But Biden said this week if you get the vaccine you can't get covid:

27 fully vaccinated people have died in Tennessee, health department says

https://fox17.com/news/local/2...e-virus-coronavirus-

The Tennessee Department of Health reports 27 fully vaccinated people have died from COVID-19.

These are among the state's more than 1,000 "breakthrough" cases. These are cases in which fully vaccinated people have contracted the virus.

Data is sent to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). TDH Commissioner Dr. Lisa Piercey said Friday more than two dozen deaths since May 1 and 195 hospitalizations are among breakthrough cases. Including dates before May 1, there have been more than 1,000 breakthrough COVID-19 cases, the state reports.

Dr. Piercey said more than half of the breakthrough cases are those 60 and older and of that group they're most likely to have breakthrough cases, but most have not had severe illness.

According to the CDC, breakthrough cases are defined as "any presumed infection by SARS-CoV-2 (that is, any positive coronavirus test) if it's detected more than two weeks after someone receives the final dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. But infections can come with or without symptoms, making the term imprecise."

Shelby County is reporting 458 breakthrough cases and two deaths.

80 fully vaccinated Mass. residents have died from COVID-19 as breakthrough cases surpass 5,000

https://whdh.com/news/80-fully...-cases-surpass-5000/

Eighty fully vaccinated Massachusetts residents have died from COVID-19 and the number of breakthrough cases reported across the state has surpassed 5,000, new public health data shows.

As of July 17, 716 more fully vaccinated residents had tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the number of breakthrough cases statewide to 5,166, numbers released by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health indicate. There were 4,450 breakthrough cases reported last week.

Fifty-seven fully vaccinated residents were hospitalized and later died from the virus, while 23 others who were vaccinated died without going to the hospital.

A total of 272 fully vaccinated people have been hospitalized after becoming infected.

More Vaccinated People Are Dying of COVID in England Than Unvaccinated – Here’s Why

https://scitechdaily.com/more-...accinated-heres-why/

More vaccinated people are dying of COVID than unvaccinated people, according to a recent report from Public Health England (PHE). The report shows that 163 of the 257 people (63.4%) who died within 28 days of a positive COVID test between February 1 and June 21, had received at least one dose of the vaccine. At first glance, this may seem alarming, but it is exactly as would be expected.

USA Today Scrubs Passage Suggesting Vaccinated Individuals May Spread COVID With 'Higher Levels' Of Virus

https://www.zerohedge.com/covi...ine-may-spread-virus

“NBC News, citing unnamed officials aware of the decision, reported it comes after new data suggests vaccinated individuals could have higher levels of virus and infect others amid the surge of cases driven by the delta variant of the coronavirus,” the USA Today reported in a passage that was later scrubbed from an article.

Robert W Malone, MD
@RWMaloneMD
This is cruical information, if true. Increased titers in previously vaccinated individuals is precisely what one would predict during the waning phase of the immunity post vaccination if antibody dependent enhancement was occuring.

I'm so confused. Uncle Joe said get the shot and you won't get the virus. He said get the shot and you won't have to wear a mask, but now...I can get the virus and I still have to wear a mask? Wait, now our jobs and schools can force the vaccine on us? Well, that clears up any confusion. Someone else will decide for me.

However, if I don't take the jab I might get covid... but I can say with 100% certainty that I won't die from the jab.

CDC Director: Vaccine Passports ‘May Very Well Be a Path Forward’ in US

https://www.theepochtimes.com/...2BUrQYkdreJCMYTiIW72
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Rochelle Walensky suggested that vaccine passport-style systems might be implemented in the United States amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

When asked in a TV interview Wednesday about whether the United States would mandate a European-style “health pass” system for nightclubs or bars, Walensky said, “That may very well be a path forward.”

The director further said that “in some fully vaccinated venues,” it “is possible” for a fully vaccinated individual to transmit and pick up COVID-19 “in those settings” and added that federal officials have “seen that” during studies.

COVID-19 is the illness caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus.

