This has been my feeling as well. Biden has served the purpose being the front man but he is far too senile (and now revealed as corrupt) to win a second term and the polls show it. He must be replaced if the DNC wants maintain the executive branch, and that they absolutely do. Biden's impeachment now plays into the DNC's hands, it gives them their "out" to brush aside both Biden and Kamela "for the good of our Country".

I can hear it now: "the Country was divided by 4 years of Trump who really should be in prison. President Biden got us beyond Trump, through covid, and has been moving the country forward. But the relentless personal attacks by members of the Republican led House on President Biden have taken a toll, and even though he has done nothing wrong feels that it's in the best interest of the Country to step aside and let the United States continue forward with [insert Newsom, Whitmer, Klobuchar, Michelle.....]" This would energize the party just at the right time and the press would be giving non-stop coverage.

They will have to get Biden to go along with this idea. The delegates are pledged to Biden at the convention, unless he releases them. I don't think he (or Jill) want to give it up...

But other Dems see the writing of defeat on the wall. It's going to be an interesting year.

Yes they will chellim, but let's face it he's just being lead/pushed around anyway. All it would take is Obama to click his fingers, and with the impeachment it'll make it easier.

The Dems have a “Super Delegate” class. I wonder if they might have the power to oust Biden.

The Democrats are suspicious of democracy.

A whistleblower said that the CIA reportedly blocked federal investigators from interviewing Kevin Morris, a high-powered entertainment lawyer representing Hunter Biden, about his connections to the president’s son during probes into his alleged tax crimes.

The unnamed whistleblower told the House Oversight and Judiciary Committee chairmen that the “intelligence agency stopped IRS and Justice Department investigators from interviewing Morris in August 2021, a Hollywood lawyer and patron of the first son, according to a Thursday letter addressed to CIA Director William Burns,” per the New York Post.

“The whistleblower informed Oversight chairman James Comer (R-KY) and Judiciary chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) that two DOJ officials were summoned to CIA headquarters in Langley, Va. — and told Morris ‘could not be a witness for their investigation into Hunter Biden,'” the NY Post reported.

Comer and Jordan wrote in the letter later obtained by the outlet that “it is unknown why or on what basis the CIA allegedly intervened to prevent investigators from interviewing Mr. Morris.”

“However, these allegations track with other evidence showing how the DOJ deviated from its standard investigative practices during the investigation of Hunter Biden,” the letter said, later adding that the whistleblower’s account “seems to corroborate our concerns about DOJ’s deviations from standard process to provide Hunter Biden with preferential treatment.”

In a statement to the NY Post, a spokesperson for the CIA said that the agency “does not obstruct investigations.”

“CIA does not comment on specific investigations,” a spokesperson said. “We can say that CIA cooperates with law enforcement partners and does not obstruct investigations. CIA also fully and routinely cooperates with our oversight committees and will continue to do so.”

This and the Secret Service intervening in the weapons investigation when Hunter's sister in law (who he was banging) threw his pistol in a dumpster.

And the famous 51 intelligence officers declaring Hunter's laptop was Russian disinformation.

One of his companies was running biological labs in Ukraine.

Is Hunter a secret agent?

The Biden Bribery Investigation is widening up in some extremely intriguing directions. Yesterday, the House Oversight Committee issued a demand letter for information to CIA Director William Burns. The letter explained a whistleblower told the Committee that the CIA has interfered in the Hunter Biden investigation:
image.png

The New York Post, maybe the only large paper not controlled by a U.S. intelligence agency, was the only outlet to report the story, headlined “CIA blocked feds from interviewing Hunter Biden’s ‘sugar brother’ Kevin Morris during five-year tax probe.”

According to the Post, the whistleblower told Oversight chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and Judiciary chairman Jim Jordan (R-Oh.) that in August 2021, two DOJ officials on the Hunter Biden tax investigation were ‘summoned’ to CIA headquarters in Langley, Va. — and were told Mr. Morris “could not be a witness” for the investigation.

Comer’s letter added that the whistleblower’s story “seems to corroborate our concerns about DOJ’s deviations from standard process to provide Hunter Biden with preferential treatment.”

Deviations. You don’t say.

