https://hotair.com/karen-towns...on-contracts-n387303 The Department of Defense announced Friday that the Biden administration has canceled further construction of the wall on the southern border. The border crisis is very much in emergency status yet in order to stop the construction, Biden had to terminate the national emergency declaration. Instead of repairing damage to the wall and to our country’s national security crisis, not to mention the public health crisis presented from the pandemic spreading from Mexico and Central America, the Biden administration announced its intention to repair “damage to border communities”.

https://townhall.com/columnist...ation-count-n2588890 Why Did Biden Census Bureau Add 2.5 Million More Residents to Blue-State Population Count? There is something very fishy about the new 2020 Census Bureau data determining which states picked up seats and which states lost seats. Most all of the revisions to the original estimates have moved in one direction: Population gains were added to blue states , and population losses were subtracted from red states. The December revisions in population estimates under the Biden Census Bureau added some 2.5 million blue-state residents and subtracted more than 500,000 red-state residents. These population estimates determine how many electoral votes each state receives for presidential elections and the number of congressional seats in each state. These population estimates determine how many electoral votes each state receives for presidential elections and the number of congressional seats in each state. Remember, the House of Representatives is razor-thin today, with the Democrats sporting just a six-seat majority with five seats currently vacant. So, a switch in a handful of seats in 2022 elections could flip the House and take the gavel away from current Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats. A shift of 3 million in population is the equivalent of four seats moving from Republican to Democrat. The original projections for the Census reapportionment had New York losing two seats, Rhode Island losing a seat and Illinois perhaps losing two seats. Instead, New York and Illinois only lost one seat, and Rhode Island lost no seats. Meanwhile, Texas was expected to gain three seats, Florida two seats and Arizona one seat. Instead, Texas gained only two seats, Florida only one and Arizona none. Was the Census Bureau count rigged? Was it manipulated by the Biden team to hand more seats to the Democrats and to get more money -- federal spending is often allocated based on population -- for the blue states? The evidence is now only circumstantial, but when errors or revisions are almost all only in one direction, the alarm bells appropriately go off. Here are some of the strange outcomes in the Census revisions just released: No. 1: New York -- We've been tracking the annual population/migration changes between states since the last census in 2010. Over the past decade, New York LOST about 1.3 million residents on net to other states. (This does not include immigration, births and deaths.) Still, this is a population loss that is the equivalent of two, maybe three, lost congressional seats. But the final numbers ADDED approximately 860,000. That's roughly twice the population of Buffalo and Rochester -- combined. This is the state that has lost by far the largest population over the past decade. No. 2: Many deep-blue states had 2020 census numbers significantly revised upward from their December estimates: Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont. No. 3: Many red states had 2020 census numbers lower than their 2020 estimates: Arizona, North Carolina and South Carolina. No. 4: Going back to the 2010 Census, the final head count in every state was within 0.4% of the original estimate, and 30 of them were within 0.2 percent. This time around, 19 states were more than 1 percent off, 7 were more than 2 percent off, NY was more than 3.8 percent off, and NJ was more than 4.5 percent off. No. 5: Virtually every one of the large deviations from the estimates favored Democrats. Just five states in the 2020 census were within the same margin (0.41 percent) that all states were within from the 2010 census. note: The legal deadline for turning in the apportionment numbers was Dec. 31 2020, but the Census Bureau pushed back that date to no later than April 30, 2021 because of challenges caused by the pandemic and the need for more time to correct irregularities . sound familiar ?