Her comments came after the CDC announced Tuesday it would recommend people wear masks in some areas with high transmission. Vaccinated and unvaccinated children should also wear masks when fall classes start, the CDC also said, reversing guidance issued only a few weeks ago that suggested only unvaccinated children wear masks.

Hours after the CDC issued its latest guidance, President Joe Biden told reporters that the federal government is considering mandating all federal employees to get the vaccine.

“That’s under consideration right now,” Biden told a reporter who asked whether the administration was weighing such a requirement.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki said on Monday that the administration had not made a determination about whether it would be legal for Biden to require federal employees to be vaccinated. The U.S. federal government is the country’s largest employer.

Biden plans to announce “next steps” on Thursday in the effort to get more Americans to receive vaccines.

“In the meantime, more vaccinations and mask wearing in the areas most impacted by the Delta variant will enable us to avoid the kind of lockdowns, shutdowns, school closures, and disruptions we faced in 2020,” he said. “Unlike 2020, we have both the scientific knowledge and the tools to prevent the spread of this disease. We are not going back to that.”

Vaccine passport-type systems have been flagged by Republicans and civil liberties groups like the ACLU as a significant violation of individuals’ privacy. GOP-led states, led by Florida, have passed measures barring state and local governments from imposing such systems, while Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis went a step further in May and signed a bill prohibiting all private businesses from doing so.

When so-called “health passes” were introduced in France and Italy in recent days, thousands of people demonstrated in major European cities over the past weekend, accusing the respective governments of using tyrannical coercion measures.

These “restrictions” will only apply to middle class US citizens. Foreign invaders and IP’s from inside DemocRAT run shithole cities will be allowed to flaunt the rules with impunity. The sad, sickening thing is half the country (the mask wearing, America hating, gimme-my free shit crowd) won’t care that their rights are being steadily eroded over a something that no longer endangers the population. Religious Freedom Group to Challenge Veterans Administration’s Vaccine Mandate

https://www.theepochtimes.com/...mandate_3922409.html

A public interest law firm that specializes in First Amendment religious freedom litigation is challenging the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs mandate that all employees be vaccinated against the CCP Virus that is also known as the novel coronavirus.

“The COVID shots have only been approved for experimental and investigational use. Under the federal Emergency Use Authorization law, these shots cannot be mandated or administered without the free and full consent of the individual,” said Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver in a statement late Tuesday.

“The VA has no authority to mandate the COVID shots. Federal employees are also protected by the Religious Freedom Restoration Act. Forcing any person to receive one of these COVID injections is a violation of federal law. It is shocking that a federal agency would brazenly violate federal law,” Staver said.

Staver’s comment followed a July 26 announcement by VA Secretary Dennis McDonough that all “physicians, dentists, podiatrists, optometrists, registered nurses, physician assistants, expanded-function dental auxiliaries and chiropractors—who work in Veterans Health Administration facilities, visit VHA facilities or provide direct care to those VA serves” must be vaccinated against the virus that has killed more than 600,000 Americans.

“We’re mandating vaccines for Title 38 employees because it’s the best way to keep Veterans safe, especially as the Delta variant spreads across the country,” McDonough said in a statement announcing his decision.

“Whenever a Veteran or VA employee sets foot in a VA facility, they deserve to know that we have done everything in our power to protect them from COVID-19. With this mandate, we can once again make—and keep—that fundamental promise,” he said.

The deadly virus is widely thought in the United States to have leaked from China’s Wuhan Institute for Virology (WIV) in late 2019. The Chinese regime has insisted from the beginning that the virus originated in bats and somehow made the leap to humans.

The first U.S. death from the virus came in January 2020 and by the middle of March most of the country was on an economic and social lockdown and isolation that stretched into 2021.

More recently, a variant of the original virus has begun appearing, prompting officials to consider reimposing policies associated with the lockdown, including mandatory masks and social distancing.