Add silver-haired Kevin Morris, 60, to the rogues gallery of Jeffrey Epstein-esque characters that have been tumbling out of the CIA’s skeleton closet lately. I am not implying Morris is a pedophile; I referring to the twisted Cinderella-like fairytale quality of each man’s career, as well as even their general appearances (all white guys a certain age), and their murky, mysterious, 007-like backstories. Jeffrey, Kevin, Hunter:

You see it, right?

Nothing about Epstein’s career background as a high-school teacher qualified him to be a wealthy, international “advisor” to the ultra-rich. Nothing about Hunter’s background as a meth-addict qualified him to “advise” the Ukrainian energy company Burisma on its board, or run the virus-tinkering “medical research” company MetaBiota — regardless of his last name.

And, until some unidentified point during the last twenty years or so, attorney Morris was a moderately successful Hollywood lawyer. He was the type of lawyer who negotiated acting contracts and defusing scandals. He wasn’t exactly top-tier; only two VIP clients have ever been connected to Morris: Matthew McConaughey — only for one project – and Matt Parker and Trey Stone, creators of South Park.

Quite unlike other celebrity lawyers, Morris keeps a low profile. He never appears with clients, makes public statements, or drops names. And as far as anyone knows, Morris has never stepped in a courtroom.

But then at some point, nobody is sure when, Morris’s career magically transitioned from negotiating media contracts to “providing strategic advice” to high profile individuals, whatever that means. Another “advisor.” And to anybody’s knowledge, the only such high profile individual Morris has strategically advised was Hunter Biden.

Nothing in Morris’s background qualifies him to “strategically advise” anybody.

And, not just advising. Like Epstein, Morris also runs a money laundry. That we know of, Morris has given Hunter a ton of money. On January 18th, Morris testified at the House Oversight Committee. He admitted that, since he first met Hunter in 2019 at a Hollywood political fundraiser, he has “loaned” the 54-year-old first son at least $5 million (and maybe more, he can’t remember). Morris testified he’s also paid Hunter $875,000 for some kindergarten-style ‘artwork.’

Morris also told the Committee he’s allowed the crack-addled first son to fly coast-to-coast on his private jet.

Nevermind his “strategic advisory services,” nothing about Morris’ entertainment-law background explains where he got the kind of money to “loan” millions to drug addicts, buy sham artwork for the price of a luxury house, or own and operate a private jet to fly his friends and acquaintances around — just like Jeffrey Epstein.

Oh. Morris also said he’s dumped money on Hunter’s ex-wife, Kathleen Buhle, and Lunden Roberts, the former stripper and baby momma of Hunter’s four-year-old, out-of-wedlock daughter. Plus, Morris admitted that he’s visited the White House three times since Joe Biden took up residence. We aren’t told why.

Finally, Morris admitted that Hunter has never paid any of the loans back. Morris claims they are due in 2025. Uh huh.

It has not escaped anyone’s notice that the Kevin Morris money shower effectively replaced Hunter’s now-cut-off foreign friends, taking up for Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan and China, who were until recently paying Hunter millions after ‘conversations’ and meetings including the Big Guy, Joe.

The natural question arises: is Kevin Morris handling Hunter Biden for the CIA? Is he Hunter’s handler? Is Morris another one of the CIA’s crooked rogues?

I have noticed that the jaw-dropping CIA-in-Ukraine story published in the New York Times several weeks ago has had zero followup. That fully assembled, limited-hangout-from-outer-space splashed down into the media ocean and then sank like a deep-state stone, never to be discussed again. Bloop. Days after the article ran, Hunter would claim to House Oversight that the reason he was on the Burisma board was to protect U.S. national security and beat the Russians.

All of that lead me to speculate that Hunter Biden is a CIA asset, and Project Ukraine was really a decade-long CIA operation. And that, I suggested, is why Hunter remains un-prosecuted for his obvious crimes: he’s a spook. And his crimes were committed in furtherance of CIA goals.

Yesterday, deep-state analyst and former state department guy Mike Benz responded to the new Oversight letter. In this clip, Benz explained that he (like me) thinks Hunter Biden was advancing a CIA project in Ukraine to steal the natural gas market from Russia’s oligarchs and deliver the billion-dollar business to NATO oligarchs like George Soros. And that is why Hunter is untouchable (6:03).

