The rules. Harris is screwed:

ABC Releases Rules For Next Week’s Presidential Debate Between Trump and Kamala Harris

According to ABC, both Trump and Harris agreed to the rules.

The debate is scheduled for September 10.

The Debate Rules per ABC News:

  • The debate will last 90 minutes with two commercial breaks

  • The two seated moderators, David Muir and Linsey Davis, will be the only people asking questions

  • A coin flip was held virtually on September 3 to determine podium placements and order of closing arguments; Trump won the coin toss and chose to select the order of statements. He will offer the last closing statement, and Harris selected the right podium on screen (stage left)

  • Candidates will be introduced by moderators

  • Candidates will enter upon introduction from opposite sides of the stage; the incumbent party will be introduced first

  • There will be no opening statements; closing statements will be two minutes per candidate

  • Candidates will stand behind the podiums for the duration of the debate

  • Props or prewritten notes are not allowed onstage

  • No topics or questions will be shared in advance

  • Candidates will be given a pen, a pad of paper, and a bottle of water

  • Candidates will have two minutes to answer questions, two minutes for rebuttals, and one extra minute for follow-ups, clarifications, or responses

  • Candidates’ microphones will be live only for the candidate whose turn it is to speak and muted when the time belongs to another candidate

  • Candidates will not be permitted to ask questions of each other

  • Campaign staff may not interact with candidates during commercial breaks

  • Moderators will seek to enforce timing agreements and ensure a civilized discussion

  • There will be audience in the room

The Harris campaign last Monday requested both candidates’ mics be unmuted for the entire 90-minute debate.

President Trump requested similar rules for his CNN debate against Joe Biden in June: Muted mics, no audience, no notes and no props.

ABC News told both campaigns that it accepted the “CNN rules” for the September debate.

However, according to an email obtained by The New York Post, Kamala Harris tried to change the mic rules at the last minute, but got rejected.

Kamala Harris said her debate prep is going “so far, so good” after ABC decided against changing the rules for her.

    ______

The half-wit wanted unmuted microphones so she could do the only thing she thinks she's good at, which is to rage and talk over people, but, she didn't get it.

Donald Trump will be be cool, calm and collected and will dominate, and this stuff about candidates not being allowed to ask each other questions- don't count on it. Trump will send questions her way and she'll try to respond, and it will be fun to watch her lose her cool like ol' Joe did. Either that, or she'll cackle up a storm, which will be just as bad for her. I doubt that she will back out, now that we have gotten to this point, because it couldn't possibly go unnoticed, and since many have predicted that she will chicken out, it would be very bad for her to do so. The two minutes to respond and follow up- this is plenty of time for Harris to demonstrate that she is a genuine idiot.

No prewritten notes. Harris is screwed.

I’m not sure if that would be better or having one midway through. I could see the voice in her ear puzzling and confusing her. Then when she’s busted at the first break for cheating…

The First Ten Minutes – “The Illusion of Choice”

Watch the first 10 to 12 minutes. Or watch more if you like, but from my position (having spent 15 years calling this out day-by-day as it takes place in real time) the first ten minutes are pretty cool to see being said eloquently and publicly.

Economist Eric Weinstein says he doesn’t know if Trump “will be allowed” to become president, says the goal of the World Order is to have two candidates who are both acceptable to them. “Democracy was the illusion of choice…”
“You had two candidates that were both acceptable to the international order… We called that democracy. And so, democracy was the illusion of choice. That’s called magician’s choice.” “Magician’s choice in the primaries, and then you’d have the duopoly field, two candidates, either of which was acceptable, and you could actually afford to hold an election and the populace would vote.” “Donald Trump broke through the primary structure.” “They learned their lesson. You cannot afford to have candidates who are not acceptable to the international order.”

I disagree with the premise that Trump will not be allowed, because from my position I am watching the Deep State assemble insurance policies against a Trump victory actually taking place. President Trump will be allowed to become president, but what happens from the election day forward is totally unknown.
    WATCH:

CTH archives are full of the evidence for the “illusion of choice,” including the splitter strategy that Weinstein describes. It’s the primary reason for our early and unwavering support of Donald J Trump. There never has been any alternative.

Ex-cop has Jan. 6 sentence shortened following landmark ruling - and it could benefit Trump

A former police officer who was sentenced to seven years in prison for his role in the January 6 Capitol riot has had his sentence lessened after a Supreme Court ruling restricting the use of a federal obstruction charge.

The case could influence the outcome of other January 6 proceedings, including against former President Donald Trump.

Thomas Robertson received his seven-year sentence after he was convicted of obstruction of an official proceeding, civil disorder, entering and remaining in a restricted building, and disorderly conduct.

The sentence was reduced to six years on Wednesday. It was the first time that a defendant linked to the insurrection was resentenced after the Supreme Court ruling, according to USA Today.
Robertson, alongside other defendants, pushed back against the obstruction charge, arguing that the legislation required that he acted “corruptly,” but he lost his appeal.