President Joe Biden reportedly plans to extend the vaccine mandate to all federal employees. But Biden’s plan appears headed to a federal court showdown because, according to Staver, multiple VA employees have appealed to Liberty Counsel for help in challenging the mandate.

In its statement announcing plans to challenge the VA mandate, Liberty Counsel, the non-profit said that “Liberty Counsel has received many pleas for help, including doctors, psychiatrists, nurses and other healthcare workers, chaplains, and more. These employees do not want the COVID shots and are afraid of losing their jobs. Liberty Counsel will be representing these VA employees.”

Because the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) only approved the currently available vaccines on an Emergency Use Authorization (EAU), Liberty Counsel continued, “people must be told the risks and benefits, and they have the right to decline a medication that is not fully licensed.” Full approval by the FDA is expected in the near future.

Liberty Counsel also explained that “general, employee vaccine religious exemption requests must be accommodated, where a reasonable accommodation exists without undue hardship to the employer, under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

“Many people hold sincere religious beliefs against taking any vaccines, or taking those derived from aborted fetal cell lines, or taking those sold by companies that profit from the sale of vaccines and other products derived from abortion.

“Title VII, as amended, prohibits two categories of employment practices. It is unlawful for an employer: ‘(1) to fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise to discriminate against any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin …

“‘or (2) to limit, segregate, or classify his employees or applicants for employment in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect his status as an employee, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.’”

Rep. Yvette Herrell (R-NM) told The Epoch Times that, “the Biden administration displays incredible hypocrisy by imposing and rescinding vaccine and mask mandates seemingly at random while allowing thousands of illegal aliens to flood our Southern border unchecked, many of whom are carrying COVID.”

California Counties See COVID Cases Rising In Most Heavily Vaccinated Counties

Some might have been surprised to see California on Dr. Anthony Fauci's map of high-risk areas where the new federal indoor mask mandates must be obeyed. The Golden State was deemed more high risk than Texas. Indeed, scientists are finding that despite its high vaccination rates, California is seeing more COVID cases than it should.

California and its big coastal cities have embraced vaccines in their effort to beat back the COVID pandemic. But a Bay Area News Group analysis shows that not only are cases rising fast, they are rising in areas where there are more fully vaccinated people. Some of these counties have both among the highest vaccination rates, and the highest new-case rates.

Notice that five of these counties have both a higher percentage of their eligible residents fully vaccinated and a higher average daily case rate than the statewide average. They include: LA, San Diego, Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco. The five counties with falling case rates are Modoc, Glenn, Lassen, Del Norte, San Benito, and they, coincidentally, have below-average vaccination rates.

4,115 Vaccinated People Have Been Hospitalized With COVID-19 ‘Breakthrough’ Infections: CDC
750 have died

https://www.theepochtimes.com/...ons-cdc_3876243.html

BY JACK PHILLIPS June 27, 2021 Updated: June 29,

More than 4,000 people have been hospitalized or died from COVID-19 “breakthrough” cases, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

In an update late last week, the agency said that 4,115 people have been hospitalized or have died from COVID-19 despite having been fully vaccinated.

The total number of individuals who have died from COVID-19 after being vaccinated is 750, according to the agency. It noted that 76 percent of hospitalizations and deaths from breakthrough cases occurred among individuals over the age of 65.

“As of June 21, 2021, more than 150 million people in the United States had been fully vaccinated against COVID-19,” said the agency in its June 25 update. “During the same time, CDC received reports from 47 U.S. states and territories of 4,115 patients with COVID-19 vaccine breakthrough infection who were hospitalized or died.”

Federal health officials have downplayed the new data and said that they had anticipated breakthrough cases, illnesses, and deaths.

“To be expected,” Dr. Paul Offit, a top advisor to the Food and Drug Administration on children’s vaccines, told CNBC on June 25. “The vaccines aren’t 100 percent effective, even against severe disease. Very small percentage of the 600,000 deaths.”

On May 1, the CDC announced that it had stopped counting all breakthrough cases and only reports on those that lead to hospitalization or death.