Benz, who studies, writes, and talks about the security state, is much more qualified than I am to connect those dots. I think the real Ukraine story — the one Trump got impeached for trying to expose in 2018 — that story is slowly trickling out. Drip, drip, drip. We originally thought it was just about Hunter and Joe and the rest of the Biden Crime Family getting rich off influence peddling. But the truth is looking much bigger and much more sordid than we even thought.

DOJ moved to dismiss $3.3B fraud suit against Dish after chairman donated $113K to Biden

https://nypost.com/2024/03/22/...nated-113k-to-biden/

The Justice Department took the rare step earlier this month of moving to dismiss a $3.3 billion civil fraud lawsuit against Dish Network — months after founder Charlie Ergen and his wife donated more than $113,000 to President Biden’s re-election campaign late last year.

Ergen, a former professional poker player who helped launch what was then called EchoStar Communications in 1980, has battled the federal fraud claim for nearly a decade.

But the Tennessee native saw his luck change shortly after he and spouse Candy contributed $100,000 to Biden’s super PAC and maxed out with matching $6,600 donations to the president’s principal campaign committee in December, according to campaign finance filings.

This past January, Dish nabbed a $50 million grant from the administration to help expand 5G coverage nationwide — the “largest award” of its kind, the company crowed — through a $1.5 billion fund created by the CHIPS and Science Act.

On Jan. 12, two days after the $50 million award was announced, attorneys at the Justice Department intervened on behalf of Dish — and “tried to bully” Vermont Telephone, which filed the fraud claim, “into an unethical settlement” by threatening to have the suit dismissed, according to lead attorney Bennett Ross.

The move to dismiss the case scrapped plans to depose the Ergens about their knowledge of the allegedly fraudulent scheme, prompting Vermont Telephone’s attorneys to accuse the Justice Department of political interference.

“[I]t appears that the effect — if not the purpose — of the DOJ’s rush to seek dismissal of this case is to protect Mr. Ergen from being questioned under oath,” Ross wrote in a Feb. 8 letter to the lead DOJ attorneys handling the case, according to a copy reviewed by The Post.

“We do not believe it is a coincidence that Mr. Ergen, his wife (who also is scheduled to be deposed next week), and DISH’s Political Action Committee collectively contributed in excess of $5 million to Democratic candidates and causes between 2008 and 2022,” he added.

“With the upcoming election, this case looks like just the latest example of the DOJ’s two-tiered justice system under which the well-heeled, politically connected are treated one way, while everyone else is treated differently.”

The government officially filed a motion to dismiss on March 8. A ruling by senior DC US District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly is pending.

The DOJ’s Civil Division had opposed the case being dismissed in 2022 and 2023, court filings show, and interference in such fraud claims is highly uncommon.

Let me get this straight... Sell your starter home that has a 3% rate and buy a home with an 8% rate? That's the deal?

Let's take a $300k house as an example. At 3% for 30 years that's $155k in interest while at 8% it's $493k in interest. So the plan is give a $10k CREDIT and cost people $338k MORE?

with all the phony prosecutions of Donald Trump, Hunter Biden’s Attorneys to Seek Dismissal of Tax Case as ‘Politically Motivated’

A U.S. judge on Wednesday will be asked to dismiss the criminal case accusing Hunter Biden of evading $1.4 million in taxes.

Attorneys for the president’s son will argue prosecutors bowed to political pressure from Republican lawmakers investigating his father.

Nine charges, including three felonies: allegedly failing to file taxes, evading an assessment, and filing a fraudulent form, are at issue.

Reuters reports Hunter Biden’s lawyers will appear before U.S. District Judge Mark Scarsi in federal court in Los Angeles to press several legal challenges to the charges, including an argument he was selectively targeted by prosecutors in response to Republican criticism over alleged earlier lenient treatment.

Hunter Biden, 54, pleaded not guilty to failing to pay $1.4 million in taxes between 2016 and 2019, while spending millions of dollars on drugs, escorts, exotic cars and other big-ticket items. His lawyer has said he paid back the money in full.
