Man, I'm sorry to hear that your mom is sick and especially sorry that she isn't willing to take the things you are recommending.  The Covid fairy hit our house just before new years. We all took vitamin D3, zinc, and quercitin. The kids and I had a day or two of light symptoms, then were done with it. Mrs. slosig actually had what amounted to an actual cold, albeit not a very bad one, though it isn't going away as quickly as the rest of us. Today is the end of our quarantine and yesterday my son said, "If this is what we shut the world down for, we have absolutely lost our minds." I hope that your mom is able to beat this quickly and feels much better soon! | |||

We had it rip through our house after my adult son came back from New Years in New Orleans and the Sugar Bowl. Luckily my son and wife had very mild fever for 24 hours and cold like symptoms. Daughter had a slight fever for less than 6 hours and nothing since, although she had a pretty good case of Covid last February. I have been completely fine. The weird part for my son and wife is that they lost taste and smell only after the other symptoms subsided. The masks which only protect others from you and the shutdowns are ridiculous. Thankfully our state isn’t in full stupid mode like many. Joe Rogan as much as I dislike him and his political views is right to call out the fatties. That’s the main reason our country has a high death rate amongst people below 70. I hear so and so died from Covid and there were no known health issue… yet the person was 100 pounds overweight.