COVID-19 is the illness caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, otherwise known as the novel coronavirus.

The CDC update comes as Israeli officials said last week that during a recent outbreak of COVID-19, about half of the adults infected in the recent outbreak were fully vaccinated.

Ran Balicer, who leads an expert advisory panel for the Israeli government, in announcing the finding on June 25, said that the country might end up in lockdown again. Balicer and other officials said that 90 percent of the new cases were caused by the so-called Delta COVID-19 variant.

“The entrance of the Delta variant has changed the transition dynamics,” he told The Wall Street Journal.

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health reported last week that nearly 4,000 people who were fully vaccinated have tested positive for the virus.

“We’re learning that many of the breakthrough infections are asymptomatic, or they’re very mild and brief in duration,” Boston University infectious diseases specialist Davidson Hamer said, according to local media. “The viral load is not very high.”

And Hamer—like Offit—also downplayed the breakthrough infections, saying they’re to be expected.

“Breakthroughs are expected, and we need to better understand who’s at risk and whether people who have a breakthrough can transmit the virus to others,” Hamer said. “In some cases, they’ll be shedding such low levels of the virus and won’t be transmitting to others.”

Mask Insanity: Attending Physician Advises Congress to Wear Special ‘Well-Fitted’ Super Masks

https://www.breitbart.com/poli...-fitted-super-masks/

Attending Physician Brian Monahan at the Capitol on Tuesday said he is now advising Congressional members and staff is to wear a “well-fitted” super mask while inside if “other individuals are present.”

The physician said he recommends this due to the members “traveling weekly from various risk areas.” This means he is making it mandatory for members to wear a “well-fitted” super mask, noting that it should be a medical-grade filtration mask, like a surgical mask with an earloop or a KN95, according to him. Members should use them “when they are in an interior space and other individuals are present,” meaning their entire time in Congress.

Monahan wants them worn everywhere: the House Office Buildings, the Halls of the House, and House Committee Meetings. He noted that the masks are now required everywhere, and masks will be provided to those without.

The physician, in his announcement, threatens the members and staff saying individuals will not be allowed to the in the halls if they are not wearing a mask, and those that do not obey will receive fines.

Evidently, while the physician is now requiring these changes, just last year the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), along with Dr. Anthony Fauci, claimed that wearing a bandanna or cloth mask was fine for Americans. On July 14, 2020, a press release from the CDC encouraged the use of “cloth face masks to slow the spread” of the Chinese coronavirus. Former CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield at the time said, “Cloth face coverings are one of the most powerful weapons we have to slow and stop the spread of the virus.”

Earlier in the week, the Biden’s CDC announced they would be backtracking on their previous guidance, now recommending individuals, even those vaccinated, mask up in certain settings. However, the Biden White House had trouble using their normal talking points to express why the administration failed to contain the Chinese coronavirus.

On Tuesday, Fox News’s Peter Doocy pressed Biden’s press secretary, Jen Psaki, about Biden’s previous stance on the CDC guidance. “Why did the President say, ‘If you’ve been fully vaccinated, you no longer need to wear a mask,’” noting “if it was possible that that was going to turn out not to be true?”

Psaki admittingly said, “I think we’re all dealing with an evolving virus where there’s no playbook and no historic precedent.”

She noted there is no “playbook” for dealing with the coronavirus pandemic. But, as Breitbart News reported in the last presidential election, “then-candidate Joe Biden constantly claimed that Trump had set aside a so-called ‘playbook’ that the outgoing Obama-Biden admiration prepared for pandemics.”

Republicans in the House and Senate are already fighting back. Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) slammed Biden in an exclusive statement to Breitbart News.

“Until the Biden Administration stops the thousands of people with COVID [Chinese coronavirus] from pouring into our country illegally, then shipping them all over the country, we are going to continue to have waves of outbreak of COVID [Chinese coronavirus],” Gohmert said in reaction to Biden offering an unconditional surrender to the Chinese coronavirus by retreating on mask guidance.
