This is a 3 part problem. Part one is winning this election. Part two is holding the traitors accountable of in front if s firing squad. Part three is making sure it can never happen again.

While I believe part one is achievable, I have no faith parts two and three will ever occur so in two years we will have another round of voter fraud and we will wring our hands yet again because we weren’t comfortable in killing the traitors.

Easily the most compelling reason why there were hardly any signatures rejected this time around in Georgia:

Another dirty trick maneuver by Marc Elias (Perkins Coie law firm) and Stacy Abrams

The stage was completely set and enabling for the voter fraud and election fraud.

Remember the deck of cards they had for the Iraqis? They need to make one for these thugs.

I didn't realize this, but a podcast mentioned the PA legislatures term ends on Monday. After that they won't be able to pass anything.

I didn't see if this was posted already, but Sidney Powell said she has pictures of the check stubs paid to people to ballot harvest.

It's so frustrating that all of this has to be dealt with in such a ridiculously small timeframe. It's like no one ever imagined that fraud might be a big enough issue to actually require investigation and court proceedings. Imagine if other crimes required a breakneck race against time and you lose the case not by lack of evidence but because you run out of time and the criminal gets away with it. There's got to be better ways to deal with these things. The way it is now is just shortsighted and stupid.

BREAKING HUGE: Pennsylvania Judge Rules 2020 PA Election Likely Unconstitutional – Trump Case “Likelihood to Succeed” – Gives State Legislators Power to Choose Electors!

By Jim Hoft

This is HUGE!
Pennsylvania Judge Patricia A. McCullough ruled that the Pennsylvania preliminary ELECTION CERTIFICATION injunction was PROPERLY ISSUED and should be upheld.

McCullough added this, “Additionally, petitioners appear to have established a likelihood to succeed.”

Here is a copy of Friday night’s ruling.

That is huge. They will find a crony to overturn her, but this along with the legislature fighting for control is going to muddy the water to the point where SCOTUS has to toss the EC votes for the state. Then other states will follow.

We are going to win, but need the GA seats or Harris will end up as his VP since that will be picked by the Senate.

Hans Mahncke on above ^^^^

Here's the operative part of the opinion. Basically, the judge agrees that there is a likelihood that Pennsylvania's mail-in ballot scheme is unconstitutional. Note that this is Mike Kelly's case. However, if Mike gets the mail-ins thrown out, they'll be thrown out for everyone.

Robert Barnes:

Pennsylvania trial court rules the 2020 election was likely unconstitutional in Pennsylvania, and that gives state legislators power to choose electors.

That's interesting. I always thought that it was the current congress who chose the President and VP, not the incoming one.

I could be wrong. I thought they were sworn in the beginning of January and the House vote would be later.

What happens if the election fraud goes deeper than just the President and some number of house and senate races were compromised? Seems like allowing the fraudsters to have any say in anything would be a poor choice.

This development may be one of the most important in this entire case. This brings a great deal of credibility to the table for Sidney Powell's law suit. It is the kind of testimony the Supreme Court will need to weigh heavily and something that's going to be very difficult for the Democrats to disprove. Also they can't smear him because they were singing his praises not very long ago.

The fraudsters are starting to get boxed in and I'm sure they are feeling it.

quote:
In her Georgia complaint, Sidney Powell included the Declaration of Navid Keshavarz-Nia, an expert witness who stated under oath that there was massive computer fraud in the 2020 election, all of it intended to secure a victory for Joe Biden. Dr. Kershavarz-Nia’s name may not mean a lot to you, but it’s one of the weightiest names in the world when it comes to sniffing out cybersecurity problems.

We know how important Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is because, just two-and-a-half months ago, the New York Times ran one of its Sunday long-form articles about a massive, multi-million dollar fraud that a talented grifter ran against the American intelligence and military communities. Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is one of the few people who comes off looking good.

I think my head is gonna assplode if I hear "BOMBSHELL" of "BREAKING NEWS" on more time.

Sort of like Para when he steps up and sends a term, GIF or what not to the cornfield. I wish that could be done on a world wide level for some things.

I couldn't agree more!!! The Gateway Pundit starts every single article with "Breaking! or Bombshell!! or Breaking Bombshell!! They are on my blacklist for reading because of this practice.
