Y'all some white people food eating fools. Outside the ones representing hatch chilies or ghost peppers and some salsa, this has been 7 pages of a dog and mustard. Congrats, you eat like 5B other people.

To add some color,to this awesome post, I love fried kimchi, no condiments needed. For you keto people, lettuce wrap it and see why the korean bbq diet, without rice, is the best keto diet.

Also, try the crunchy kimchi cucumbers.

And try korean ketchup, also known as guchujang.

Only Ketchup on a dog.

Everything else is just too messy.

I'm a white person. Therefore it follows that whatever I choose to eat is then....yep, white people food.

Regarding the OP, typically ketchup and mustard with whatever bread is handy. It's ground pig snouts and beef rectums no matter what goes on it so I don't see the sense in getting my frugal gourmet on for it.

Mustard and chili on a regular dog. Spicy brown mustard on a brat and a hard white bread roll. Mmm...

I've been known to be just wandering around the house and yard with a nekkid hot dog in one hand, repeatedly biting the end off and savoring the salty/fat flavor with no apology to the world at large.

BTW, I have visited slaughterhouses and meat packing facilities an seen real life up close and personal. And it only made my appreciation for pork filled America's Food of the Gods that much more.

I like mayo on mine, too.

Mayo, a little ketchup, and lots of raw onion. I also like mayo, chili, and onion.

My husband is horrified by mayo on a hotdog. Razz

Flo's Hot Dogs in Cape Neddick, ME. Their house dog is a steamed natural casing dog with mayo, a dark sweet onion relish, and celery salt. They are strange at first but highly addictive. I try my best to recreate them at home.

Growing up we'd have it "Italian Style" but probably just a New Jersey thing.

Sub roll, hotdog, crispy O'Brien potatoes, mustard.
