No, but maybe they could have spotted a rooftop sniper with drones, satellite, combined with fancy AI software "looking" for movement on rooftops, etc. I went to a presidential rally one time on a secure Navy base, and Secret Service/FBI/NSA police type guys all decked out in technical black and some serious high dollar non-retail type binocs, were on the tallest building on the compound, scanning everything, and could see every rooftop within shooting range. They would have NOT have ignored anyone walking around on a roof within visual and shooting range. So yea, maybe someone wasn't doing their job, or maybe Pres Trump no longer rated for that level of protection. Just guessing.

Pretty rapid counter-sniper response. They must have had a bead on the shooter beforehand to some degree, even though that roof was outside the actual security perimeter. I know a bystander is saying he initially spotted the shooter and attempted to alert USSS.

That's not at all what I'm seeing... I'm seeing the sniper being startled by the initial shots and coming off his gun... Did not see him take a single shot in that video.
