No the same thing. If the safe had a feature that would vaporize everything inside if you turned the dial the wrong way 5 times they'd be demanding the safe company develop a firmware update that disables the feature. It is over. Trump cant be stopped. Ted needed to be close and he missed the mark. Time for Ted Cruz to get out and let Donald run the board. Cruz and Rubio cant do enough to be visible before super Tuesday. | |||

Gingrich won SC in 2012 by a wider margin than Trump won it and was polling really strong. As candidates drop out and their supporters go to Cruz and Rubio, it's going to get extremely tight. It's certainly not a foregone conclusion. I'm gonna vote for the funniest frog with the loudest croak on the highest log. | |||

This assumption, based on safe cracking, is flawed. In this case, imagine the "safe" in question is the most sophisticated and impregnable safe ever sold to a member of the general public, where dynamite might open it but would destroy the contents, where it has failsafe measures that could set the contents on fire if you tried to drill it. If these terrorists had used that sort of safe, no, no one, not even out resident safe expert and the FBI, would get in it in 30mins, maybe not even 30days, and more accurately - what these terrorists used was a virtual safe like what I've described. It is most certainly not like a "they'd get in the safe in 30mins" thing. At all. Sorry, it's not personal, it's just a flawed analogy. | |||

I sincerely want Cruz on the court and believe it's the best utilization of his offerings. Is there anyone, truly, who is more Scalia-esque, or otherwise a sincerely good replacement? Maybe. Our resident attorneys may know of someone. But I hope it's him, and I'm keeping my virtual fingers crossed that this is an outcome we end up with, by stalling now, electing Rubio or Trump, and pushing Cruz through the process. | |||
