Did you compare it to the original? No.

Who was speaking, please?

The Prosecutor, as he was questioning his own witness went through a bunch of mumbo jumbo that led to that, then the defense after they heard this, asked the actual question.
Almost the "who ordered the code red" although over a less significant issue. A great way for the defense to end their questioning.
This happened after arguing for well over an hour to show it was not being changed when it was made larger.
When his witness and the jury came back in, this happened.

Lefty said Kyle charged the weapon so he feared for his life and lunged at Kyle. Kyle said he didn't charge the rifle. The video doesn't really show him charging the rifle.

If reasonable people agree he didn't charge the weapon, then Lefty didn't need to charge Kyle and Lefty is caught in another lie.

More accurately, Lefty claimed that Kyle pulled the trigger in an attempt to shoot him, the gun misfired, and Kyle charged the weapon in order to try again to shoot.

This is in direct contradiction to Kyle’s assertion that he only engaged and fired once Lefty lunged and pointed his gun at Kyle.

Lefty and prosecutor version of events is:

Kyle Shoots skateboard boy/point and misfire toward Lefty/clear and charge/shoot Lefty

Kyle and defense version of events:

Shoot skateboard boy/assess Lefty as not a threat/lower rifle/Lefty lunges at Kyle and points Glock at his head/Kyle shoots Lefty

What is the matter with Lebron James?? His comments are not appreciated, and out of line. Who cares what he thinks. He can dribble a basketball and makes big money.
(Basically he mocked KR suggesting his breakdown was faked.}

Where did that video come from?

Pretty sure that's the drone video that was introduced at the trial this week, which was just received by the state last Friday.

Apparently a local Fox affiliate had shown it in a news segment, not sure who took it.

edited to add: Both of the pictures below are enhanced versions of the original. The original is not shown.

I am very confused about the issue of the pictures being "blown up"

Here is a screen capture of what they showed to the jury

Two points:

1. Note in the larger picture that the lettering on the white sign has disappeared. Is that the result of the algorithm to add pixels and smooth color ?

Significant detail has been lost.

2. Kyle shoots righthanded. The blurry image seems to show someone aiming left handed ?

I should add - I have no idea what this actually shows

The defense expert actually had some very good points to make, but his info was butchered by the defense lawyer fumbling terribly

I am sure j jones will be along shortly to answer that question.

I’m not sure what question I’m supposed to answer. The “weapons of war” reference or why the officer wore business attire to testify.

The first is obvious. The “Weapons of War” crack is an attempt to use a buzzword to conjure images in the mind of the weak minded. “weapons of war” is another attempt for the feeble minded to influence other feeble minded individuals like the popular usage of “assault weapons” or the ever so evil “Saturday Night Special”. The AR is widely used in LE because of the obvious reasons. The shotgun is a dying beast in LE. It is slow to load, unfriendly to smaller statured officers, range limited, and won’t penetrate soft armor. All of which you guys already know. “Assault Weapons” have been used and debunked so much that they needed a new buzzword. Some mouth breather in Washington with a plant based IQ rubbed his last two brain cells together and said “That looks just like what I use on Modern Warfare” and “Weapons of War” was born for every low IQ beatnik to regurgitate.

Officers commonly wear business attire to trials. Some agencies require it during court appearances because of the more approachable human appearance. Some officers wear them simply due to the fact that many agencies require if you are in uniform, you have to wear soft armor. Sitting in the outer office of the prosecutor for several days waiting to be called to testify makes wearing the full Mexican General get up uncomfortable. So, they wear business attire. And no, they never tell you to show up at Tuesday at 1 PM. You sit around for hours, sometimes for the prosecutor to change their mind and not even call you.

Hope this helps-

It is murder, when the Communist Broadcasting System says it is so.

He testified he never pointed his rifle at anyone else. The blown up version added what looks like his hand in front of the mag well, but the original clearly shows it on an upward angle and no line separating the white on his arm . It's nothing more than bull.

I watched about two minutes of Network TV. They were accusing the Judge of Racism. The other clips were of Joy Behar and similar idiots stating that Kyle was acting when he broke down on the stand.

Regarding "weapons of war".

A long time ago, in a military, far, far away...

I was issued a "weapon of war" (M-16/610 10" barrel and retractable stock). This was during a period of time where we were told we might need them. Otherwise we had the old S&W Model 15 (AKA John Wayne) a K-bar and orange chute knife.

I own AR-15s and they are not "weapons of war", they are "sporting rifles", and ain't kilt nobody.

There is no doubt none of this is about justice, if Kyle weighs the same as a duck...
