Well per the CDC website it appears that not wearing a mask can be a Federal Crime.

Requirement for Face Masks on Public Transportation Conveyances and at Transportation Hubs

instruct people that wearing a mask on the conveyance/premises is a requirement of federal law and that not complying with the requirement is a violation of federal law;

People are not required to wear a mask under the following circumstances:

if unconscious (for reasons other than sleeping), incapacitated, unable to be awakened, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance; or

CDC: Mask Order Will Be ‘Further Enforced’ by ‘Federal Authorities’

Edited to Add: I do like the “unable to be awakened” exemption.
It is good to know if you are dead, you are exempt from the mask requirement per CDC.

This shit is gonna get someone seriously hurt before it's all over, likely the LEO's that would be tasked with enforcing the Kings orders. I know not all LEO are gonna do it, but paychecks are a pretty righteous motivator.

And in other Wu Flu news, Kroger to close 2 stores in Long Beach California due to mayors mandated $4/hr "Hero Pay" for workers of grocery stores that sell at least 70 percent food products that employ more than 300 people nationally and have at least 15 employees per store. (Target and Wal-Mart exempt from order because they sell other goods)

Dumbass Mayor ends up closing 2 grocery stores.

Dumbshit mayor needs to take an Econ 101 class. Good luck finding 200+ jobs for those that you caused to lose their jobs fucktard.

The only place the Fed has the authority to cite, arrest, or otherwise take legal action for mask related issues are on federal property, or in industries regulated by the Fed. Unfortunately this will include airlines, federally controlled rail services and the like but most of those areas are already doing that anyway.

Feds have absolutely no jurisdiction to enforce jack squat on state property; only the governor can mandate restrictions and then it will be up to state or local LEO’s to do any enforcing.

My buddies and I have already decided that it’s one of those things we won’t be noticing.

Just another payoff to go along with the Plandemic.

Sitting on billions, Catholic dioceses amassed taxpayer aid

Some 112 Roman Catholic dioceses in the U.S. collectively had over $10 billion in cash and other funds when they received at least $1.5 billion from the Paycheck Protection Program. An Associated Press investigation found the dioceses had more money available for expenses than they acknowledged in their financial statements. And despite the pandemic, those funds grew in many dioceses.

I agree that this new mask nonsense will end up getting someone badly hurt or even killed. Thankfully most LEO will ignore it for the nonsense that it is but some petty employee will make a huge stink and call them and problems will arise.
I saw the first sheep wearing two masks the other day at work and wanted to say something soooo bad. The Clerk's office at the courthouse here is now making them wear a cloth mask and face shield ????
Just when one thinks the stupidity has reached a new low, something like this comes along.

Local district is currently declining thefts over $100K and various categories of 18:922 on the basis of limited prosecution resources. Have a feeling this won't be ultra-high on their list of priorities.

Hardly needs to be said, but the WHO has no credibility whatsoever, particularly in regards to China. In other words, I don't effing trust you.

WHO says COVID-19 unlikely to have leaked from China lab
By Associated Press

February 9, 2021 | 8:15am

WUHAN, China — The coronavirus is unlikely to have leaked from a Chinese lab and is more likely to have jumped to humans from an animal, a World Health Organization team has concluded, an expert said Tuesday as the group wrapped up a visit to explore the origins of the virus.

The Wuhan Institute of Virology in central China has collected extensive virus samples, leading to allegations that it may have caused the original outbreak by leaking the virus into the surrounding community. China has strongly rejected that possibility and has promoted other theories for the virus’s origins. The WHO team that visited Wuhan, where the first cases of COVID-19 were discovered in December 2019, is considering several theories for how the disease first ended up in humans, leading to a pandemic that has now killed more than 2.3 million people worldwide.

“Our initial findings suggest that the introduction through an intermediary host species is the most likely pathway and one that will require more studies and more specific targeted research,” WHO food safety and animal diseases expert Peter Ben Embarek said at a news conference Tuesday.

“However, the findings suggest that the laboratory incidents hypothesis is extremely unlikely to explain the introduction of the virus to the human population” and will not be suggested as an avenue of future study, Embarek.

The WHO team — which includes experts from 10 countries — arrived in Wuhan from Singapore on Jan. 14 and spent the first two weeks working by video conference from a hotel while in quarantine. The visit is politically sensitive for Beijing. An AP investigation has found that the Chinese government put limits on research into the outbreak and prevents scientists from speaking to reporters.

The WHO team’s mission is intended to be an initial step delving into the origins of the virus, which is believed to have originated in bats before being passed to humans through another species of wild animal, such as a pangolin or bamboo rat, which is considered an exotic delicacy by some in China.

Transmission through the trade in frozen products was also a possibility, Embarek said.

Another member of the WHO team told The Associated Press late last week that they enjoyed a greater level of openness than they had anticipated and that they were granted full access to all sites and personnel they requested.

That expert, British-born zoologist Peter Daszak, said the team looked into issues including what the first cases were, the link with animals and what, if any, the role that imports of frozen food may have played — a theory that China has long put forward.

The visit by the WHO team took months to negotiate after China only agreed to it amid massive international pressure at the World Health Assembly meeting last May and Beijing has continued to resist calls for a strictly independent investigation.

While China has weathered some localized resurgences of infection since getting the outbreak under control last year, life in Wuhan itself has largely returned to normal.

No matter how you slice it, this virus came from CHINA. There was a very good reason DJT cut ties with the WHO; they are just another entity that has become corrupted by CCCP money.

Maybe the virus didn’t escape from the lab by way of a physical “leak”, but there is highly likely that it was inadvertently released from the lab. And then then there is the very plausible possibility that a lab worker sold infected animals as meat for money in the market. It’s been a practice at the Wuhan lab and workers there have been jailed for doing it.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/n...aked-from-a-lab/amp/

China suppressed the news of the outbreak for months. China locked down their country but still ALLOWED INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL to continue unrestricted. China is profiting on a massive scale from the sale of PPE, sanitizer, etc to this very second.

Look for our POS-in-chief to parrot this nonsense that China wasn’t responsible in the very near future.

I watched a few scientist recently who are experts in this field and they say the opposite. All indications are that it indeed leak out of the Wuhan lab. They wouldn't speculate on accidental or intentional, but it was definitely the lab as they were experimenting on this shit.

It not only came from this lab, I'm convinced that it was released intentionally. The WHO is totally in the pocket of the Chinese and their report is exactly what I expected.

The WHO is FOS - this virus has all the traits of the original Corona virus that was being studied in Wuhan - and of course all the little extra "gain-of-function" goodies that the Chinese tossed in as well.

Ironically, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, John Hopkins U and the WHO sponsored a Pandemic exercise in Oct of 2019 featuring the accidental release of the Corona Virus and a global pandemic. I believe this was titled Event 201. (yes, for real)

Well, the WHO says that it's "highly unlikely" the Wuflu came from the lab that studies viruses, & probably came from frozen food, or whatever. So it's going to "require future study."

I'm sure the "experts" couldn't wait to pack their stuff & GTFO of that biological cesspool as ASAFP. I'm sure that the WHO, with the help of China, will find that this entire pandemic is all the fault of the evil Americans, and demand reparations.

The reparations piece is already well under way - China Joe has that covered.