He argued that he didn’t act corruptly because he didn’t try to attain any personal benefit by taking part.

However, another officer, Joseph Fischer, argued that the charge couldn’t apply to him or others such as Robertson as the law was written to stop the destruction of documents after the Enron energy scandal. While the officers entered the Capitol, they rejected the notion that they destroyed public records.

The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Fischer and in June, the court ordered lower courts to take another look at obstruction cases to see if they had anything to do with the destruction of records. Fischer now won’t be charged with obstruction.

After the Fischer ruling, Robertson requested a shorter sentence.

One of his attorneys, Mark Rollins, said, “This decision underscores that while the conviction remains, the sentencing must be revisited under a more favorable framework.”

More than 330 of the initial 1,400 people charged in the January 6 attack on Congress were charged with obstruction. Out of the four federal charges Trump faces in his election interference, two allege that he obstructed an official proceeding – namely the counting of the electoral votes certifying President Joe Biden’s 2020 victory.

The Department of Justice has stated that there was no one who was charged only with obstruction.

The prosecution requested that the initial sentence of 87 months remain in place because of Robertson’s actions at the capitol.

Robertson came to Washington, DC, along with Jacob Fracker from Rocky Mount, Virginia, where they both served in the city’s police department.

A legal filing stated at the West Front of the Capitol, Robertson struck at least two officers with a large wooden stick.

Robertson subsequently boasted on Facebook about entering the Capitol, writing: “If you are too much of a coward to risk arrest, being fired, and actual gunfire to secure your rights, you have no words to speak I value.”

Robertson destroyed his and Fracker’s phones after he became aware of the FBI arrest warrant against him. Guns were found at his home even as the terms of his release prohibited him from having firearms.

In April 2022, Robertson was convicted of all six charges that he faced: Obstruction, interfering with law enforcement, entering a restricted building, disorderly conduct on two counts, and destroying evidence.

The judge at the initial sentencing said Robertson saw politics as akin to war and that he would do similar things again if “called upon” to do so.

His conviction was upheld in May by a three-judge panel, but one judge, Karen LeCraft Henderson, wrote in a dissent that she would have overturned the conviction following the Fischer ruling.

Robertson subsequently attempted to reduce his sentence based on two rulings – the Supreme Court Fischer case and a DC Court of Appeals case known as Brock, which ruled that Congress counting the Electoral College votes does not amount to “administration of justice.”

That description had meant longer federal guidelines for Robertson’s sentence.

Bret Weinstein Explains To Joe Rogan How the Democrats’ “Cheat Margin” Works In Elections

Democrats are planning to steal the election in multiple states across America. The stealing will take place in many forms, including a massive number of fraudulent registrations and ineligible voters that have no business appearing on legitimate voter rolls.

In states like Michigan, the Soros-funded SOS Jocelyn Benson and the equally evil MI AG Dana Nessel have been openly threatening election officials and everyday citizens for posting content on social media that could be considered “election misinformation” and even President Trump.

Last week, MI SOS Benson threatened election officials in a video-recorded message. Looking directly into the camera, Benson said, “We will come for you!” if you challenge the election. She appears to realize that she’s let down her carefully crafted, phony girl next door persona while threatening election officials, as she can be seen attempting to soften her threat by smirking.

MI SOS Jocelyn Benson and her Director of Elections, Eric Brater, are currently being sued by the RNC, who is attempting to force the state of MI to fix its grossly over-inflated voter rolls, citing their failure to “live up” to the NVRA or National Voter Registration Act’s requirement that demands voter rolls must be kept clean.

Bret Weinstein says there is a “Cheat margin” in elections and says America owes Trump a debt of gratitude for proving it could be beaten.

Rogan suggested that manipulated polls are being used to convince Americans that Kamala is “up in the polls,” “even though no one is supporting her. He asked Weinstein if he could quantify the amount of cheating that needs to happen to make it possible for Harris to defeat Trump in the upcoming election.

“One of the things that I’m trying to convince people of is that it’s not hopeless because they can cheat, but it means that you have to succeed at a level that exceeds their capacity to erase it.”

Weinstein used Trump’s win in 2016 as an example of how the Democrats didn’t plan a large enough cheat factor to defeat him. “We owe Trump a huge debt of gratitude for proving something that I couldn’t have told you if it was true before he won the presidency,” Weinstein told Rogan.

Florida Judge Aileen Cannon had dismissed Trump’s classified documents case, holding that Smith’s appointment violated the Constitution. Trump attorney John Lauro cited that decision and Justice Thomas’ concurring opinion in Trump v. United States wherein he similarly scrutinized the special counsel’s appointment.

Judge Juan Merchan postponed Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s sentencing for his business records conviction until after the election, delivering the former president a significant victory.

After a previous delay, Trump’s sentencing had been set for September 18. Merchan has now pushed the sentencing date further — to November 26.

Trump requested the delay to attain more time to challenge the conviction.