https://www.breitbart.com/poli...roject-pennsylvania/ Executives with the U.S. Steel Corp. announced days ago that they are canceling a $1.5 billion project in western Pennsylvania that was set to bring thousands of middle-class union jobs to the region, a move that many are now blaming on Democrats and environmental groups. On April 30, U.S. Steel President David Burritt announced that a $1.5 billion project to majorly improve its Mon Valley Works operation with state-of-the-art steel casting, rolling technology, and a cogeneration plant is being canceled. The project’s cancelation means that about 1,000 union construction jobs will be lost for the region. Likely thousands more U.S. jobs in supporting industries will be lost as a result. Republicans and others in Pennsylvania are now placing blame on Democrats and their allies in the environmental lobby for creating a hostile business environment that helped kill off the job-creating project. State Sen. Kim Ward (R-PA) wrote in a series of posts that Allegheny County officials had kowtowed “to the extreme environmental groups without actually looking at the facts or consider the fall out.” “What happened today is the result of local government leaders letting radical environmental groups like PennFuture, GASP and Breathe PA, funded in part by elitist Pittsburgh Foundations, bully them into abandoning blue collar workers,” Ward wrote Tom Melcher, with the Pittsburgh Regional Building Trades Council, blasted local Allegheny County officials for failing to work with U.S. Steel on the project. “The lack of support, and frankly open hostility from some elected officials means the loss of four-million construction man-hours, approximately 1,000 full time union construction jobs and threatens in the longer term 3,000 steel workers,” Melcher said. “It’s absolutely unacceptable that any politician or business or community leader who claims to be supportive of union jobs and a strong middle class can allow this project to be lost.” Lt. Gov. John Fetterman (D), a populist who supported the project, wrote in a statement that he “will never understand why I was one of the only elected officials who pushed for this major project proactively and enthusiastically, while so many others turned their back on the working men and women of the Steelworkers and Building Trades in Allegheny County.” A letter from Republican lawmakers in Pennsylvania criticized the lack of support from Allegheny County officials. “In this case, final permits were never issued by the Department of Environmental Protection or the Allegheny County Health Department despite both entities having nearly two years to review the applications,” the state senators wrote. “This inaction has cost southwestern Pennsylvanians up to 1,000 immediate construction jobs and diverted billions in direct and indirect economic impacts out of Pennsylvania’s economy,” they continued. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx I don't think this would have happened under a Trump Presidency

How to destroy a country in a few easy lessons! Shrink the manufacturing base so there are fewer jobs available that can support a family without a second income. Infantilize young adults so that when they finally have children it is much later in life. Minimize the successes of the country and maximize the perceived failures, so there is less desire among the young to participate in traditional roles, like raising families. Make abortion ubiquitous. Blur the lines between men and women so the traditional roles of mother and father are less attractive compared to the hedonism presented by popular culture. It worked in Europe, and it seems to be working here! CDC birth data for 2020 show that fewer babies were born, the birth rate has dropped to less than half what it was in the 1960s, and the replacement rate of 2.1 children per woman is far behind us, with the current rate of 1.6 children per woman not even close to the replacement rate. And that is the plan. What a perfect argument for opening the gates on our southern border! If Americans aren't having enough babies to maintain our current standard of living then we must bring in new and vibrant people who are more than willing to pump out four or five or six kids and overwhelm the welfare system revitalize our labor force. And -- of course -- vote Democrat forever. Observe the leftist policy wish-list from the perspective of promoting stable families, and it is horrendous...an insidious attack on Judaeo-Christian teaching and the traditional values that created America and its exceptionalism. Capital gains? Tax the hell out of them so people won't build businesses. Estate taxes? Raise them to the skies, so families are unable to give the fruits of their labors to their heirs. It goes on and on; the goal is the creation of an underclass that dominates the electorate but is dependent on government largess...exactly the antithesis of American Exceptionalism, self-sufficiency and independence. We will end up with a sclerotic society devoid of the entrepreneurial spirit, empty of a positive vision of the future, and one that will spiral into something like Italy if we are lucky, and Venezuela if we aren't! http://ace.mu.nu/ "Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown "The United States government is the largest criminal enterprise on earth." -rduckwor

https://townhall.com/tipsheet/...ts-to-china-n2589043 In a move that sent COVID vaccine manufacturers' stocks tumbling Wednesday, President Joe Biden is backing a plan to shred intellectual property protections for American entities that developed vaccines as the pandemic raged. U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai announced the decision, claiming "The Administration believes strongly in intellectual property protections, but in service of ending this pandemic, supports the waiver of those protections for COVID-19 vaccines." Already, Chinese-run state "media" are applauding the announcement that will hand their communist government American technology Biden Wants to Give American COVID Vaccine Patents to China and the rest of the world

And the real tragedy here is in the future, when there might actually be a truly deadly pandemic, one that doesn't have an over 99% survival rate, and none of these pharmaceutical companies will have the incentive to work as hard as they could to develop a vaccine or cure. And why would they when other companies and countries can just sit back, wait, and then enjoy the fruits of their labor for free? ~Alan Acta Non Verba NRA Life Member (Patron) God, Family, Guns, Country Men will fight and die to protect women... because women protect everything else. ~Andrew Klavan
