, had some funny moments and some serious moments. All in all it was much like the original series, so if you were a fan you'd like it. If not, probably not.

The Dan not being dead was handled ok, the two Beckys were both in the show, and all the major players showed up except David.

My wife loved it, I thought it was good enough to watch again, so we'll try it again next week.

Here's to the sunny slopes of long ago.

As a performer, Rosanne was always the weakest link. Having to perform next to real actors like Laurie Metcalf and John Goodman made it all the more apparent.

I’d have thought she’d gotten better after 20 years. I think she’s gotten worse.

The fact that networks are dusting off twenty year old shows is an indication of how lost they are. There are too many excellent streaming alternatives. Nice try. Pass.

My wife, who was a fan of the original series, walked out after 10 minuets. I made it about halfway through and gave up. Her being a "conservative" was not enough to hold my interest. She's still Roseanne. Not worth watching.

It reminds me a little of Archie Bunker. An older conservative couple interacting with family that has different ideas.

My wife wanted to watch it, so we watched it. I had a few chuckles. Her character is a Trump supporter, and Laurie Metcalf's character is a liberal character, so there was some good ribbing back and forth. I wouldn't go out of my way to watch it, but if it's on I probably wouldn't change the channel either.

My wife didn't know what a "pussy hat" was. I was surprised they actually said, "pussy hat" on air.

I didn't get into the original show much but watched last night. I thought it was funny from time to time and it tackled some of todays controversial issues. I'll watch next week and see how it goes.

Dan forgot where he hid his gun - found it in the garage freezer - I was grabbing my barf bag - This was as horrible as I thought it might be - They missed alcoholism and suicide. Covered everything else.

In am so sick of politics. I don't want it in my sitcoms.

So there is a trans kid, a bi racial kid, a pussy hat wearer, and someone having a surrogate baby, I'll assume with all the healthcare jokes that go along with that.

Nope. Not for a second

I liked the original show. I caught 10 minutes of the new show a few nights ago.

Its leftist indoctrination. The writers are nothing more than socialist/communist with an agenda. To hell with writing a witty, funny show that all can enjoy, lets write it as far leftist and add as much leftist talking points that we can.

A boy that wears pink girls clothes and then gets ostracized at school and no one wants to play with him? Shocking.

All this inclusion and acceptance of fruitcakes shoved down our throats. No thanks.

I LOVE John Goodman and think he is a top 10 actor, but I'll skip this series.

Nailed it!

Plus, when conservatives don't watch, Roseanne's character will devolve into a stereotypical "Trump-loving-moron" just to serve as an intellectual punching bag.

The first show was mildly amusing at times, in its early years. But this new one doesn't even budge my "give-a-shit-o-meter."

I wasn't very much into the original series so I'll be skipping this.

I think the only show I'd watch if they brought it back in its original form is Married With Children. But there's no way they can get away today with the things they said back then.
